Why are the same OLD rigs used over and over again and placed in the cash shop? (talking about Valentine Box, Autumn Latte, Angelic Harp, Fruit Juice Bar, Gaian Rainbow II, etc).
Atleast add some different items in them each time they come out confused

i'm desperate for a dev right now. on my pi of trinity account, i was giftbombed by literally a million hacked/botted items (hacked becausethey used an exploit to either give themselves infinite wing stickers, or to buy treehouse items with gold and botted because they sent 10,000 hundred packs, not possible for a human in a reasonable time period) and my inventory is almost unusable.
i contacted mods immediately after finding out, but even the omni mods can't do anything cause they can't load my inventory either to delete them. a developer has to do this server-side (to straight-delete the items from my invo). now, the mods have informed the staff about this, but things are slow (likely due to working on the summer event). my inventory is getting more and more corrupted every day. i really want all this stuff gone so i can use my inventory again crying

tl;dr- giftbombed with a million hacked/botted items on pi of trinity account, inventory mostly inaccessible even to omnimods, need a dev to edit my inventory server-side domokun stargate

I know it's been so rarely updated lately. But I was wondering if we could get a story line follow Josie? Maybe a bit about her background, so there can actually be a "Learn Josie's Story" in Global Imports. She's traveled a lot, so it would be really interested to learn just where she's been and what she's done.

Or else... I'd just be happy if the manga was updated regularly again. With any non-event story.

Features/Gaia Website Design

Concerning my thread I posted a while ago in the Site Feedback forum, is Gaia's website design going to updated anytime soon or is there a plan in the works for Gaia to be updated cosmetically? The website layout is incredibly old and redesigning Gaia's layout would really spring Gaia into the future to keep up with the current times concerning webiste design and attracting younger users, imo. emotion_kirakira

Will we see Gaia-made Sootberry recolors (LQRs, BEs, common recolor RIG drops, etc.) in the future?

We keep getting new, rare CI drops and LQIs (Unconditional Affliction from the first Umami Drop, for example; Hell Level Oni from the recent CONsplay; and Teacher Teacher from the Memorial Day sale, plus lots of rereleases), but no recolors outside of user tickets (such as the recent user bundles and user tier). Where's the love and support for what's clearly intended to be a top-tier scheme?

Some common and/or cheaper Sootberry recolors would go a long way toward filling out our wardrobes!

We recently changed the prize granting system, and what it didn't account for are contests that grant no gold or item prizes. Those types of contest broke the script which in turns stop the rest of the contests from being processed.

Since the old "first week of month" bug is fixed, we will ask our team to not host free contests moving forward, but even if there are such contests, the bug fix should take care of the issue. So finally we should not get any more granting issues from now on.
