Marketplace and zOMG DailyWheel fixes

Moving between pages in the Marketplace outfit shop will now retain your search settings.

As for zOMG, the daily prize wheel was setup to grant anywhere between 100 to 5000 platinum per spin, but a bug had caused the maximum amount to be paid every time.  sweatdrop   We disabled this feature yesterday while we diagnose the issue, and the bug had been fixed.   We've since increased the minimum payout to be around 500p.

Difficult Summer Sailings (II)

Hi y'all!

If you opened Summer Sailings II: Lilypad between 12:01 and 12:23 PM PDT and only received 2 items instead of 3 you will need to speak with customer service with a Billing inquiry.

After that time the bundle has been fixed, so all that are opened now will be good!

Mini Me/Verge Update and General Project Reminders

Hi y'all!

We have merged the Club Verge Custom Gaian SDPlus and MiniMe Box rules posts together. We have had these in the same queue on our end for awhile, and since they do the same thing it only makes sense to combine them!

We have also made a few clarification rule updates. These were the current standard, but we have decided to explain a little better! We will also be including similar clarifications to the Platinum Ticket rules!

Quote:

• You must include a written list of items and poses used on the avatar. As example: Blossoming Spring Tide (Ears), Angelic Halo, Bless this Blossoming Mess (Dress), Devil tail, etc. You do not need to include thumbnail images, just a text list and picture of the avatar.
  
• The avatars submitted for the doll poses may not have full or partial background/foreground items, glitched items, animated poses or be simple I AMs. You may not use the Invisibility Cloak item for this ticket.
  
• The avatars submitted for the doll poses may not have companions equipped. A companion would be considered a person/animal/etc next to the avatar or other SDPlus Dolls. Some animals/critters/etc may be permitted if they are equipped on the avatar base itself.
  
• We reserve the right to make artistic edits. Not all items will be able to appear at the SDPlus doll size, and some items may not be visible at such a small size.
  
• All user made dolls MUST start with SDPlus Gaian however you may add adjectives between that and your username. This is especially true if you are getting multiple dolls of yourself (ex: SDPlus Gaian Golden User, SDPlus Gaian Angelic User, SDPlus Gaian Sweet User). The doll must have a username in the name, and requires permission to use other people's usernames.
  
• You may ask for your doll to deviate from the positions allowed by a small bit, ie: asking for your doll to stand next to another).
  
• You will receive one set of mocks. We will try to accommodate changes but due to the size of the doll we may not be able to make all changes.

Also we have a few general reminders!

• If you have submitted a ticket please do not remove the ticket from your inventory. If you have decided you would like to cancel your order please reply to your email with that information.
  
• Changes to your order can only be made within 7 days of acceptance. If the order has already begun to be worked on we cannot make any changes.
  
• At the mocks phase we can make adjustments, but we cannot make major changes. This means in Recolor we cannot change the item, and in Custom we cannot make major repixelling changes.
  
• Please keep in mind that all item names must have 2 searchable terms (3 or more letters).
  
• We recommend looking over the rules posts every time you submit an order in case information has changed since you last submitted.
  
• We will be retiring the Project Companion Ticket on August 31, 2022 at 11:50 PST.
  Any tickets unsubmitted after this day will be turned into a Perfect Parcel. Tickets that have been submitted within the time frame will be accepted as part of our work rotation.

One More Quick Project Update

Hi y'all!

There's one more change/update to the rules to go over. The following updates are being added to the Tagging rules for Recolor and Custom:

Quote:

• You may tag up to 5 other usernames beyond the submitting account's username. You must have permission from them in the Custom Ticket Tagging and Permissions thread. You must write a list of the usernames in addition to the links.
  
• Extra tags that are not descriptive for the pose/item, usernames, or colors/schemes will not be added.

Failure to include a list of tagged usernames in the order form will result in your order coming back with that request, so to make sure we can accept immediately please make sure to include that!

Again, Project Update

Hi again!

There has been some unclear wording in our updates for MiniMe/Verge and Platinum, so I wanted to adjust the rules as such:

Quote:

This is especially true if you are getting multiple dolls of yourself (ex: SDPlus Gaian Golden User, SDPlus Gaian Angelic User, SDPlus Gaian Sweet User). The doll must have the submitting account's username in the name, and requires permission to use other people's usernames.

In addition, we have made some clarification updates to the Companion ticket rules while this ticket is still active. These are our current standard, and are being added just for clarification.

This is especially true if you are getting multiple companions of yourself (ex: Buddy Gaian Golden User, Buddy Gaian Angelic User, Buddy Gaian Sweet User). The companion must have the submitting account's username in the name, and requires permission to use other people's usernames.

Name Change Requests

Hi there,

We apologize for the lengthy delay in our Chat Help today. We appreciate that you're excited by the potential to get a name you've wanted forever, but our previous policy of allowing this via our Chat Help has resulted in our inability to assist users who are having account access issues or billing issues.

Unfortunately that means until things calm down a bit we will have to update our policy on name changes being able to be taken care of by Chat Help. Until further notice please fill out a General Account Inquiry ticket with your name change requests. Once things calm down a bit we will return this feature to Chat Help.

Make sure to include the account you want changed and the one you want it changed to.

Please understand that we can not guarantee being able to fulfill all name change requests, but we will do our best.

Marketplace Bug Fixed

We had been experiencing issues with the Marketplace since Wednesday, and a lot of listings had not been returning the expired or sold items.

The issue had just been fixed, and all items should be returned to the appropriate owners.

This fix should also tackle the issues where certain notifications were not sent on a timely manner, but we will monitor the system closely to see if it's been fixed.

Marketplace Bug Still Being Fixed

Apologies for yet another delay.  There was another issue found with the system which further delayed restoring of the expired Marketplace listings.  

We're continuing to restore the listings now and everything should be restored by 7AM, PST.
