Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

Please be sure to follow the Rules and Guidelines posted below. These apply not only to this thread by all Ask the Staff events!

FEATURES/GAME

You know, I really, really like LK a lot, but the transaction costs on kin are really hurting a lot of people's wallets. On top of the RIG exclusive kin, you're direct-releasing kin for what some people might consider insanity.
I think you would benefit more from pushing micro transactions in the game rather than pushing kin that could have been won in the game. Some suggestions:

• MOST IMPORTANT: Please for the love of god keep the patch notes thread updated. Stop making us guess when you make stealth nerfs to kin or items in-game. Just be honest with us..
  
• Sell RECOLOR kin. Not the ones featured in the game. You've ruffled a lot of feathers Gaia, by making Barkhest a $10 purchase. You could have sold a recolor version for that and left the kin alone in the game.
  
• EXP Share potions that are limited timed use. People really want this feature, why not make it a premium perk?
  
• The ability to name our kin. This speaks for itself. Name changes can go up in cost.
  
• Clothing or hats that are made for specific kin This gives the user some customizability to their kin, making their experience more personal and investing them more.
  
• Larger level boosts in one potion. Remove 100% boosts from the game, and make 50% what normal users can obtain in game. Sell larger boosts direct in a LK-themed shop. 5 level, 10 level boosts would be a great option. Sometimes people don't want to level a kin for the experience, but just for the items.
  
• Kin bait Create an item that allows you to lure a specific kin and increases your chances of catching the kin. Luck and RNG are a huge factor in this game, and this item could be timed and kin-specific.
  

I really hope you'll consider some of these in the future for LK.
Right now you're only hurting your playerbase that is ever decreasing by doing this.

Have you considered a "Kindex" of Kin listed officially somewhere?
Or really in general more archival of things. MCs and the like have their own museums, but stuff like short NPC bios and official Kin information are harder to come by.
