Mango Chili - Chocolate cake spiced with chili powder and the bite of cayenne pepper.
Topped with a scoop of icy mango sorbet and garnished with a dusting of more chili powder,
sliced chilies and fresh mango. Can you take the heat?

Margarita - Not for the kiddies! Lime cake soaked with a splash of tequila and topped with cool margarita
sorbet. Garnished with lime zest, a wedge of lime and a fried cinnamon sugar tortilla chip.






Mocha - Dark chocolate cake soaked with espresso and topped with a coffee flavored frosting.
Green Tea - Moist green tea cake and frosting garnished with a delicate sakura blossom.
Strawberry Shortcake - Vanilla cake with a whipped cream frosting and sliced strawberry.

GENERAL
What program(s) do you use?
My only tools are Photoshop CS and a Wacom graphics tablet.

Did you really make these? They look like photographs!
Yes, every piece of these are drawn in Photoshop. My art style leans toward the realistic side, though, so that's why they look the way they do. Besides, my photography skills are practically non-existent! xd

Can you show me how to make treats to sell in my store?
No. Find a tutorial online. If you still can't find one, look harder because they're everywhere--don't ask me. Want a tutorial on a particular style? They're pretty common--deviantART alone has all kinds. Just because it may not be done in the same prog you're using doesn't mean you can't learn from their techniques and figure out how to achieve similar results.

If you don't know how to use your prog, don't ask me to help you; I only use Photoshop and am unfamiliar with all the free variations of it. Just play around and experiment with your prog to see what it's capable of and what you can do with it.

How long does it take to make these?
The quick and easy answer: at least 1-2 hours each, maybe more. It really varies between cupcakes since there's numerous factors involved. For example, while I like to mix/match/edit existing pieces, a new garnish (of which there's at least one on almost every cupcake) can take, minimum, 30 minutes to hours to do. Characters and Limiteds tend to take the longest as they're more involved and require more unique pieces.

Why don't you ever seem to have new stuff?
Because I'm lazy? xd

Seriously, though, these don't just "happen" for me--if I'm not satisfied with how something looks, I won't put it up for sale. At any given time I usually have a few ideas in progress, but unless I'm really inspired, they don't always come to full fruition. I work full time and still have other things to do when I get home, so I also don't necessarily have a lot of time/attention/desire to spend on these.

Can you spare some gold because *insert sob story here*?
No.

ORDERING
Can I pre-order cupcakes?
No, please do not. If you do not see the cupcake listed for sale, please do not order it anyway and include the amount in a trade. It's incredibly likely I won't remember to fill the order and it's a pain to mess with correcting the trades. If you proceed to do so anyway, I will cancel the trade and have you start a new one (if applicable).

Do you do custom orders?
As a general rule, I prefer not to. But a convincing request and/or offer has been known to change my mind. wink

What should I offer for a bribe?
A bribe should be a combination of whatever you think will convince me to do the custom work as well as what you think the request is worth to you. I will accept gold, items from my wishlist, or some combination of both. Please note that bribes must be a minimum of 25k.

How do I use my gift card?
Select whatever items you want and post a pic of your gift card in your order so I know you have one/how much it's worth. If the total exceeds the value of the gift card, you pay the difference. If not, I will reissue the gift card with the remaining amount.

Where do I pick up my order?
You don't--I will PM your order to you.

I've never been to a store that requires a complete trade before i receive my order...
There are many other mini shops that work the same way; I've always run my stores like this with no problems. If a trade is active, you're more than welcome to cancel your order if you are uncomfortable with this practice.

PROBLEM
It's been __ days and I still don't have my order.
I have a quick turnaround time from when I confirm trades, but it's not instant. Before PMing me, please double check that you have completely confirmed the order--I do not send your cupcakes until it is. If you have and still don't see your order after 2 full days, PM me!

I confirmed the trade so where is my order?!
I work full time during the day so, while you may see me posting occasionally and confirming trades during that time, I'm likely unable to actually fill your order. Just hang tight and I'll get your treats to you as soon as possible (typically after 5pm CST). I also have a life outside of work and occasionally cannot access the comp; please be patient and I will get to you at the next available free moment.

I have a problem with my order (didn't receive it, wrong items, etc...).
The fastest way to get my attention is to PM me to get things sorted out immediately.
