I love this medicine bc it lowered my a1c to under 7.

I hate this medicine bc it ruins my appetite completely and makes all food sound absolutely vomit-worthy.

We spent 30 mins arguing about me eating/not eating bc everything that was suggested literally made me gag.

Is that normal for trulicity? Bc jfc.

feeling extra 'why bother' today

it feels like my therapist is trying to get me to think about something out-patient. every single day. but i dont have reliable transport.

and with my mom, its always been all or nothing. i dont have her support anymore. for anything. unless im lucky and can hitch a ride with her somewhere. it feels absolutely over, getting any assistance from my mom. for anything.


and thinking about anything about...going back to the hospital, freaks me out. anything mental health related freaks me out, because im afraid they're just gonna lock me up somewhere where i cant..even reach out to friends at that point and get free. and have a life.
