I hate it when people are rude and just downright nasty about what other people do and say. I am SO sick of bullies at the moment. I have decided I am not going to let people walk all over me right now. >_<

i'm dealing with a semi-cold at the moment any ideas on how to deal with it?

put some vicks vapo-rub on your nose-chest-throat. Then warm up a towel (or use a heating pad on your chest. Put some vaporub in some water and boil it and breathe it in. Zinc is a great cold fighting vitamin. I have a lot of luck with Zicam, too. Sleep sitting up, drink lots of water to flush the cold out of your system.

This is basically what the hospital suggests when james gets a cold. (of course his usually turns into something worse) I dunno, it's always worked well for me.

anyway, yeah... I think it's time to go for me.
