xD We all know that when he was presumed dead, he was in Barton Cliffs (now known as Otami Ruins or Otami Cliffs) And when he fell on the sea. He made a big flash. Well That's where I'm thinking he's been all the whole time. If you noticed carefully...I was checking a Thread and I saw the Shallow Sea Map....You see that at the west of it, you see the crater. o:
Also I presume he already had a lab undersea....Where else he could of made his ingenious plots?
Also. I'm believing that Labtech X is Bucho since:
~He disappeared and we haven't heard of him since
~They both cross their arms
~Same body size
And if he had an undersea lab...How could Labtech X get into G-Corp without being suspicious?
Easy: Bucho was the head of security....He could obtain the Labtech Suit and get into G-Corp easily.
