Yeah they are, I could be like that because it's a new (and nice) rig. But I think that everyone is jacking up the price because no one knows what the rare item is.

It's a hybrid of Black Rock Shooter and Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
It's name threw me off a little too (probably because I've only seen BRS and didn't see the P&S reference).
