A Semi-Freeform, Multi-Cultural, Pseudo-Medieval Fantasy (Gosh that's a mouthful)
Story
In Gaia, on the Continent of Selant, the people were united under the rule of Nulian Emperors whose seat of power was the proud, ancient country of Eindor. For a century these Eindorian Emperosr ruled over Selant and the continent was at peace.
Eventually even the blood of the Great thins and a succession of weak, oppressive Emperors drove the people of Caelestus to secede from the Empire and lift their small but strong city into the sky to follow their main source of economic revenue – Air Elemental Stones.
It was Caelestus’ action that was the match to the powder keg and left and right countries began to secede. After Caelestus more provinces seceded and eventually Selant was broken into thirty three regions under numerous rules of various races and ethnic groups. The Eindorian Empire collapsed and a new age dawned.
It was during this period of chaos that the borders of the present day countries appeared upon Selant.
Now, today, November in the 74th year after the collapse of the Empire, the days still dawn over Selant but her land and her people are trapped in the tangled webs of politics that threaten to plunge the realm into war after successive war.

idea Basic Ideas idea
The main focus of the Storyline will be upon the Political Power Struggle between the 9 countries and in order to have a successful RP, Player Characters rulers are a must!
Characters are highly encouraged to take positions of Nobility or even fill the position of Ruler of one of these Countries and help tangle the Political web even further.
Tired of knowing who the good guys and bad guys are? The involvement of the 9 countries and introduction of the Races & Ethnic Groups blurs the lines of "Good" and "Evil" to however you want them.
RP Storyline will be both centralized around a "Freeform" system (no set storyline) and that of certain "Event Threads" which will pop up throughout the course of the RP. Bringing the characters together in events that affect the overall storyline which characters have an impact over as well, the Event Threads will pose problems for Characters to overcome and create Character Development.
And, as always, PC input is greatly appreciated and listened to carefully!
