But I like the aquariums. Frankly I don't think there is anything greedy about having pretend fishies to play with and care for. And I live in So Cal, I know what GREED is.

I'm still catching up on your other thread, but everything you've said in both I agree with completely. The only reason I even have any EI's is because it seems it's the only way to make gold - buy them cheap and sell evolved.

:< I don't like it. I'm not doing it anymore. Bugger, I don't care if it takes me a year to make 17k, I'm not supporting a Gaia that considers it's wallet above satisified users customers.

(I do have to question the intelligence of selling the almighty dollar for virtual gold. Eventually the gold is going to run out because too many users are trying to cash in their cash for a "MiLLiOn gOlD!!". If the users that this gold comes from can't even afford the cash items anymore, then what the hell do these cash users think will happen? It'll magically generate? Hey wait .. Mythrill. :/)

I don't want to completely boycott the aquariums though, at LEAST we get aquariums without having to pay for them, that's what I was afraid of at first before they came out. But now we have to pay for FISH with REAL MONEY when they EXPIRE anyways! It's ridiculous!!

The greedy part about the cashquariums is that, firstly, they took an idea that we've wanted for years now and turned it into a way to make money.

We wanted a place to show off the fish we've caught. They won't even allow that, but they still took that idea and changed it into a way to get money instead. It's an absolute insult.

loukhos - I've been so tempted to use EIs to get gold, but I just can't afford it. Every EI I have was a gift or bought with gold. It's just gotten ridiculous though.

SaikoTaiko - The fish costing real money, but expiring, is our problem too. And what I said to Always-Untame, too.
