Summer maybe over, but that doesn't mean you cant take a weekend to meet up with your friends to have some fun at the Zoo!
Explore the Zoo and meet up with a friend to check out an exhibit!

When you arrive at the bear habitat, you spot Kumako, a cute and colorfully dressed girl sporting a number of bear-themed clothes. At first she doesn't seem to be terribly interested in your presence, but then she turns to you. "Do you like bears too? Why do you like them so much?" She pauses and then smiles before adding, "I love bears because they're adorable, but also deadly. Just like me." You're not sure what she means by that, and you decide it's probably for the best that you don't find out.

[ig]You've barely entered the zoo proper when you run headlong into King, the zoo's red panda, who is trudging directly away from the panda exhibit as fast as he can. He is the zoo's mascot, and its pride and joy, but it seems that you ran into him right as he was making a great escape out of the zoo! You're just in time to keep him from getting out, or else you're just in time to help him make a break for it!

You wrap your arms around yourself as you reach the penguin exhibit, realizing you didn't bring a jacket with you to the zoo. Penni is crouched over, looking intently at the penguins, but before you can even say anything, she says, "People used to make fun of me because I walked like a penguin when I was little. It worked out okay though, because I love penguins, and my friend Hidari helped me stop worrying about being made fun of, too. Do you want me to move over so you can see the penguins too?"

You wander over to the shark exhibit and run into Hidari, a cheerful boy with a jagged toothed smile. "I love sharks a whole bunch," he says, grinning from ear to ear. "They're always smiling, just like meeee! Did you come here to smile at the sharks, too?" With Hidari around it's hard not to smile, and you can't decide if you're more excited to see the sharks or if you're more excited to see him!

You make your way over to the monkey exhibit, where there are various kinds of apes and chimpanzees, and even a few gorillas! Saru stands in front of one of the displays, making faces at the monkeys and laughing when they make faces back. His laughter stops abruptly when he realizes you are there and his whole demeanor changes from excited to grumpy and noticeably embarrassed. "W-What? What do you want?! I'm having fun with the monkeys, leave me alone!"
