to my knowledge & as of right now, nothing has been.
gaia hasnt acknowledged this (though we know for a fact gaia staff reads these threads, considering how often they've replied to them......), & i've yet to see anyone say that the artist has responded to them.

Also I really like that the Shark Swim recolor is basically the same as the original, but black. There are many black recolors of off-black items that I wish got the same coloration. Keeping things essentially the same for the sake of aesthetic appeal > changing things for the sake of changing things and making it look different enough from the original.

Yessss, this so much~ Sometimes they switch certain things around with the colouring in true monochrome recolours and I'm like "what, why would you do that, I wanted that specific pose in black, not white" ;3; Much better if they just keep it the same =u=

Regardless of the issue behind the item, I hate when they make a recolor and it's so dang close to the original x-x

I understand wanting off black / off white compared to black and white but having both released within a week is like... silly XD

... honestly, 95% of items that Gaia releases here, refer to something and a lot of these look close to the originals. Like Creme Peche/Princess Peach.... I don't really get the whole hype deal out of this. If I'm missing out on something, please enlighten me.

From my understanding each bundle will contain the recolored Dino item in the town color that you picked and MIGHT contain an OMG hat if the bundle you bought sells out, but the bundles can't be opened until the 13th.

I'm glad they made some changes to their system of releasing these town items, but...still don't care for the items they picked this time around. emotion_sweatdrop

Thanks for the update thread! That Lost Disguise of Shadows looks really similar to the original, but it has more blue. Hmm.
