It removes one side of dual-sided head items from your avatar.
Like.. so if you have an item that gives your avatar ribbons on either side of your avatar's head, the mispaced clips removes one side of them so it's just a one-sided accessory. xo)

It seems to be a really picky mod, so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work for some items. x _ x
Several of my friends tried it out on multiple equips, and it's a hit or miss.

Speaking of esmerelda green, I'd just like to get some hair in that color. Demure items unfailingly have albertine hair and the whitish, cream, and brown used in demure items can be found in hair from other items. There's just no esmerelda green hair at all.

For anyone wondering what the "Misplaced Clips" pose in the Princess Less Than Three items, here's what it does with screenshots:



It basically just removes on side of a double-sided head equip.
But it's extremely picky and doesn't work with everything.

Yeah it's always the color of the hair and almost never the color of anything else (The Tree Slyph is the exception that springs to mind). They're limiting the scheme too much if they continue this way. I already feel no need for any more Demure unless they do Millennium in the scheme. If my Photoshop weren't acting up, I'd recolor my mockup to have the green hair instead.
