oh wow, same but a little lower, i spend about 400-500 total, depending.

I also buy food for two people. My ex still lives with me because of issues with his health so while he supplements my income a little he does not do much else other than eat and take up my computer.

We'll end up closing early, I'm sure...I have a feeling I would've gotten screwed out of an hour or so anyway. Ahh that sounds equally shitty and adventurous....shitty cause of the hours but adventurous cause of the clientele. I imagine. 8D

Make it an inventory/dusting day?

Another reason I wish I went in, today would've been a good day to train me on the inventory gun. emo Not to mention my paycheck won't be s**t next week.

lol. When I had a blizzard trap me at work one day, I was on the clock for 26 hours. Straight, other than lunch breaks. We were so short staffed that I ran a register PLUS got people to where they needed to go and ran the front end. NEVER want to do that again.

Oh gawd that sounds terrible. gonk And illegal! I hope you got paid extra for that s**t at least. gonk emotion_hug I figured I'd be the only cashier there if I made it it in, which happens a lot anyway but I'd be doing price checks myself too.. xDx
I live really close so I'd walk home if I couldn't drive... >>; Thta's alot of the reason why the boss was so pissed I couldn't come in. Also I think they think I still have my dad's nice jeep.

Longest shift was 30 hours. It took Wal-Mart a month to figure out how to fire me after that. I was a customer service manager at the time. I didn't like that one. THe Walmart I was at before, I was doing 18 hour shifts though, 7 days a week for two months straight before I got my first day off. I slept it all away. Put on nearly 30 pounds just from the bad eating and sleeping. Hahahaha.

Ugh yeah the not sleeping can make ya real sick, I did inventory work for a few years and I was sick all the time cause I had no sleep schedule. Not that I was working super shifts but just that it was never the same week-to-week.

Blizzard, not a holiday. My car has no heat so I can't defrost the windshield to see. Roads suck too. gonk It's a crafts store, no one's gonna go out today.
