Rhodonite Ticket Clarification and Project Email Reminders
Hi y'all! I'm here with a couple of Project related points.
First off, we have updated Rhodonite Ticket rules to hopefully relieve confusion for both submitters and myself! This ticket wasn't particularly clear about this point, and as such order taking hasn't been clear either, so after discussion we have made the following changes to the rules post:

If your arm/leg mod has an accessory, you cannot recolor the accessory in your order, but you may choose an existing recolor to use as your conversion.
New:
If your arm/leg mod has an accessory, you cannot recolor the accessory in your order, but you may choose an existing recolor to use as your conversion. If the arm/leg mod you are making bare has an accessory it will remain on the new item.
For an example, if an arm mod has a bracelet over gloves the bracelet will remain, but you will have the bare skin now. Shoes do not count as an accessory and we will still remove them as requested.

Onto email reminders!
If you have not already done so
please add the project email you are submitting to as a contact. This should alleviate issues with emails going to the spam box! In addition, please check your spam box to make sure nothing has been sent off to the wrong spot.
If you have submitted an Exclamation Ticket you have been emailed mocks. Please reply to your mocks ASAP so we can get the bubbles all wrapped up!
Finally, please email us if you sell a ticket and need your order cancelled. This also includes Perfect Parcels/Picks.
