I might be wrong but I don't think that just because they use the items in the preview, they're going to be in the RIG. I remember there being a thread that said LIs weren't going to be re-released until a minimum of 6 months from when they're initially in the CS...but, not sure on that part.

If I remember right, that announcement said "directly re-released," which allowed for inclusion in RIGs, bundles, and use as prizes.
