Over here, it sounded like a war zone come midnight. e_e;; Practically everyone had their own fireworks and started setting them off in the streets all at the same time. I was afraid something might hit the power lines, but fortunately, nothing did. @_@

Then on New Year's Day, I got dragged to some religious club party at a far-off chapel. We stayed there longer than I thought we would, and it drove me nuts. Because it was freaking crowded there. gonk
