I couldn't eat there anymore after watching Supersize Me. For as much as McD's disgusted me before, that was the proverbial last straw. I haven't eaten there in close to a year and a half.

It's amazing how bad that food is for your body. There are some healthy options, but they're very limited.

Even their healthy options have a dark side. I LOVE their salads, but dang you Paul, your dressings are oh so bad.

I adore their fries though.
