           THE ˟ SKELETONS
All reserves and profiles are to be PMed to me. The title for reserves should be the role you're applying for and the title of your profile should be a fun fact/joke/quote of any kind, surprise me. For the profiles, the biography is set up in life-events. The way this works is you either choose five important events in your characters life and write about them. The second way is you separate your characters life into five paragraphs. Or mix the two ways.
For ages and your year, in order to attend the school you must turn thirteen on or before February 7th; you'll therefore be fourteen by the time you start your second year, etc. Please keep this in mind when deciding upon which age / year you want.
The Spell coding is not yet ready, so don't worry about it for now.

                                            Type: Blood Mage
Style: As far as blood mages go, Piroska might be mistaken as average. Like others, she can take the blood of others, incorporating it as her own. She can draw blood from her own wounds. She can even draw blood without cutting herself open, using a somatic component to literally pull it out from the pores of her body- though this is the slowest way to draw blood and is about as painful as tearing one's own skin off their body. Once it's out, a blood mage's blood utilization is only limited by their own imagination- and volume. Weapons, shields, healing, self-manipulation, and that's just to list a few. So long as the blood belongs to them, a blood mage has a great amount of power. Though blood given to blood mages have no criteria to the blood source- animals or human, given or taken- Piroska prefers to be willingly given her supplemental blood. However, if one thinks that this is the only way that the child can use her magic, they're dead wrong. Perhaps because she was forced to work under a sorcerer, Piroska can utilize sigil magic. By drawing out symbols on a target, she can cast very potent, blood-related magicks. As with other blood magicks, these sigils must be written in her own blood to work; however, on top of that, they must be written directly upon the target and she must be in contact with the target for the spell's effect to be produced. If contact is broken, the spell is broken and the sigil must be readministered- usually being too taxing to do after two sigils. Normally these sigils are discovered through the rare times her ancestral blood is active and the information takes a great deal of time to accumulate. Finally, it should be noted that sorcerers and wizards can potentially take the information of these sigils and use the spells for themselves. A word of caution for any sneakthiefs though... a proper translation of the sigils should be made. If one misreads a sigil's meaning, one may be caught with unexpected consequences. Her godfather found that out the hard way...
Extra: Piroska possesses a very powerful connection to her ancestors- to the point where she can hear the echoes of their thoughts when they were yet alive. As one can guess, she cannot communicate with these voices, but they help to provide her with a great deal of information at once. When casting ancestral spells, it tends to be more on instinct rather than her actually knowing any of these things. If the ancestral bloodline is not active, she has a much smaller pool of spells. She cannot activate these voices as she pleases, though. The ancestral magic seems to kick in when Piroska, herself, is in danger, whether physical or mental. When feeling "cold" emotions, she seems to have access to the whispers of her ancestors, though the influence of them is minimal. However, almost polar opposite of this, Piroska's abilities become unraveled when she's feeling "hot" emotions. Blood will tend to seep from her skin without her meaning to, and it has a great difficulty in taking on a form- eg, a blood sword would have no cutting edge and be more liquid in nature, though it may still appear as a dripping weapon.
                                              Strengths: 「Superior Control 「Bloodline Memory
                                              Weaknesses: 「Limited Ammunition 「Emotional Drain

The very first thing that one will notice about Piroska is that she doesn't speak. It's not that she cannot speak, but that she won't speak. The child has selective mutism, and, at least at the academy, it's clear that she's not comfortable anywhere. To make things more difficult, the child does not write her thoughts on any sort of paper- to the frustration of several teachers. There do appear to be a very small number of students that can seemingly communicate with her, appearing to have one-sided conversations with her. In the rare times that she does speak, it's normally an incoherent mumbling that's more directed at herself. In those times, run. There is no good that can come from the child speaking as it normally is a good indicator that her ancestral blood is active. When the ancestral blood is freely flowing through her veins, the blood mage has more malevolent tendencies- an aftereffect of the sorcerer that had adopted her. This doesn't necessarily equate to violence, but she will clearly have no love or affection for the people around her. She also seems to take on an obsessive quality. However, moments where her mind is lost to the echoes of the past should be rare- provided others aren't intentionally seeking to isolate her. Piroska, herself, takes active measures to stifle her feelings- though not always successful. As a result, there often seems to be a boring, unyielding expression in her eyes. Despite this, the child is extremely curious about the world around her and has a desperate need to be loved. To those that she becomes close to, she is loyal without question- if not a little bit clingy. Because of her quiet nature, she becomes something of a ghost that haunts her friends. However, if someone hurts her friends, she will personally look to avenge them- to the point of entering a losing battle. To delight of some teachers and the chagrin of others, Piroska also possesses something of an obsessive personality. The things that truly interest her will get her full attention and those that do not get little to no attention- most noted in Magic Law class. When dealing with aggressiveness, Piroska has a thick skin. Punishments are better distributed to the child with overwhelming kindness than typical discipline. Trying to soothe her with gentle words and loving pets will rile the child up like none other. It's not that she doesn't want people to be kind with her, but there are many different types of kindness. Parental, doting love is an absolute no.

LIFE-EVENT ONE : THEY WENT TO HEAVEN, SWEET CHILD
Though it was never mentioned to her- almost as though taboo- Piroska lost her parents very early on in her life. She has no lasting memories with the people who helped create her. In their stead, it was her great-grandfather whom she remembers fondly in those early years. Tuzeles was an extremely old blood mage compared to many others- including those of blood mage standards. Through his own mastery of the magicks borne to him, he had been able to significantly slow time down within his body.Slow, not stop. Despite his best efforts to search for a cure to mortality, the best he could ever do was slow its progress. By the time Piroska came into his guardianship, he already looked an old man. However, as the child grew older, she could honestly say that she loved the old man- not that she really had a choice in it. Tuzeles did not become old without wisdom. The old man lived far away from the reaches of man and mage alike. He had always been paranoid about something, and when he received Piroska, she was treated like a precious treasure. A princess is a tower.

                                                LIFE-EVENT TWO : LOSING A BITTERSWEET MELODY
The life with Tuzeles meant that Piroska had to find her own sources of entertainment. Although she often got to play with her great-grandfather, she could not always draw him away from his research. When that was not possible, she would go to the woods outside of her home and wander about, using her imagination to come up with fantastical situations. She could take up an entire afternoon doing that. The day that her grandfather died, she had been doing that… She had played like she always did, and when she came home, she found her grandfather slumped over the table. At the tender age of six, she didn’t understand it. Grandfather was just sleeping, right? Wake up… Who knows how long she would have stayed at her grandfather’s side, trying to wake him… If it hadn’t been for Aleksey Faust coming to the small home and taking her away from that place, she might have starved right there beside her grandfather. It was Faust that had informed her of her grandfather’s state. This friend of her grandfather had come at the request of the old blood mage, who sensed his life was coming to an end. At least, that’s what had been told to the child, along with the idea that Faust was to be the one to raise her.

LIFE-EVENT THREE : HONEYED WORDS POISON THE MIND
Aleksey Faust was a sorcerer. As far as raw power went, he was not particularly powerful. However, the world regards him to be a brilliant mind- constantly pushing the boundaries of what people know of magic and how it works, how it can be utilized. He also seemed to have many connections to families with access to primal magicks. He had become godfather to many children and, alongside Piroska, he took care of six other children. In a way, the sorcerer was similar to the child’s grandfather. He loved his research and was almost fanatical about it. Unlike her grandfather, though, the man lived within the city, taking time out of his day to keep up relations with his connections. The man always encouraged the children in his care to embrace their magical abilities, to stretch the bounds of the imagination. For Piroska, he very much wanted her to continue her great-grandfather’s research. She was talented, he promised. The child had never tapped into her magical ability with her grandfather. The expectation set about by her godfather came to be overwhelming. So much blood was spilled for the sake of training- for the sake of knowledge. Her room had to be transferred down to the almost dungeon-esque room in the basement. The smiling face, the encouraging words, these things became overbearing to the small child. Her mental state deteriorated, but it was fine. Look at all those bloody sigils that painted the walls of her room. For the sake of progress, this was fine.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : SANGUIS VITA EST & CANDIED FREEDOM
Being cooped within her room with very limited social interaction, it was no better than going insane. Then came the voices… they spoke to her quietly at first but soon, she was hardly able to sleep with the voices that came to shout in her ears. Piroska only slept when her own body came to fail her. However… during her tenth year of life, she had done it. She had worked through her mania and come out with, what Faust believed, was the key to everlasting life. Every bit of work that the child had been made to do was taken from her. The sigils and arcane writings that she didn’t truly understand were written elsewhere and the walls were bleached of her blood permanently. It was… incomplete though… untested. Or perhaps it was her own hidden malevolent intentions. She had said nothing when Faust had taken her work and thrown her back with the children in the house proper. Withdrawn from the children, Piroska said very little and hardly looked at any of them. It was only a matter of time… She only had to wait… Faust thought he was so smart. He believed that he could take the spells written out by the blood mage and turn it into his own spell. Sigils weren’t needed for blood magic though. Blood could be changed. The pooled knowledge of the dead… it collected its rage into a spell. It boiled the blood of a murdering sonofabitch.

LIFE-EVENT FIVE : WORM IN THE APPLE
Freedom... It's surreal after years of captivity. None of the children could really understand it- not like they appreciated it like she did. Of course... the other children didn't understand her. Her pain. Her grief. Her overwhelming joy. What they did understand, though, was that they could not allow anyone to know what happened to the sorcerer. All of them would be charged with his murder. If they had known where his experimental spell had come from, they would have surely used Piroska as a scapegoat. As it was, though, they all agreed to hide their godfather, using Piroska's cold, isolated room to store his body. His constant moving about meant that they could lie about his presence. Right? No one felt that they could leave the house. Where would they go? No... everyone had to stay in the city. They had to pretend that nothing had changed. That meant that they could not allow Piroska to stay home by herself all day. For the sake of the secret they shared, she had been enrolled into a magical school- and later, moved to Innostus. This dumb child that could barely keep up with the curriculum with tutoring... staring blankly at nothing... was she normal? She wasn't going to blab about their godfather, right? ... ... The kids that know of both her and the secret continue to be wary of her.

Style: Ward's magic is stronger in the enchantment of objects, more-so than in the enchantment of minds. His natural charisma, however, means that as long as no one is automatically wary around him he can influence them; the weaker they are in willpower, the more influence he can do with less cost. His true talent, however, as mentioned, is in enchanting objects. It's very, very rare to find Ward without several items upon his person that he's enchanted in various ways. The enchanting of objects is easier for him than the enchanting of human beings, so he only has a few enchantments that affect humans directly. Rather, he concentrates on enchanting objects that can either affect their user or be used as a tool. Currently, Ward is experimenting with enchanting objects that are coded to one person or a group of people, and if anyone else attempts to use it the object will explode, rather than simply not work.
Extra: Ward uses a short-sword as his spellblade; it looks plain besides the blue hue to it. Due to his plethora in enchanted items and skill in hand-to-hand combat he rarely summons it.
Strengths: 「Trained in combat 「His pure variety of enchanted objects
Weaknesses: 「Team fights 「Basically useless without his enchanted objects

Ward has two sides to his personality, with neither of them being made-up or fake; both represent himself. His more charming personality, however, is used as a mask rather often. Charismatic, polite- it's so easy to get people to trust you when you have these two things, something Ward finds hilarious. The mask Ward places up is able to charm people, stroking their egos with his polite, respectful words, yet if one were to look closely enough at the mask they'd see just a hint of malicious tinge to his expressions. Most who notice pass it off- why would such a charming boy be cruel, after all? Those who care to study, to actually look, might just notice how this mask oh so carefully is placed before those who could do something for Ward, or who might be able to do something. To those who keep an eye on him, it's laughably easy to see Ward drop his mask, for he doesn't bother to keep it up for even a quarter of his time. He makes no excuses to the rest of the world; only when he's trying to get something does his smile turn perfectly charming.

One of the most important things to know about Ward is that he is utterly two-faced. The boy has a sadistic streak to him, yet when it comes to the people he loves he'd lay down his life for them without a second thought. Without his mask he still has a natural charisma to him; an ingrained politeness thanks to his family. Most obvious, however, is his thirst for adventure. Ward is always sticking his nose into every crack and cranny, wandering around for hours in order to explore anything at all. He gets genuine enjoyment out of seeing new places and things, though not necessarily the people. One might think "adventurous" and "dislike of people" and come up with the wild, but no. Ward likes the comforts of the city, thanks. Around his family or friends Ward jokes, laughs, and smiles freely. He enjoys being around people whom he knows- it's the getting to know people part that's hard for him, not the being friends part afterwards. In all honesty, seeing this side of Ward can make it hard to believe he has any other side to him, even if he can be terribly blunt when it comes to the truth or his opinions. Especially when one spots him being passionate about his hobbies; the dorky grin upon his face as he babbles about enchantments, for one, has fooled more than one person.

Yet there is a sadistic side to Ward. While there are certain lines that even he won't cross, Ward doesn't deny that he enjoys looking down on people. Whether it be through their own folly or something he helped along doesn't really matter. As a kid Ward had been an outright bully- never mind that he had only bullied those who went after him or his siblings first, the fact that not only was he far meaner than they, but also enjoyed it, still stands. One can come up with plenty of excuses for his behavior, as there usually is some reason why he picks that target- but none of it negates the fact he's cruel and it's fun for him. The lines he will not cross, however, are rather simple; he will not use his magic to break someone, nor would he ever break someone completely; crippling injuries are a no-go, and he does not torment the same person over and over. Over the past few years his sadism has started to fade away. While certainly not gone, he no longer goes out of his way to torment others, preferring to only pick on those who have pissed him off in some way. Whether this is a sign of him ever so slightly maturing or growing lazy, one can not be quite sure.

LIFE-EVENT ONE : GIFT OF LIFE
Born as the first son and child of a then-happily married couple, Ward grew up in an average household. As the years passed by siblings were born, and while at first he wasn't all that happy about no longer getting all the attention, he did grow to love them. A two-faced sort of person from the start, Ward only showed the "good" side of himself to his siblings. What had once been grudging acceptance had turned into a dotting love, and nothing was too good for them. With his sadism, it wasn't at all hard for Ward's social life to center around his family; sure, he made friends as well, most were friends of convenience. There were only a rare few that Ward actually liked. This was how his life worked in those first years, and how it probably would have continued to work had things outside his control not changed.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : AURA
Magic was something Ward's parents had never hidden from him and his siblings. With both of them enchanters it was only natural for their children to follow the same path; Ward was no exception. The only question was what would be their path as an enchanter. Ward's mother was average when it came to actually enchanting objects- her power was in manipulating other people. His father was the opposite; he could barely use his compulsion, but had ranked as one of the highest when it came to enchanting objects. As Ward's magic developed it clearly showed more ability in the enchanting of objects rather than that of minds, though Ward was far from being as weak as his father in that aspect. At the age of ten Ward's parents introduced him to the art of making a spell-blade. It was an important event for any enchanter, and one of the last happy memories Ward has with both of his parents present.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : REMEMBER ME
How did it break? Ward was never able to figure that out, but break it did. His parents fell out of love and got divorced. Rather than fighting over their children, the two sat down together and explained what was happening, who would be moving out and where. Lastly, the question- who did they want to live with? They had two weeks to decide, two weeks to pack. Ward loved his family- but the idea of moving elsewhere, of seeing new things was rather... exciting. And he did love his dad- but enough to leave his mother and siblings behind? In the end, Ward decided to live with his father, the decision becoming easier when one of his younger brothers decided he would go with their dad. The schools were informed, the boys were packed up- and off they went to their new life. The distance between Ward, Otto, and the rest of their siblings was a large one, and despite the attempts they made to stay in touch, to stay close, they drifted apart.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FOUR : ILLUSIONS
Moving was both exciting and frustrating. At first it was all about the new sights, exploring both the new home and the new city, but it didn't take long for homesickness to strike. It wasn't quite that Ward regretted his decision; he simply missed the rest of his family. Having his brother there helped, but the more time that passed the more it struck Ward that time changed everything. Even though he and Otto - his brother - stayed close, both boys drifted from their father. While there was still an obvious affection on both sides, their father was surrounding himself in his new life and new friends; rarely was he home early, and most mornings he was gone before the boys awoke. By the time his sixteenth year came around Ward rarely saw his father on vacations home; rather than attend an empty house except for his brother Ward began crashing at his friends places during vacation, inviting his brother along. Occasionally they spent the time at their mothers, which was rather nice, even if traveling there was exhausting. At least Otto was only a couple years younger than him; having him at the academy knocked off one worry from Ward's list, at least.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : STARFALL
From the very start Ward never cared about how the academy treated certain students. He was on top, so why spare thought to those beneath him? There were only three things important to him during school: learning whatever the school had to teach him, spending what time he could with his siblings, and spending time with his friends. He spared no thought to the discrimination the secondary casters faced, and even now that they're finally speaking up he doesn't care. Whether they rise or fall, he doesn't view it as something that will effect him. But oh, he'll play along with this game- he isn't one to turn down the chance to lord over others how much better he is than them, after all.

Style: Nefeli's main use of magic is through that of hexes. With no familiar and little interest in either healing or herbology, not to mention no talent for divination, hexes have dominated her training. Her main use of them is on herself; boosting her physical abilities and senses either slightly or far above regular limits. With a whole list of ways one can achieve this Nefeli is able to mix and match the hexes to create the perfect physical skills for just about any situation. While she mostly excels on casting them upon herself, she can cast them upon others as well, though to a more limited degree. Casting hexes that harm others isn't something she's dedicated herself to learning; not to say she doesn't know how, she simply doesn't have an immense range of them as she does with boost hexes. What ones she does have take the opposite turn of her boost hexes; crippling others physical abilities and senses. Besides hexes, Nefeli uses her magic from broom flight. While she still has much to learn she's able to do all the basic things without trouble. For healing, herbology, and divination Nefeli does know the basic details and main points, enough so that she could give a general description as to how they work. Actually using healing spells or doing divination though? No skill, no ability, and more importantly, no interest. Her single reason to learn about herbology, even, is simply so she knows what plant is poisonous and what is edible if she ever gets lost out in the woods.
Extra: Nefeli has yet to summon a familiar; as all other witches and warlocks in such a situation upon starting school, one of her assignments in her Demonology class is to find a familiar to summon, due anytime before she graduates.

At her heart Nefeli is a happy child. Upbeat and cheerful, she tends to race throughout life with a smile- and without a thought. More instinctive than thoughtful, it's rather rare for Nefeli to think before she acts. All documented cases of her doing so shows that this phenomenon happens either because she has time while she's racing along to actually think- or her twin stops her in her tracks and demands that she does so. When given a chance to do so, Nefeli shows herself as a bright child; she's capable of thinking things through and figuring things out. While nowhere near the genius level of Avra, it's rather impossible to not pick up some things from someone you spend a lot of your time around. Her grades and intelligence are average; her riddle solving skills, however, are rather good. Perhaps because her grandfather loves riddles? Probably.

At times Nefeli can come off as arrogantly prideful. She has a tendency to boast about her abilities, and while she won't stretch the truth, she will chatter about her skills in lengthy detail. The important thing to note is that while Nefeli does take pride in her skills, she's not looking down on anyone. Just because she thinks she, herself, is great, doesn't mean she thinks everybody else is less than her. If that was the case the discrimination wouldn't get to her, much less have her shouting for equality- for everyone. Even as she boasts about her skills, Nefeli admits to her short-comings; mainly her inability to heal very well or divine the future. Talking about her failure to have a familiar is a bit of a touchy subject however, and it is much appreciated if you don't bring it up. Mentioning it to her can have her feeling defensive, and she will get angry if the person won't stop talking about it. Hexes to steal your voice are not so troublesome, so be warned by those who have felt her anger.

Nefeli is known to be a bit of a tease and prankster. While school has curbed her pranks quite a bit, it's not uncommon to find little pranks in her general area- especially if you've somehow annoyed her. Teasing is far harder to prevent, as she will tease you about pretty much anything. Never in a mean manner, intended to be friendly and playful- she'll stop if you let her know you don't like it. Tell her upfront; holding it back and then exploding on her about it later will only piss her off too- how was she to know you didn't like it, after all? For all her friendliness, Nefeli isn't the greatest at reading others. Back in her village only her twin was her own age, so there weren't a lot of friends to get the hang of it. Both mother and grandfather were very good at remaining calm around her antics, and Avra- well, Avra was Avra. So Nefeli has no ability to read other's emotions except Avra's, and those similar to her twin in the fact they either show no emotion or very little of it.

LIFE-EVENT ONE : OUTPOURING OF LOVE
Soliara Village was hardly large, and had barely any technology- only a few radios, tvs, and phones. The Argyris family have always lived in this village, and while most of the other villagers had no magic to their names, they accepted the presence of the witch family without qualms. Perhaps it was the fact that the villager count didn't even reach a hundred, and that everyone could trace their lines back and find some family connection to each other- perhaps it was the minimum contact they had with... well, anybody else. Or perhaps it was simply that the villagers were good at heart. Whatever the reason, Nefeli and her twin, Avra, lived their childhood in utter acceptance, only ever knowing kindness and love from the people around them- until they left.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : I'M NOT SCARED
From the start Nefeli has always been a courageous child. Little scared her, and it was pure naivety that guided her rather fearless actions. It wasn't until a certain incident that Nefeli began to know what fear was- and tasting fear for the first time is never pretty, no matter how large or small the reason. It started as a small feeling of unease as Nefeli watched her sister spend more and more time away from her, studying something about familiars. It all came to a head when Avra summoned her familiars- their mother was so proud, standing there among a few other witches, watching. It was the last straw. The feeling of unease sharpened, and Nefeli couldn't stand the feeling that she was being left behind. Without knowing what else to do, not knowing how else to react, she slipped out of the house and ran. Woods surrounded the village for miles upon miles, and the six-year old girl ran through them until she dropped from exhaustion. Having walked through this forest nearly daily with her mother, Nefeli knew the forest fairly well- but when she finally stopped and took a look around, nothing looked familiar. She was lost. After stumbling around for hours, trying to find anything that looked familiar, and only getting herself even more lost, ill-luck struck and she fell, breaking her leg. Blacking out from the pain, the next time she awoke it was nearing dawn. By the time her mother and a few villagers found her the sun had almost cleared the horizon.

LIFE-EVENT THREE : WHO I'M MEANT TO BE
Despite Nefeli feeling as if it shouldn't, life went on. For a time she was stubbornly staying still, refusing to allow herself to get caught up in the change. But as her leg healed, she too, slowly allowed herself to consider that maybe staying still wasn't the best choice. Eventually she had to accept that not even twins could stay together forever- her sister was already striding forward, leaving her behind. Refusing to allow change to touch was impossible, so Nefeli allowed the change that had first brought unease and fear into her heart sweep her away without a fight. Getting into the study of magic was hard; there was a definite unease there, and while Nefeli eventually worked her way through it, never has the girl tried to summon familiars. Perhaps it was a lingering fear that remained, a view that if Avra had never discovered her four familiars things wouldn't have had to change so quickly- but if asked, Nefeli would simply claim that she had merely yet to find one that sounded right. Yet sometimes change is good, something Nefeli learned in quite an unusual way. "Do you hate me?" A simple question, one that revealed to Nefeli that not only she was in pain; her twin, too, felt the pain of their distance. "I don't hate you! Never you- just... just the distance. The reason." Talking was such a simple thing, yet conversation was the source of all connection- and once more Nefeli felt that bond with her twin, something she had thought lost and broken. Together, as they should be.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FOUR : IF ONLY
Where they came from, Nefeli never learned. Perhaps one of the nearby villages or towns or cities ( not that any of them were truly "nearby" ) had birthed them; perhaps they had been a roving band. Wherever they came from, they were magic haters that had gotten word of their existence. If that wasn't bad enough the twins mother was visiting a friend in some city; it was just them and their grandfather at home. Their grandfather, however, was a witch in his own right and far more powerful than any non-magical hunters. The second he realized what was going shields were activated for the house, while the rest of the villagers hid in their homes as the magic that the witches had woven through the buildings came alive, preventing the hunters from burning or breaking into anything. What seemed like hours curled up with her twin and grandfather passed, before the shouts grew louder. Their mother had returned, and in moments she had sent the hunters- elsewhere. Nefeli had never learned of their fate, either.

LIFE-EVENT FIVE : DESTINATION OF MY DREAM
The twins were never meant to attend the academy. Their mother and grandfather were suppose to oversee their education, rather than strangers at a school. But the witch hunt had terrified their mother, so off to the academy they went. For Nefeli's part, it was exciting- or it was suppose to be, at least. Having never left the village before everything was new, exciting- and shocking. Nefeli felt discrimination for being a lesser caster for the first time in her life, and finding it everywhere at the school was... startling. Perhaps had she experienced it before, or even known that there was discrimination not just for witches but tons of other caster types- well. Maybe she would have been able to live with it, brush it off as so many others could. But it was too different from the life she had known, and her eyes would not look away from what it was- an injustice. So, dragging Avra along, Nefeli spoke out. Whether it was good luck or bad luck that a school competition was starting soon, who knows. But Nefeli saw her chance to prove that the secondary casters were just as good as the primary, and grasped it with both hands.

Style: Avra magical talents are best described as a combat oriented medic. That is to say, while Avra central goal of her magic is to heal and support others, she can just as easily flip the switch and be the one in the field of combat dealing damage. Now firstly let us describe her magic itself. Avra magic comes from the familiars bound to her and collective is known as “Revelations” as Avra herself acquired them from the “Book of Revelations”. They are in total the four horseman of the apocalypse and each one is loyal to Avra’s every command and will. Note, Avra can only summon one of them at any given time and the last horsemen has a special condition before it can be summoned.

Avra’s horsemen each harbor a support ability, whether it be healing or stat boasting and an offensive ability for when Avra requires to fight. She can rapidly switch between support and fighting but constant shifts do take a toll on her stamina and thus she prefers to take on one role unless otherwise required. Now let us get into the nitty gritty of each of her familiars.

War: The Red Horsemen is Avra’s most used familiar, in support mode she gains the magic known as “Blood Regeneration” where Avra can gather spilled blood and return it to its owner, effectively healing the wound it was spilled from. Note that it has to be their own blood for it to work, if she were to take the blood of others there is a high chance of poisoning even though it will still have the same regenerative effects. In combat mode she gains the ability known as “One Man Army”. The Red Horsemen becomes her sole soldier, an effective one at that capable of demolishing an army. However, this takes an immense toll on her stamina and thus she can only use it in small, five second bursts.

Famine: The Black Horsemen, to understand its support mode one must first know its offensive mode. It in offensive state, Avra can absorb energy with two abilities known as “Induce Hunger” and “Induce Dehydration”. Avra takes the energy of others leaving them hungry and/or thirsty. Now with her support ability she can reallocate this gained energy to someone else, or absorb it herself. This is known as “Feast or Famine”. For the most part she uses this as a way to distribute energy to a given team. Giving those who need it most an extra energy boast while taking the extra from those who already have plenty.

Death: The Pale Horsemen functions a little differently to the rest. Death does not have a physical form and thus resides within Avra instead. Avra becomes the Witch of Death, support wise she becomes a plague doctor able to heal most maladies. In offensive form when she becomes akin to a reaper of death, capable of dealing devastating physical blows. Once Avra calls upon Death, she must rest a day or so before calling any other familiar or risk permanent damage.

Conquest: The White Horsemen, Avra’s most powerful familiar but also the one that has special conditions for it to be summoned. Firstly, Avra must gain permission from War, Famine and Death. Once each of their permission has been granted she must perform a ritual that may take up to a few minutes. If she is interrupted at any time, she must redo the whole ritual. Once complete, Conquest is called forth granting all within his domain a magical barrier that is capable of withstanding a great deal of damage. Its offensive ability allows Avra to call down beams of light to smite its targets. Conquest can only be called for a span of a minute, in which afterwards Avra will collapse having expended all her magical energy.

There was always something odd about Avra, people always felt there was something different about her, some nagging feeling that perhaps there was something wrong with her but no one could ever quite put it into words. In reality, Avra was your normal witch girl. Well, as normal as you could get anyway, she just acted a little differently. The girl always had a hard time showing emotions, it’s not that she was emotionless but the fact is she was overly conscious about it. Her thoughts would swarm with questions like “Should I smile in this situation?” or “Should I be crying?” that in the end, she can’t decide upon an answer and just simply adopts a blank expression. However around certain few she seems to be quite capable of displaying emotions. Her twin sister especially. Perhaps there is simply an inherent understanding that makes her feel quite liberated around her. That she need not think too hard on it.

However, Avra lost her ability to display emotions from gaining her familiars. Note that she can only not display them, she feels them still. No matter the situation, Avra can only display a blank, almost monotone expression that gives no information about what’s going on inside her head. People find it almost creepy at times but most live with it considering it’s not by Avra’s choice. However, over the years, Avra has begun to actually feel emotions less and less. When you can’t display them, is there any true purpose in feeling them? Well, while she finds them valid, she can’t help but to get used to it as well. It was almost as if her world was slowly but surely turning black and white, emotions became a foreign language to her. Avra has begun finding it hard to read the emotions of others. Sure she can discern happy, sad, fear, but she can’t tell finer difference like excited, angry and so forth.

Moving on, it’s an undoubted that Avra hold an intelligent mind, some might even consider her a genius. Avra intelligence is not one gained from book learning, though that helped a lot of course but it came from Avra’s natural ability to apply her knowledge. Avra is a thinker that loves to apply her thoughts into a practical purpose. Her learning routine often involves learning something in a theoretical sense, and then straight away finding a practical application for it. For that reason Avra has always seen the world as her toy chest for which her knowledge would be the key to a world of fun and amusement. Furthering from that, Avra hold quite a tactical oriented mind. She is a planner, someone who is capable of rapidly devising a solution to a problem with near zero failure. Though in the past she has been chastised because her plans always lack any emotional thought to it. But can you really blame her for something like that?

Finally perhaps I shall dedicate one paragraph to what Avra is like when she feels emotions. Avra is bubbly and warm. She is someone who can just be best friends with anyone and those who are her best friends gets treated like family. Avra beliefs is that she should always find something to compliment about someone and she does so liberally. She loves to sing praises to people and she loves to get them in return. Avra can also be quite unusually shy about it as well, her habit being hiding behind the person that is making her shy because she doesn’t want them to see her blushing face. While naturally she can no longer show a blushing face, she definitely still holds the habits of the past of hiding behind people when she gets shy.

LIFE-EVENT ONE : OUTPOURING OF HATE
Solaris village was a simple farming community in middle of nowhere. No technology, just living off the land and trading with the very occasional merchant who would get lost and stumble upon them. It was also the home of Avra’s darkest secret. You see, Nefeli was well loved among the village, in fact the community in general was very accepting of witches, except Avra. Avra was a little different, Avra was born under rather peculiar circumstances, the very same circumstances that led her to gain her familiars. You see Avra was witch born active, a witch that could tap into witchcraft at birth. It was an extremely rare trait but one that her mother couldn’t be happier about. However it made the locals uneasy. When she was with Nefeli, it was all smiles and kindness, an act really, they were only being nice to Nefeli. When it was just her, there was always a distancing made from her as if she was a walking curse. As if at any moment she will decide they might be fun to experiment on.

LIFE-EVENT TWO : MY DEAR SISTER
It was needless to say that Avra born an active witch from the moment she could think, walk and talk had begun being schooled in witchcraft by her mother and witches from the local coven. Avra always held a particular interest in familiars. She would spend long hours in her mother’s library absorbing any grimoire she could get her hands on. It was one such day she heard a call, a voice beckoning for her attention. When she had found the source of the voice it was a book, a single grimoire tucked in the back of the library. Being cautious, Avra had approached her mother about it in which she bounced with excitement. It didn’t take her long for her to organize a ritual in which Avra made her pact with her familiars and became the ‘Witch of Revelations’. It was a grand occasion, or what should have been. But there was someone missing amongst the celebrators, Nefeli. Avra was the first to realize she was missing and without hesitation she ran out in search of her. Going as far as to use her newly acquired familiar for the very first time. It took until the first morning light to find her in which when she found her she was in horror at her sister, unconscious on the floor, her leg very clearly twisted in an odd angle. Avra begged her familiars to heal her but they refused stating that if they were to accept her in full she must learn to not have such human relationships. Despite having her emotions sealed from the ritual, Avra found herself crying at that thought. Slumping over her sister, with her familiar in present she made a vow, “I will only use my powers to protect her, I will never use them for anything else… is that good enough for you?!” she said and the familiar stood in silence before simply saying “Very well”. To this day Nefeli has no idea it was Avra who rescued her, she made her mother and the village say it was them who rescued her.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : SEPARATION
The coming time while Nefeli was in recovery was the hardest on Avra. She knew deep within it was her fault. That her strive to learn and ambition to succeed had caused a deep pain to her sister. Perhaps this is what the village feared her for. Great ambition leads down a lonely path. Avra continued to study, thinking that if she pour her every being into it she could ignore the growing pain within her. But it only caused the opposite to be true. The more she learned, the more she detested it. What use was all this learning if one day she won't have a sister to use it for? What good was her magic if Nefeli didn't want anything to do with her? It was then her turn to run. She ran from the house to a lake near their village and simply slumped beside it, staring at the blank expression reflected on the water's surface. "Why the long face child?" a voice spoke to her. Turning to see the speaker she saw a young girl, perhaps no more than her twenties sit next to her. "My sister hates me", Avra spoke and the girl simply chuckled. "Child, no one could truly hate their sister. You seem like a smart girl, did you ask her how she felt?” Avra could only be dumbfounded. What a simple solution that she didn't consider. "Go child, time can heal any wound but if you don't start early you'll regret it" she said. Avra ran back to the house and found Nefeli and not leaving much time to explain, she asked her "Neffy do you hate me?"

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : DYED IN BLOOD
It was perhaps the fault of their mother that lead to the complete obliviousness to how witches were viewed. Yes, Avra knew that the village did not take kindly to her, but that wasn’t specifically because she was a witch. As far as their mother had led her to understand, witches were beloved across the entire world. It didn’t take long for that reality to completely shatter. Avra would participate in her first witch hunt and it was not pretty indeed. While they were tucked away in the safety of their homes with their grandfather watching over them. Avra had secretly summoned one of her familiars outside in hopes that she could help. Avra saw what her horseman saw and while she could display no emotions, she felt terror for the first time. How do you hunt a witch? Well you don’t send mere mortals with pitchforks and torches. You send mages, spellcasters that can not only defend themselves against witchcraft but fight back in equal power. But it was one spellcaster that caught her attention the most. A girl, dressed in white gown stained with the blood of her fellow witches. She watched her drain the blood of those that were life family to her and spit it at others. She heard their curdling screams as if they had been struck by fire. Before things could escalate further she saw her mother return. It didn’t take her much to send them retreating, her mother was powerful there is no doubt about that. But that night left quite an impression on the young child’s mind.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : CHANGE
It was safe to say that Avra’s attendance of Innoustus Academy was not what that was planned. It was simply sprung upon her one day by her mother that she and Nefeli would be attending. The two of them didn’t need much to figure out it had to do with the recent witch hunt. Whether it was out of their mother’s fear to protect her precious children, or perhaps an understanding that she had sheltered her children far too much neither knew. But before they knew it the two was off to the academy with little knowledge of how the world outside their small village was. Avra figured that the world did not look too kindly on them, it came as no surprise to her that the pecking order of the academy favoured the so called “Primary Casters”. While she, a lowly secondary caster would be met with discrimination by them. Avra understood it well but she knew her sister would not feel the same way. Instead her sister, in a bold and daring moving decided she would challenge this system. Avra admired her bravery, foolish bravery, but bravery none the less. Thus she vowed she would to everything in her power to achieve her desire.

                                            Type: Sorceress
Style: Penny able to seemingly cast her magic without use of any sort of staff. But in reality, she uses the ancient magical style of Symbol Magic. Unlike most users of this Magic, the Rion Family was the first to introduce Symbol Magic while using your body as the canvas. The process is very painful, as you are literally etching magic INTO your flesh. With the runes in place, the Rion Family can activate the rune in question and send forth the magic with their hands, feet, head, etc. They use their bodies as conduits for the symbols. Their runes could be anything they want, though Penny tends to stick to a theme. Her theme is Electricity. The girl is able to enhance her own speed and agility with certain runes, and can use her body like an electrical conduit! She prefers to use ranged attacks, as she cannot handle pain very well. She can channel lightning through her body and aim it at her opponent! Depending on how many runes she has activated, her attack could be strong or fairly weak. The more runes she has activated, the less potent they become.

Her favorite runes are: Accelerando, Leggero, and Kapelle.

Accelerando is a rune that enhances her speed. It only enhances her physical speed, making her run faster, react quicker, and is harder to hit. It doesn't require much focus from her, and when in battles or in training, she often has Accelerando on in the back of her mind. It does not make her immune to any damage or impossible to hit. Someone who is also quick enough can catch her, or a stronger opponent with a well-timed strike can knock her down.

Leggero is a rune that allows her to send out spikes of electricity at her opponent. The spikes can come from anywhere on her body, but she prefers to send them out through her hands and fingertips. The strikes cannot go through terrain and can be deflected as they are not her strongest ability but by no means weak.

Kapelle is a rune that seemingly summons an electrical beast. While it is not a legitimate summon, Penny is able to control it albeit with a lot of focus. Kapelle is a manifestation of her electricity and magic presence shaped and formed into a large serpent-like dragon. It can "fly" through the air but cannot be too far from Penny or else it will cease to exist. It cannot go through terrain and its attacks can be blocked. But unlike her Leggero, it cannot be completely blocked. Kapelle has electric discharge and can zap her opponents.
If Penny is given enough time, she can use Leggero through Kapelle.

Extra: The girl is quite adept at conjuring her symbols on her skin. All she needs to do is ignite them with her magic and the symbols glow their elemental color--which in her case is a bright yellow!

                                              Strengths: 「Speed 「Precision
                                              Weaknesses: 「Clumsiness 「Pain

Penny is a lover of all information and is always seen with a book attached to her body in some way--whether she is reading it, holding it, or laying in it. She is cheerful most of the time, and often plasters on a fake smile to make those around her feel more secure and safe. Inside however, she is plagued with insecurities and fear of being a disappointment. She doesn't put all that much care into her physical appearance, because she spends far too much time studying or experimenting with new symbols.
She is the type of person to live in the moment. She loves to sing, and has a high pitched sing-song-like voice. She is very kind-hearted and overprotective of the things she cares about. She has a very friendly nature and has the desire to practically befriend everyone. She has a good sense of justice and humor, and a strong sense of understanding.
She's headstrong and very blunt about people and things she likes. She often speaks first and thinks about it later and has no content-filter at times. If she does come to love someone, she'll more than likely be confused with this feeling and unsure how to act around the person. She'll try to avoid them as much as possible so she wouldn't have to feel these conflicting feelings. But if the person does happen to love her in return, he or she would have to guide this awkward girl through it all.

                                              LIFE-EVENT ONE : Caesura
Born into the illustrious Rion family, Penny was destined for greatness while in the womb. Her family had just recently overcome a large hurdle that prevented them from breaking through the norms. Rions have always been attuned with Symbol Magic, but the magic always had its downfalls. It was very time consuming to write down the symbols and set them up for a large scale assault! They’ve adapted to different means, by having pieces of parchment ready with symbols already etched on them, in preparation for a battle. But, this also was too time consuming. With other Sorcerer clans coming up with fantastic and flashy ways to cast their magic, the Rions felt as if they were falling behind! It is a dog-eat-dog world and the Rion Family was being consumed.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : Aria
Esmeralda, Penny’s Mother, was in a very arduous labor and the life was being slowly siphoned from her face. Tobias, Penny’s Father, stood by his wife’s side. He prayed and wished that his wife would be saved from this horror. But, as time waned on, Esmeralda’s life continued to slip from her. Fearing the loss of his one true love, Tobias held out a finger and set it against her stomach. Tobias felt his unborn daughter’s magical essence. He drew upon the child’s power--as miniscule as it was--along with his wife’s and began to etch a rune on her Mother’s stomach. The pain the woman felt was unimaginable, and she howled into the night. But the rune that was etched was a simple protection rune. Unburdened by the laws of death for a short amount of time, Esmeralda was given the extra edge she needed to give it her all and give life to her unborn daughter. The child came into the world silent, exhausted from the ceremony but alive nonetheless.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : Diminuendo
The Rion Family hit a breakthrough! Tobias, while using the magical essences of his family, was able to etch a rune on flesh and activate it! He would attempt to reignite the run again and again, and even etch runes on himself. His flesh was marred with the failed attempts to ignite the runes like he had on his wife. Though, because of the unfiltered magic and raw potential of the runes, his wife was damaged from the waist down due to the magical surge. The guilt plagued Tobias’ mind and when Penny was old enough to walk, talk, and write, she was forced to study the symbols. Childhood was rough for her mind, but the girl grew up yearning for the praise and appreciation of her Father, who was stingy in giving it. Her Mother soothed the child when she was overwhelmed with knowledge and told her stories about how great the Rion Family was. How their names were once famed in society, and how now they’re nothing but an empty shell. She went on to tell Penny that if she wished for the family to be happy again, they would need the Symbol Magic her Father is working on to work.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FOUR : Crescendo
A new flame ignited within Penny. The child who yearned to join her neighbors outside for games and trade toys was stuffed away in light of a new child who wanted to make her family proud. She spent more time with her Father, believing that coming up with the new version of Symbol Magic would make her family happy again. She believed it would give her Mother enough hope to get out of bed, and she also believed her Father would start to feel kindness and love. Though, her Father did have love and kindness, he was too focused on righting his wrong to care. But, Penny worked alongside him while going to school and learning as much as she could. She studied hard and would come home and work with her Father by placing symbols on any flesh of a living creature they could find. Luckily there was no shortage on rats and other vermin.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : Cadenza
Penny grew into her early teens and they could still not come up with a break through! Any symbol they etched would explode the host! It wasn’t until Penny took a Herbology class that she learned of a special plant that seemed to protect oneself from the debilitating effects of raw magic. The symbols they etched were as raw as magic came, and she concocted a plan. The plant she chose was reminiscent of her name. The Pennyroyal plant. When she came home with it, she did more research in her Father’s library before deciding it was solid enough to test. She mashed the Pennyroyal down to paste and fed it to a rat. She waited until it was digested and etched in a symbol. To her surprise, the rat did not explode! She continued testing without her Father for a few days until she felt confident enough to inform him of her findings! A bit skeptical, her Father decided to let Penny try it on herself--despite knowing what complications would arise! So, Penny ate the Pennyroyal, waited to digest it and then etched on her forearm the rune of electric magic. Expecting the worst, her Father backed away. But, with Penny still alive her Father screamed and picked her up in a hug. The Rion Family had an ace. Soon enough, Penny began researching more Symbols and practicing with them until becoming wonderfully adept in them. There are certainly other ways to use Symbols, and Penny has made it her life’s work to find them all out.

                                            Type: Druid
Style: As a druid, Xander commands over the three elements of nature: Wind, Water, and Earth. His magic is combat-oriented, focusing on offense and defense, though lacking in any substantial healing properties normally attributed to his class. His movements and style can best be described as free and erratic. With soft and graceful gestures, nature springs forth in elegant tendrils and supple buds. Anger and ferocity breaks the earth with sharp, jagged stones and thorny whips. How his magic is utilized is based on his movements and desires - to destroy or to defend.

Combat: Using the elements of nature, Xander reinforces his body with magic. He takes the energy of his surroundings - nature - and infuses it into himself, strengthening his physical abilities and attacks. A punch could very well feel like a 100-lb rock aiming straight for the face. While some people use staffs or wands, Xander expresses his magic through movement, whether it be from his fingertips or his whole body. Due to his dependence on his environment, he is at his strongest when surrounding by the natural earth and weakest when he has no access to Mother Nature.

Elements: Xander's magic consists of the three elements of nature: Earth, Water, and Wind. While he cannot move mountains or split apart oceans, he does have a substantial command over nature. Trees and plants can grow and move at his will, as well as the earth itself. He can summon strong gales and bend and shape water. On a small scale, he can combine his elemental magic to affect the weather, such as bringing forth rain. The larger the form his magic takes, the more energy he expends, and his reservoir only runs so deep. For this reason, he avoids hampering with the weather, and even then, his influence over it would only last about ten minutes, depending on what he's summoned. As for healing, the most he can do is maybe fix a broken finger - on a good day.

Nature: All his magic is dependent on nature, but he also has a deep connection with it. He shares a form of communication with both plants and animals. With no effort, he can tell if a tree or a plant is suffering from some ailment or if a creature is agitated and afraid, even share simple concepts; but of course, he can't quite directly communicate with them - yet. Though he receives a sense of calm and stability in his beloved nature, the effect is more than psychological. There is magic and life all around, in sprouting seedlings and drips of rainwater, and he receives their natural energy. It's not enough to relieve him of exhaustion but enough to slowly replenish himself.

Companion animal: At birth, all druids create a bond with an animal. Though Xander's had started off rocky, he's made an everlasting bond with his own, a lion named Raul. And like everything in the magical world, Raul is more than a simple feline. At his beck and call, Xander may summon forth his companion animal to his side; he may even transform and take on the form of the lion.
Extra: Though Xander knows his fair share of the three elements, he is best at using Earth followed by Wind; his least favorite magic is Water. Also, it is impossible for him to create something out of nothing - a foundation is needed. No wind within a vacuum, no tree without a sapling, no rain within a desert (maybe two or three drops). Therefore, he usually carries the essentials with him, such as a few seeds or a bottle of water. His companion animal is a lion - lazy but fierce; it is also his animal form.
                                              Strengths: 「Combat specialist 「Flora knowledge
Weaknesses: 「Mainly limited to nature magic 「Environment reliant

Xander is a self-proclaimed bore. He's positive that others view him the same, and he doesn't blame them. He keeps to himself and rarely ever initiates a conversation; however, he will reply if spoken to. Not to mention, he displays almost zero interests outside of his comfort zone, so exploring new and foreign ideas and activities are a definite "No." He prefers and enjoys the everyday routines as well as the simplicity of life. Excitement and adventure is too tiring for a young man like Xander. His lack of interaction and motivation lies with either his laziness or indifference - most likely both. Aside from a few exceptions, he holds no concerns for people and objects alike. Reputation, love, social status - they have little value to him. Experience has taught him that such concepts are trivial and that the pursuit of them brings hardships and misfortune, trials he doesn't want to bother with. Though he's come from a well-to-do childhood (a warm house, food to eat, even a pedigree to his name), his past shortcomings led him to a pessimistic view on life: hope for mediocre, expect disasters. He has low expectations for others and for himself, and he's hardly ashamed of his cynicism.

Despite his negative attitude, he avoids being broody and melancholy. He does strive for his goals in life, despite how simplistic his desires may be. And in order to do so, he's resolved to be self-reliant; only on a bad or desperate day will he go around asking for help. While he lacks interests and enthusiasm in variety, he makes up for it with strong will and passion for the few things he loves, including loved ones. The fewer things he can call his own, the more he cherishes them. Therefore, he is loyal towards his allies and friends, caring even - though it may not always be apparent. Whatever Xander sets his mind to, he becomes determined and steadfast to accomplish it. Having few friends and even fewer close friends, he's learned to carefully assess people and situations, taking advantage of things that may be useful and discarding those that may not. He is practical and logical. And his logic dictates observation and self preservation. He prefers to watch from afar, avoiding getting into any unfavorable situations himself. If anything, he'll even admit defeat and surrender just to avoid confrontations. There's nothing wrong with swallowing some pride and turning tail if he gets to sleep an extra five minutes. However, for his friends, exceptions can always be made, despite how troublesome he believes the situation may be.

Though the younger son of two, Xander was still born into the Gulwric family with expectations to uphold. His family had a rather well-known name in the magical community, known for their strict line of druids. As with all of their class, the next thing a newborn druid makes is a connection and lifelong pact with an animal. His brother Ezekiel, from what Xander knows, had no problem at all - expected, really. Xander, on the other hand, failed to make any connection at all. For the first five years nothing drew him to nature or his companion. His parents and family had expectations of him, to become a druid at birth just like everyone else in the family, but from the moment he was born he had failed to do the most simplest and basic task. They had no hope for him, and put their dreams into his older brother. His parents still saw Xander as their son, but they couldn't help but feel disappointed, even ashamed, that their child was a failure.

Early into his childhood, Xander already knew he was different and not in a good way. His family members had the decency to talk to him. But there was always something in the tone of their voices, that odd something in the depths of their eyes, the creases in their fake smiles, that made Xander feel out of place. As young as he was, he couldn't pinpoint exactly what or how, but they always treated him just a bit different than from his brother, as well as other young druids his age. As time passed on, he could feel the rift between him and his parents. He wasn't entirely unhappy but he was in want. He wanted to be acknowledged as a true member of the family, to be genuinely accepted; but as he was, it was impossible. And the impossible became possible, softly and casually just as if it was any other day. One day he felt a nagging feeling in the back of his mind, pushing him toward something. Xander had started feeling cooped up in his room, so he ventured for a walk in hopes of relieving him of whatever was inflicting him. The more he walked about, the stronger this pull became until eventually, it just happened. It was like a switch turned on. The little forest surrounding him simply and spectacularly blossomed before him. But unlike his revelation, all he had to feel was acceptance; there was no joy or excitement, simply acceptance. He sat on the soft grass to watch nature in his newly-received perspective until he had enough. He turned toward home just to see a small cub sitting in his path. Xander picked it up and carried it back home.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : FIRE'S SHADOW
Eventually Xander revealed to his parents of his druid abilities. Rather, it was they who had stumbled upon him in the woods, teaching his companion animal to sit and basic tricks, as well as playing with vines and growing flowers. They acknowledged him but not fully. Late bloomers were uncommon, and they usually fell short of their normal counterparts. Xander would probably grow to be no different, lacking in many areas compared to his peers but more importantly, his brother. His parents had pinned their hopes and expectations on Ezekiel years ago, so it was too late to put any onto Xander. Still, Xander was still young, and he still had a little fire in him to try. It was hard trying to self-teach himself from books and observation. He had no real guide or teacher, but he tried. Eventually, however, his morale dropped. His brother was always overshadowing him, and no matter what he did, Xander just couldn't reach equal footing with Ezekiel. It was to be expected really, he thought, his brother had years of experience ahead of him after all; there was no way for someone like him. So Xander gave up.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : FREE AS WIND
Xander was sent to his uncle. His parents were heading somewhere - they never told him, and he never asked - and took Ezekiel along with them. He hardly cared. However, he was surprised during his first week's stay at his relative's. His aunt and uncle and even their daughter, they were genuinely kind. They didn't harbor that elitist attitude he saw in the rest of his family, and it was yet another revelation for him: there were gentle and kindhearted people in his family. Of course not everyone had a superiority complex, but somehow Xander forgot that. For the first time in a long while, he was enjoying himself in someone else's household. He could talk to them freely about druids and magic without the possibility of being brushed off. The conversations were refreshing and stimulating, but his favorite aspect was the time spent learning. His cousin, Veira, was only a few years older, yet he could learn and practice magic with her as equals. His aunt and uncle poured their knowledge onto them, probably more so onto Xander as he was always eager. They had even remarked that Veira ought to be as studious as he was; it had filled him with an unknown joy to hear that. He would have loved to stay with them, but as always, things never really went his way. The return of his parents also marked his return home. And one day, Xander had enough - he wanted to leave.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : UNINVITED INTERMISSION
Xander was still their child, and they still had guardianship over him; they couldn't just let him do as he pleased, so a deal was struck. Though they never voiced it, he knew he was the disgrace of the family. His parents wanted to mitigate that. He was to be sent to a magic academy, so they could at least say Xander didn't go into the world as a total loss. He needed some magic to his name, at least some prestige, anything to lessen the damage made to their image. He never bothered to show them all he had learned from Veira and her parents; he long lost the motivation to care. Besides, being sent to the academy would mean being away from the toxic environment that was his family. So he kept shut and agreed. Xander was shipped off to Innostus, marked as a primary caster, and was thrown into the student life of classes and magic. For the most part of his four years, he enjoyed it. He never set off to be class president or the best in any particular area, but he did excel in various subjects (to his surprise). What he really cared for was graduation, to be free to live his uneventful life. There was only one year left until graduation, and it was smooth sailing - until a brat decided to fight the system. He wouldn't have cared if he was left out of the whole thing, but her little uprising messed up his easy schedule and dragged him into the stupid competition. Needless to say, Xander was not happy about it.

                                            Type: Alchemist
Style: Stay out of sight and out of mind, Nix prefers to fight the secret battles. While the magus fight with their large flashy spells and divert all the attention on themselves, the Alchemist keeps herself to one side and keeps her magic under the radar, poisoning and afflicting her foes from the sidelines. As brittle as pencil, she cannot and will not (if she can help it) take a lot of damage. The best battle for Nix is a battle that she can end before it begins. Luckily, her wide arrange of potions are wonderful for boosting various parts of herself, whether it be her endurance to her sense of smell - if someone has a need, she has a potion for it. Naturally, those potions that dramatically change a persons body will eventually have a negative backlash, but she is slowly working over the kinks during her countless experiments while attending school.

Mix and Manipulate – Even without the use of proper alchemic and potion brewing equipment, Nix is able 'mix' any ingredients or components together simply by holding or touching them. For example, if she has the herbal ingredients in her hands, they will be mixed together and create a healing potion or something of the like. It's great for making smoothies or drinks on the go when you cannot be bothered to set up a blender! Naturally, if she does not have a bottle on her, she will be stuck holding the mixture until she is able find a container which leads onto the second half of the spell - Manipulate. A small form of blood magic comes into play here. Any concoction that she 'mixes' along with a drop of her blood, she is able to meld and manipulate any way she wills it. Someone won't drink her poison? Well, better turn it into a gas and send it their way.

Makers Eyes – Being able to mix any concoction known to man take some level of academic knowledge in the way of chemicals and their values. No-one can look at a potion and know what ingredients it contains and at what quantities. Well, unless you are Nix, of course. One look at an item and she can tell you every ingredient that went into a slice of bread, from the amount of grains of salt to the accidental drop of sweat from the baker who baked it. Admittedly, this ability can be both irritating and disgusting at times, especially as she has little control over it when she is tired. And who doesn't get drowsy in lessons? She often wears glasses or a thin veil of cloth over her eyes to negate the ability. It isn't just for fashions sake, honest!

Alchemists Touch – The general definition of an Alchemist is usually based around their ability to turn one thing into another. Stone to copper, copper to gold – the general idea is the same and Nix's main ability is no different. After the briefest of touches, Nix can alter the material or components of one item into something else completely for a short amount of time. Throw a table at her? The moment it touches her, it could burst into a flurry of feathers and after a few moments, it would become splintered wood on the ground. This ability does not work on anything without a 'physical' state. For example, she cannot turn air into something or an arcane spell into something else. If Nix wishes to change something permanently, depending on the size and properties of the item, she can only cast this once a day on larger objects. Changing smaller items can be used a few times, but not endlessly. Admittedly, her main uses of this ability have been to change one cooking ingredient to another if she had bought the wrong one. This magic does not work on living organisms. Or at least, she has not yet learned how. To be honest, she doesn't have the desire to learn something like that either! That being said, she has tried to alter a persons genetic make-up before.. but the most she has managed to do is change their hair color. If her magic studies fail, at least she has an opportunity to become a hairdresser!

Purification & Infection - Another early practice of alchemy revolves around removing imperfections from materials, focusing mostly on metals. With that ideal in mind, Nix can use her magic to do just that from both materials and living (or non living) people. In laments terms, for items she can remove impurities, increasing their worth and effectiveness. With living beings, she can extract toxins to cure them of afflictions. She can do this but also in reverse as well, adding imperfections and flaws to items as well as adding toxicity to her own blood, allowing her to craft and manipulate poisonous solutions at will.

Extra: List of potion examples will be here eventually!

There was little reason for Bellanix to ever feel sad. Though her family was gone, the people that surrounded her were caring and supportive, all her needs catered to and the place she lived was quite pleasant. Regardless of all this, throughout her younger years up until the present, she has always held a continuous feeling of sadness and guilt. Some blame it on the magic her mother was subject to during her pregnancy, but the reason is unknown. The alchemist is quiet but always listening, picking up on every detail a person is saying in hopes of not angering a person - she seems to jump to the harshest conclusions to any meeting in her head, even if it is simply a normal conversation. She feels no fear or distress around her classmates, just a constant feeling on unease, even with the kindest of students. It is best to avoid them when possible, she feels. Better to expend her energy on avoiding possible conflicts rather than having to deal with them at all. Her mind is often buzzing with her opinions of other students or events, but does not hold the confidence to speak her mind most of the time. Thanks to her unusual magic, she holds no attachment to material items since she replace them rather easily - sadly, this has lead to some of the more rebellious students stealing her belongings on occasion.

Regardless of her heavily passive persona, Nix does hold some vague desire to dish out justice when people have been wronged, especially those she deems innocent. She holds her own intelligence in high regard (though, of course, she will never gloat about it) and believes in her ability to act unbiased in situations that arise. In actuality, her opinion of who is 'innocent' or 'guilty' lies solely on whoever is disrupting the peace the most. Of course, standing up to someone and shouting at them is hardly her style. Cynical is another good word to describe - she thinks the worst of others and believes they think the same of her. What a happy girl!

LIFE-EVENT ONE : GENERATIONS OF RESEARCH
Men and women throughout the ages have being trying to muster up the power to raise the dead to no avail, dedicating their lives and the lives of their kin in pursuit of such a feat. The Reed family is, or was, no exception. Dark rituals and magicks have powered the family for generations, gaining them strength in both magic and status. Feared and respected for both their power and knowledge, the Reed family once stood atop the higher rankings of the magical word. Once. Such a dangerous form of magic had a habit of eradicating the life-force of its users, even affecting the fertility and conception rates. As their family ties dwindled over the years, their desperation to find the answers to all they had worked towards caused them to turn to even darker means, experimenting on their own kin. They hoped to find their answers of controlling the dead by playing with life – all they got was a rather sickly baby Nix.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : LOSS & SECRETS
Judging by the years of experimentation and inhumane research that had been going on in the Reed family for so many generations, it is not too far-fetched to believe that members of her family are not all quite right in the head. When they learned that Nix's mother had become pregnant, rather than rejoice and prepare for the bundle of joy on its way, they used their unborn child as another means to continue their research. Pumping a woman with dangerous concoctions and magic had a very slim chance of resulting in anything good, an assumption proven correct when all that came from it was a sickly baby girl and a deceased mother. Stricken by grief at the loss of his wife, the father dove further into madness and used to cadaver of his wife to continue their research. If it wasn't for estranged friends of the household breaking into the family home after hearing nothing of them for many weeks, Nix may have become the next on a list of sacrifices in the name of science. After a quick search of the premises, it was plain to see his wife was not the only body that had been used to further their research. Once the families dark secrets were unearthed, the father was locked away and the power their family once owned was gone. Regardless of her innocence, no-one wanted to take care of a sickly young child of a disgraced family and she soon found herself in an orphanage.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : ORPHANAGE ACCIDENTS
The orphanage Nix found herself in was as droll and ordinary as any would expect but seeing as how she had lived there since she were a mere month old baby, it was all she knew. Though her family's shady past was kept from the other orphans, the young Nix alienated herself from them willing, never quite clicking with the others. She was never bullied, never singled out. She simply had an unusual and unjustified sense of guilt. It was during her time in the orphanage that Nix discovered that all the horrific things done to her mother during her pregnancy did in fact end up with some results, though not in the way they had hoped for. Rather than finding some malignant way to change the dead into the living again, the magic she discovered would only change one inanimate object to another. Not quite the opposite of what they were working towards but still not what they wanted. After being served their usual meal and suddenly being able to change it to something much nicer, Nix was soon the most popular girl at the orphanage. They couldn't have desert without eating all their greens? Lucky they had someone to change their icky greens into something delicious for a few moments! Her popularity took a sudden dip when her magic curiously caused nearly all of the orphans to be sent to hospital with severe stomach pain and paralysis, deciding to keep her magic to herself from then on. Hearing the orphanage matrons speaking of her family's history and calling them a 'poisonous family' may have spurred her curiosity into motion. Even if she had never really met her family, she still felt some vague connection to them and felt the need to deal some justice for them (even if all it really did was prove their negative views). Food items in their stores were soon inedible and teeming with toxins, unfit for consumption for even those with iron stomachs. From then on, Nix was not allowed anywhere near their pantries or cupboards, even making her eat away from the rest of the orphans.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : MEETING THE FAMILY
Her reluctance to mesh with the other orphans did not do her any favours in enticing families to adopt her either. Either hiding away in her room or sitting behind the biggest tree in their garden, Nix continued avoiding the others living with her like the plague, testing her theories and experimenting with her magic on herself in secret. She had come to the conclusion was not based solely around magic, but also her knowledge on science and the chemical make up of anything she wished to change. The more she learned, the more her magic expanded so naturally, books became the only friend she needed. Where could she access all the books she could ever want in the pursuit of learning? School, but to be enrolled in the place she had in mind, permission from parents or guardians had to be obtained. Sure, she could have asked the orphanage to sign her over, but this was a prime opportunity to finally have a one on one chat with her beloved father. After much debate, the meeting was set. It was an odd experience, meeting the man who both loved and killed your mother, both of which she could not recall knowing, and yet there was still some vague connection she felt. It was surprising how pleasant the man was to talk to and Nix could not recall ever speaking for so long in her life before. Long after the papers had been signed and permission given to attend the school, the young alchemist finally was told she had to leave. Upon her exit, her father brought to her attention that all of the family belongings were hers the moment he perished, being the last of their line. It seemed like an oddly morbid way to end their first meeting. A few days later, she learned it was also their last – he was found dead in his cell hours after she had left.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : AGREEMENT
It was unusual how much the news of her fathers suicide affected her. Maybe the idea that she was the last of her family dawned on her and the outcome was that she became more of a recluse than ever. Any idea of attending school was soon out the window and she was desperate to move into her family home. Of course, she was far too young. That, and with the family history, it may not have been safe to allow her back inside, even if the place had been stripped and left bare. Another long debate. Eventually, an agreement was made. The home would be kept vacant until Nix finished school, otherwise it was free for whatever governing body to do with it what they pleased. Since then, Nix has attended school the past few years without any qualms. She retains her reclusive lifestyle, avoiding other students as much as possible and refusing to join any clubs. There are always that quiet students, sitting in the corner with their nose buried in books and notes – it just happens to be that Nix is one of them in this story. Surprisingly, she did sign up to work with the Disciplinary Committee but they declined her. One too many times her peaceful studying was disturbed by disruptive students messing around with their magic. A little paralysis thanks to a little poison was a quick way to deal with boisterous classmates, but they did not seem to like her methods.

                                            Type: War Mage
Style: A man whose intention with graduation is to enlist as a soldier, it would not be hard to predict that his spells are designed with the intent to kill or sustain him in battle. Indeed, Salen excels at this form of magic. In fact, he can be seen as something of a prodigy. But hailing from a long line of War Mages also means that his style lacks artistic beauty or charm. It is a brutal and ugly thing that can be terrifying to behold. Salen thinks little of it and focuses on perfecting the magic he is most comfortable with. Beauty means nothing to someone who is going to constantly risk their life in the field of war.

His techniques are limited and lack depth, but they are perfect for their intent and follow a set theme. One of his primary abilities is known as accumulation. It's very important to know that while Salen only has a few techniques, he makes up for it by having full control over them. He can dissipate and use them at will, which is a requirement for him as at higher accumulation, his attacks can kill someone, even with a dulled and lighter weapon. The other reason is that high accumulation also damages his body and tires him out. The principle of accumulation is that Salen can increase the force of his attacks by striking solid material. This means each consequential hit strikes harder than the last until they send opponents flying.

The same principle also extends to pain and momentum. He can store away pain, but at the cost of having it all register simultaneously later. This can lead to knocking him unconscious or into shock. Momentum is built along with force accumulation and can be used to jump higher or leap further, allowing him to charge opponents with intimidating force. This strains his body more than anything else as channeling accumulation through your muscles directly is very taxing. Typically, Salen channels his accumulation through the weapon and it's actually a requirement that his weapon is at hand for him to be able to build accumulation at all. The only exception is pain accumulation, which is inherently magic that builds upon his fortitude.

The remaining few tricks that Salen has build around various War magic practiced in his family. He does not know much about enlarging himself or similar abilities, but he has an innate talent for using "reeling" spells and "arena" spells. These serve the purpose of denying others the ability to flee from him, but can have some comical effect outside of battle too, as he can tag people with magical energy and reel them in or create a circular area around himself which serves as an arena with invisible walls.

Extra: Salen Raas is rarely seen without his halberd, a large and intimidating weapon that takes up a lot of unnecessary room. Though it is a halberd technically, it lacks a lot of features that would normally make it a deadly weapon, so you can even refer to it as an elongated axe instead. The weapon has been dulled so it poses no lethal risk to other students and is made of a lighter material. It can still hospitalize someone, but it'll hardily kill anything on it's own. The halberd itself is actually Salen's magical focus and he needs it to properly cast almost all of his spells.

Strengths: 「Sustained Combat 「 Escape Denial

Energetic and cheerful are the first words that come to mind when Salen Raas comes into focus. The young man seems hard to bring down and his mood hardily every shifts from it's usual self. He radiates a sense of confidence and courage that can be both obnoxious and infectious. Salen doesn't appear to think much about the divide between primary and secondary casters. He seems to treat everyone attending the school more or less the same, with a few exceptions!

Raas responds well to authority and bravado. In these cases, he becomes increasingly respectful, especially towards teachers and bodies of authority, such as the student council president but also towards people who face their fears or otherwise carry out impressive feats. Despite this, there is one thing that seems to drive him more than anything and that's competition. He seems to take loving pride in his spells and physique and being able to compete with others in various fields he's good at is a strong joy for him, though he's not a sore loser and manages to laugh at his own defeats.

Other than this Salen can appear as quite dogmatic, he has a fierce, stubborn set of beliefs that he adheres to strictly and often, this means he's quite harsh on himself. Due to a past riddled with arguably cruel training, Salen has an underlying fear for illusionists who are willing to resort to barbaric or horrific illusions. Part of his training was after all to endure the sight of death and other realities that War Mages come to face, the young boy was heavily impacted by the illusions and they left a lasting effect on him.

                                              LIFE-EVENT ONE : Fleeting Memories
One face is replaced by another. An endless cycle of faces, like distant memories that coalesce only to fade again. But each face is family. Salen often dreams of them still, the youngest memories he has are those of the people he played with at a very young age, but those people were grown up and in touch with reality, when the call to war came, they all heeded it and one by one, they left the young boy with no clue of what awaited him. Salen does not know his relatives very well, the only thing he has been told is what is expected of him and blindly he listened to their dogma.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : Building Character
The rain hammers down upon the young ones. Some of them are crying, but the mud hardily offers any comfort. The shrill sound of the instructor let's them know that break time is over. Salen raises himself from the mud, his small and fragile body feels utterly broken. Mercy, he thinks. But the eyes of the instructor are ruthless. Another lap around the track. Another delay will simply mean no lunch. He feels like death, but if he gives up, he knows that the others are only going to be punished for it. He does not deserve mercy. Not until his body matches his magic.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : Pride
His back is straight. His uniform is on. He surveys his instructor with a blank face. He is still young, but those who have been denied a proper childhood are quick to realize maturity, he is no different. He salutes in time, his posture is perfect. His form has grace. He swings the weapon around. Magic surges through him. The instructor smiles. A strange sense of pride wells over him. His fellow students eye him with jealousy. He's strong. His body matches his magic. The instructor recites their pride. There are not many casters in the world capable of what we do. Only years of training can achieve this form of perfection. Nothing else even comes close.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FOUR : Reclaiming Innocence
The instructor has finally sent him off. He sees his family again. Apparently the groundwork for his training is complete. They shower him in gifts and hugs, but the boy doesn't really understand, he simply smiles at them sheepishly, what else can he do? They tell him of life beyond the country and what awaits him there. He laughs with them. A sense of belonging falls over him that few others experience. He has a clear purpose in life and it feels great. His family celebrates his return with a proper party, the boy didn't realize it was for his birthday until the cake came. The halberd inherited by his instructor is left in a corner as the boy makes his wish.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : Student Guidance
Salen Raas relaxes in the couch chair provided by the faculty. As the teacher enters, his posture straightens automatically and he almost salutes her, a sheepish smile on his face. The teacher giggles at him and Salen laughs back awkwardly. They introduce each other and even hold a proper conversation for a while. The teacher informs him of his education and what he can expect of his new home. Salen takes in what he can. There's so many words to keep track off, he keeps trailing off. He makes a joke about it to the teacher and they both laugh. The thought of meeting normal students makes him feel odd. This is not a military school, but it will give him the education he needs to enlist, they tell him. Salen does not question the wishes of his family, though it's certainly going to be a wild ride.

Simple as that. He speaks the spell and wah-lah! He uses the magic given to him. Of course, this would mean he has a random set of magical abilities. The magic ranges from simple healing to attacking spells. Moreover, His magic is very flexible and his central ability is to select which spell is best to use at any given time. It's almost like he has a sixth sense for knowing what to use without actually practicing the spell. Furthermore, Zaire doesn't directly hear from the gods/goddesses, but he randomly gains knowledge of a new spell; like a random thought.

Zaire isn't your normal magical user. He isn't driven or ambitious. Nor is he hard working. Rather, he is nothing like your normal magic user. His character is rather lazy. Zaire would rather be dozing off than practicing magic. Why would he when he doesn't have the need to? Instead of wasting his time practicing, he might as well use it for more practical uses, like eating, or dreaming. You know what they say about dreamers; they are only following their hearts. And Zaire is doing just that. Despite his sleepy tendencies, Zaire isn't totally a terrible person. He smiles easily, and doesn't avoid conversation unless necessary. Although, during mid conversation he may fall asleep but that isn't personal. That much depends on the subject of conversation.

Zaire has many bad qualities, such as being lazy and his lack of ambition, but he has "good" qualities too. He is laid back and rarely does he raise his voice. He finds it uses too much effort. The sixteen year old tries to avoid conflict as much as possible, but it always seems to find it's way to him. Mostly because of his big mouth. Who would think such a sleepy boy would have such a big mouth? Now, his mouth isn't big because of the volume of his voice but rather the way he uses his words. He always has something sarcastic to say. Tell him your opinion, and he will find something to say about it. It doesn't help that he doesn't take anything seriously. Ever. When the boy isn't entertaining himself with his dreams, he is entertaining himself with his words.

People may find Zaire rather annoying because of his lack of help in situations. One knows better than to work with Zaire on a group project. He will only be there as a pretty face, but when it comes to the actual work, he leaves that on everyone else. Zaire does not like to get his hands dirty, if he can avoid it, he will.

Nora and Gregory Lockhart were very powerful oracles, striking fear in everyone who dared to go against them. They had been well known throughout their region for their strength and their immense power. The two were known as the perfect duo. After years of using their magic for the benefit of the city, the couple decided to settle down and have children. They had three beautiful boys; Gregory Jr, Damien, and Zaire. Although, to the parents disappointment.....none of their kids developed magical abilities. Or so that was what they thought. The perfect duo tried to be optimistic about the possibility of their children having magical abilities, but when Gregory Jr became 18, they knew there was no way he had magical abilities. Turning their attention towards their two younger sons, they hoped the gods would reveal to them spells, but as seven years passed, they soon gave up hoping. However, one day, everything changed for the Lockhart's. On September 22nd, the then nine year old Zaire, got lost as the family went on their annual picnic. Scared and alone, Zaire cried and cried as he searched for his family. Stumbling upon himself, he continued on his search for hours. He screamed his mothers name, he cried for help until his voice became nothing more than a faint whisper. His body began to ache, his vision blurry from his swollen eyes. Losing all hope, Zaire sat onto the ground in despair. He thought he would never see his family again. He would never see his mother's smile again, or hear his father's laugh. But in that second, something changed. Zaire had a revelation. A single spell popped into his head, like a lost thought. The spell would lead him back to his family. The spell would change his life forever. He became the only Lockhart child to receive magic. He was not known as a non-magical user anymore; he was now known as an oracle.

LIFE-EVENT TWO : THE FAVORITE ONE
As soon as Zaire made it known to his parents that he had magical abilities, he immediately became their favorite. His parents began to pay more attention to him. They began to spoil him and shower him with everything he wanted. If Zaire needed something, they would stop at nothing until they got it for him. By doing so, Zaire began to become lazy. He had no reason to do anything for himself because everyone else did it for him. He rarely ever lifted a finger. As time went on, his laziness became critical. Days and days went by, and he would stay in bed all day, only getting up to eat and to go the restroom. His lack of ambition became so severe that he stopped interacting with the outside world all together. Within his laziness, Zaire also failed to realize his brothers burning hatred. Zaire's two older brothers grew resentment towards their little brother. They hated the fact that they couldn't have magical abilities, that their own parents loved Zaire more than them, especially because they worked 100 times harder than Zaire ever did. Despite their efforts, they were still nothing more than non-magical users to their parents. Tired of their mistreatment, the two left town. Never to be seen again.

LIFE-EVENT THREE : THE LONELY ONE
Each birthday might have been filled with gifts and laughter, but, Zaire loathed his birthday. He saw it as an inconvenience. On that dreadful day, Zaire had to actually get out of bed. His birthday was the only day his parents gave him responsibilities. The young Zaire had to greet every single guest, smiling until his cheeks ached. He had to write down every single gift he received, pick up after the guests, and the one he hated the most, move all his gifts to his room. Now normally kids would love to put their gifts in their rooms to play with, however, Zaire's room was on the second floor, and his gifts always weighed more than he did. It was a pain. Literally. As years went by, Zaire eventually told his parents he didn't want his birthday to be celebrated. He would much rather stay in his room than have to put up with responsibilities. At first, his parents were reluctant but after some time, they agreed to stop celebrating his birthday. Even if it pained them. Zaire would eventually regret this poor decision. The twelve year old missed company. Without his brothers by his side, he had no one. He spiraled into depression. But he only had himself to blame.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : THE CHANGED ONE
As Zaire hit the age of thirteen, he wanted to make a change in his life. He wanted to go to school. Previously, his parents had home schooled him, and all his knowledge of magic came straight from the perfect duo. But Zaire had learned about a magical school that all magic users went to. About Thirteen years ago, the academy had contacted Zaire's parents about sending Gregory Jr and eventually the rest of their children to the school, however, his parents explained to them that their children had not developed magical abilities and therefore wouldn't be an asset to the school. The academy allowed them to keep their children at home, but they had one rule. If any of their children developed abilities, they would be required to go to the academy. The parents agreed with reluctance. Once Zaire turned thirteen, his parents alerted him about the academy. His parents were sure that the lazy boy wouldn't want to go given the act that he hated to leave the house, but to their disbelief, he did. Zaire wanted to get out of the house for once in his life. Even if it meant he would have to give up his nonchalant life.

LIFE-EVENT FIVE : THE SLEEPY ONE
It had been about three years since Zaire had left for the academy. He found out he wasn't exactly the school type. It was a refreshment to be around people from time to time, however, he realized most of the time he fell asleep during class. The poor boy just couldn't help himself. Naturally, he dozed off and found himself waking up to a very angry teachers face. Cheeky, Zaire would just smile at the teacher and promise not to do it again, though the whole class knew that was a lie. Despite his sleepy ways, Zaire did manage to keep some sort of social life. Occasionally, he would hang out with his friends, whom always enjoyed his carefree attitude. But, even in school people make enemies. This case was applicable to Zaire. His classmates were often jealous of his lack of effort to obtain spells and ability. Zaire always knew what to do in any case and many classmates despised that. Zaire rarely let the gossip and glares get to him because he was confident in his abilities and his parents taught him that that was all that mattered in life. Although he didn't regret going to the academy, he quickly became aware of how unpopular he was with certain students. His sarcastic tendencies didn't help his situation either. Often, Zaire would find himself in an unfavorable situation. Letters that obtained threats would be stuffed in his locker, and in rare cases he would get swung at. However, that never seemed to stop Zaire. If anything, he grew stronger because of them.

                                            Type: Bard
Style: Always the bridesmaid, never the bride, Rem would say, if he had to describe it himself. As a bard, he always takes on a supportive role on the battlefield. As a result, most of the spells in his arsenal are supportive in nature, comprised mostly of buffs and debuffs, with a few spare healing, defensive, and offensive spells thrown in here and there. While his buffs and debuffs are fairly effective, most wear off in a matter of minutes - although they're fairly easy to recast as they require shorter songs and he can play them continuously in order to keep up the effects. Healing spells require longer songs, and they have much shallower effects, providing only temporary relief to injuries and incapable of actually fixing anything for the long-term. His offensive spells are extremely weak and should only be used as a last resort while his defensive spells are a degree more effective, able to defend either himself or his allies from a variety of attacks for a period of time.

Because the basis of his magic is music, he's taken great care to hone a number of musical skills, rather than specializing in just one instrument. His instrument of preference is the violin because of its portability, but once he's begun to play, he still can't move much, making him an easy target for anyone who sets their sights on him. His spells will gradually take effect as their songs progress, but any interruptions while playing will nullify any of his casting, and he will have to restart the song in order to successfully cast the spell completely.

The strength of his magic is highly dependent on his state of mind. Different emotions are better for different varieties of magic. In general, positive emotions make buffs more effective while negative emotions make debuffs more effective. In general, the quality of his music is directly proportionate to the quality of the magic is produces. Mistakes and hesitation while playing reduce the effectiveness of his magic. Therefore, the more confident he is, the stronger his magic is, and the more nervous/apprehensive he is, the weaker it is. Determination improves the quality of his magic tenfold, thus, Rem is strongest when he truly believes in what he's fighting for.
Extra: Rem is proficient with a wide variety of instruments, although he's most skilled with the violin and piano. He also keeps a SECRET RECORDER on him at all times (sometimes he'll pull it out and play Darude - Sandstorm on it) for emergencies. He can also kind of sing, but you don't want him to do that unless there's absolutely no other option.
                                              Strengths: 「endurance 「creativity

To sum him up, Rem's just a happy guy - you'll rarely ever find him without a smile on his face. An extrovert in the full sense of the word, he loathes being alone and would much rather spend his time surrounded by other people. He's as curious as a child, and he's 100% comfortable with approaching anybody and everybody with the intentions of satisfying his curiosity. He loves to make new friends and likes to think of strangers as friends you just haven't met yet.

Rem has little talent for anything but music, but he has always been adaptable. He's a creative thinker and has a deep appreciation for any thinking done outside the box. If given a choice, he'll almost always choose a new, alternative solution over a tried and proven one. He firmly believes that mistakes are good and necessary as they're the best way to learn. He has a penchant for spontaneity and likes to say that if you have no idea what you're doing, the enemy will have no idea as well. He loves new experiences and adventures, and hates routine and staying in the same place for too long.

He has a tendency to rush into things without think them through properly. He also often overestimates his limits and as a result often finds himself pushing past them, landing himself in tough situations. As a result, he often (unintentionally) relies on other people - be it his family, friends, or teammates - to bail him out when he gets in too over his head. Rem possesses an incredible amount of faith in other people. He likes to believe the best of people and is quick to forgive anyone who does him wrong in any way, which more often that not, leads to him getting hurt more times that he should.

Having a tendency for impracticality, Rem finds it difficult to face the facts sometimes and realize the gravity of certain situations. He likes to look at the glass as half-full and usually denies it when someone points out that it's empty. His insistence on keeping a positive attitude no matter what might rub more practical people the wrong way, since he rarely likes to think realistically in even the direst situations. He has a difficult time finding a healthy balance for his emotions, often ignoring or bottling up negative emotions as he sees no use for them - something which is highly disadvantageous for magic as temperamental as his.

LOVES | music; deep fried anything; scary movies; new experiences; learning new things
HATES | hot drinks; geese; poorly maintained instruments; predictability; solitude

LIFE-EVENT ONE : I'LL NEVER LET THEM SEE YOU CRY
Rem was a crybaby when he was younger, and everyone in his family teased and laughed at him because of it (except his mother, she felt awful every time he cried, and made sure to always keep a handful of caramels on her person because they always made him feel better). He cried after hours of violin practice - even though he knew it was for the best, he couldn't help but focus on how tired he was, how bored he was, how much he would much rather be doing anything else in the world but playing Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D major for the 19th time in a row. He cried when his mother and father played a piano duet for him and his siblings because it was just too beautiful and it wasn't fair that they were using music to mess with his feelings like that. It got to the point where his sister, Io, finally fed up with all his crying, told him she would give him all her candy if he didn't cry for one whole month. After that, Rem never cried again if he could help it (it was really much nicer to have candy instead of swollen eyes).

LIFE-EVENT TWO : YOU CAN'T MAKE FIRE FEEL AFRAID
Iofiel de Vesci was Rem's favourite sibling and his best friend. They were like two peas in a pod, only if one pea was kind of a weenie of a pea and didn't realize it and often got itself into trouble even though it always had the best intentions at heart while the other pea was bright red and spicy and was actually a ghost chili pepper that could (quite literally) spit hot fire. They disagreed when it came to everything except their names - they both felt it was pretentious as hell to be named after angels (it's a family tradition, their mother had said ruefully) and went mainly by their nicknames instead. Io, in general, didn't have a lot in common with most of the other de Vescis. She had red hair instead black, gold eyes instead of blue, and most importantly, she was a pyromancer in a family of bards. Nobody ever really talked about what it implied, but they all knew. Io never seemed to be bothered by it, but Rem could tell that she silently dreaded family gatherings, he noticed how she went silent during spontaneous family sing-alongs, he watched her when she practiced pyromancy in the early hours of the morning behind the house, alone. But he watched that quiet sadness melt away when he sidled up to her during stuffy holiday parties and stole her away to go off on some adventure or another, when he danced up to her and sang just for her (despite her protests) in an awful, relentless display of his terrible singing. And he relished the sound of the peal of laughter she let out upon seeing him sneak out the back door with a bag of marshmallows in hand, intent on making her roast each and every one for him.

LIFE-EVENT THREE : I'LL DEFEND YOUR EVERY BREATH
But sometimes, Rem was thoughtless. "Why can't I be something cool like... I don't know, a warlock, or a blood mage, or a pyromancer like you?" He fumed, one day, pacing back and forth while Io watched him from her place perched on a boulder. "I don't think you actually want to be any of those things." Io had laughed, and he ignored the almost imperceptible quaver in her voice. "Of course you'd say that. You never take me seriously - nobody does." He'd said, staring at her accusingly before turning and storming away. As he marched through the woods, the only thought running through his head was that he wanted to be cool, that he wanted to show everybody that he could be tough. That was why he'd picked a fight with the neighbourhood bullies - all seven of them. He was barely three minutes into the fight and curled up into a ball on the ground when Io found him. The bullies scattered before she had fully summoned the first fireball, and she was at his side the instant they were gone. She supported him as he limped home, and when he mumbled "Thank you, Io," she just shook her head and said "You don't have to thank me, I'll always protect you, Rem, no matter what." But he wanted to be able to protect her too.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : YOU SAW WITH EYES STRAIGHT UNBLURRED
His first year at Innostus Academy meant his first team and new friends. Unfortunately, Io and he weren't placed on the same team, him being assigned to one full of primary casters and her to one full of secondary casters. Rem was sad he wouldn't be able to spend as much time with her as he used to, but he spent every moment he wasn't with his teammates or new friends with Io, and life at Innostus was pretty great. He didn't notice the weird looks his teammates gave him when he said he was going to hang out with Io, didn't notice how they sometimes whispered things to each other and shared private laughs. He didn't notice any of it until one day, one of his teammates had asked him offhandedly: "Why do you even hang out with someone like her, anyways? Is it like, a weird act of charity or something?" With that one (I guess it's two, but the first one's the one that really matters) question, they managed to make Rem madder than he'd ever been before in his life. "What do you mean, 'someone like her?'" He'd asked, his smile not quite reaching his eyes. "You know," their team leader had replied. "A pyromancer. Their magic just takes less skill than ours - it's unrefined, it's not real mag-" Rem decked him in the mouth before he could finish the sentence, and couldn't help but feel immensely satisfied by the expressions of all his teammates after that. Their team had finished the year with low rates of success and a mutual agreement to never talk to each other again.

LIFE-EVENT FIVE : I'M BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU
During his third year at Innostus Academy, Io started distancing herself from him. Rem confronted her about it immediately, but it was hard for him to argue when the person he was arguing with didn't say anything. He tried to demand answers from her on multiple occasions but Io never relented and told him her reason. Eventually, Rem grew tired and not knowing what else to do, he gave up. He spent the year without talking to Io, without even sparing a glance her way when they passed by each other in the halls. He grew used to being without her. But when the first day of summer vacation rolled around, the old Io was back and it was like nothing had ever changed, like a whole year hadn't passed with her muttering but three words to him. She was back to joking and laughing with him and rolling her eyes when, as was tradition, the family burst into song at the welcome home barbecue. Rem spent the whole night a little more than slightly baffled, but he hid it well and laughed and smiled along with everyone else. Even though he was confused, more than anything, he was just glad to have his best friend back. But the next day, she was gone again - this time, all her clothes and belongings taken with her. Rem was the one who discovered the note she left behind, a scrap of paper with just two words written on it: I'm sorry.

                                            Type: Shaman
Style: Rome's largest strength as a Shaman is with his manifestation of spirits, particularly wolf-like spirits, all having the same spiritual wavelength and presence, not to mention all share the shadowy color and amber eyes. He and a few others have referred to it/them/whatever as "The Hunt". Able to be summoned without a specific totem or large ritual, this has been attributed to his strong connection with this body of spirit/s. The most he has been able to materialize at a time has been around the 15 range, though they can be easily replaced as long as he still has energy shall a few be dispatched; and easy to dispatch they are, most people being able to do so with one hit, but the sheer number Rome can materialize will guarantee that a few will manage to attack. Apart from the pouncing, biting, and clawing, at a command they can release a extremely short ranged concussive force, with the price of losing that wolf, and feeling pain similar--albeit slightly weaker--to being hit by said force. A particularly notable wolf is summoned as a last resort, as only it can be present and no other wolves, and it's materialization is quite taxing on Romulus. It is larger than a typical wolf spirit, with the same wavelength though a heavier presence. Stronger, faster, more resilient to damage than normal wolves, it also carries minor umbrakinesis; minor meaning it can really only make an area absolutely dark to everyone minus it and Rome, and muffles the presences of either of them to turn a situation into a hunt, their hunt. Romulus has ironically named it Lucifer.

Unorthodox for any mage that isn't a Warmage and sometimes Enchanters, Rome is a capable fighter even when barely using magic, keywords barely using magic. First of all, he carries an ornate bow-shaped wooden totem under the name of Lamb's Bow. A totem for a lamb-like wind spirit, he can make wind condense into mini spear-like arrows for use as a bow. If he wanted to, he can decide to freely control wind with the totem in movements, but this is usually a rare thing. The wind arrows fired from this bow have the peculiar effect of numbing instead of pain if they hit their target. He also carries a few wooden arrows for use as totems, particularly for the adsorption of an element and/or spirit. The arrow amplifies the power of whatever it adsorbs greatly. Two arrows stabbed into the ground can be used as a hand held vector for whatever he wants to use to make a power travel from one arrow to another. He only carries a few strapped to his for arms because having a pack would reduce his mobility, so they're to be used sparingly. Secondly, he fights in a kick-based style, as he believes he must fight alongside the Hunt. It particularly mixes in well with his acrobatic and mobile over-all style.
Extra: Despite his heavy use of the Spirits of the Hunt, Lamb's Bow, and kicks, he hasn't ignored communicating with the Elemental Spirits; his biggest affinity is with Wind, which he uses heavily for increased mobility thanks to symbols carved into the soles of his boots and of course his makeshift air arrows. His weakest affinity is with Water and its forms. Apart from Lucifer, another notable wolf takes the form of a pup, and often shows up by itself, outside of combat, to be around Romulus. He has yet to give it a name.
Strengths: 「Combat specialist 「High offensive capabilities
Weaknesses: 「Apparent lack of solid defensive skills 「Wolves are easy to dispatch and make Romulus feel pain of the result of their detonation.

Polite and calm are two words used by a good part of the people that have noticed Rome. With a smile, he carries on his days in the school. However, it is also noticeable that the young man wants to keep a distance from everyone. There is an air of sadness to his smile and the manner in which he speaks, and he never gives anyone a whole lot of information or makes any attempts at banter. He keeps himself close enough to the student body just enough to be remembered by his name, but no closer. This is very likely due to his past in the Tribe, in the school, and (mainly) because of the betrayal that he suffered at the hands of who he thought was his friend. Betrayal is something that he does not want to feel again, and so he (somewhat) convinced himself that he could not trust anyone, but truthfully, he can't shun humanity completely, and hopes for the day that he could remain close to someone that isn't his family once again. Also partially due to this, he keeps his grades borderline average to make himself seem average. He has been acknowledge as extremely intelligent and talented. While he still studies and practices heavily, he does not do much work in order too get the grades many say that he should be getting.

With people he calls his friends, those he completely trusts, he seems to be a completely different person. His energy levels skyrockets; his smile is more truthful; he becomes playful, or, safer to say, something of a smart a**, always teasing but trying not to cross the line into infuriating. This is how he was before the events that lead to him distrusting the creatures known as humanity; it is his true personality hidden in the core of the ice formed around him as a defense.

                                              LIFE-EVENT ONE : FROLIC
Born to a family inside a tribe notable for its powerful Shamans, the playful boy named Romulus lived his life in relative peace with two older siblings. Life was blissfully carried on by Rome playing with his brother and sister and all of the other children in the Tribe. Something was off about him though. Unlike his siblings and most of the children however, Rome wasn't showing any early signs of being a potential Shaman, besides what the Tribe would describe as a large spiritual "dominance"; even with that "talent" under his hat, he could not put it to used and could do absolutely nothing with it, no matter what practice he had underwent, and none of the Sages in the Tribe could attribute it to anything. It didn't matter to him nor the family nor his friends, the boy carried on his life cheerfully and full on energy; no one could deny the fact that he held potential even if he couldn't put it to use.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : FIRST HOWL
Some time later, after the departure of his eldest brother to lord knows where, Romulus had his moment to shine. In a moment of mischievousness and curiosity, the boy wandered into a shrine that always seemed empty, kept by only one of the more talented shamans in the tribe. The shrine held what seemed to be a ornate wooden bow without a bow string. Unattended by the Shaman of the shrine, the "bow" was an easy target for any child's inspection. The very moment he placed his hands on it, a small whirlwind surrounded him and a pulse of spirit energy, alerting everyone and everything in the tribal village to what was occurring. There was some panic from the adults that gathered there, especially from his parents. He didn't get it until he felt a pounding pain in his head and his vision blurred. This was temporary, however, and soon everything calmed down and the bow glowed a soft blue in his hands. There was a temporary silence of absolute awe--which he mistook as anger-- and just when he was about to place it back, there was cheers of excitement and congratulations. Turns out that the bow--named Lamb's Bow-- was a totem to a wind spirit that despite it's name was quite vicious and not very accepting. Very few had been able to appease to the spirit and use the totem in known history, and all of them had been great individuals. This finally confirmed the promise Rome showed, and this fact added to his already present popularity as a cheerful brat. He and his family basked in this new found attention.

                                              LIFE-EVENT THREE : SECOND PACK
Training with Lamb's Bow proved to be hard but entertaining. He had to wait some time before being able to wield it as a bow due to its size, but he constantly communicated with the lamb-like spirit that was connected to totem. Her cold nature severely contrasted with his sunny persona, and communicating often proved to be challenging. Generally, the power over wind it held was uncontrolled and a bit too destructive for his tastes. Soon enough, however, he managed to win her over, just in time to begin using Lamb's Bow as what the name and shape suggested, even if it was slightly heavy. Practice with this totem continued rigorously as many people told him that doing so would make him great... so it had to be true! However, one day a rampaging bear spirit tore through the settlement and eventually made its way to a sitting Rome, communicating with the totem's spirit. Rome hesitantly shot the spirit with an arrow, but that only seemed to annoy it. It charged and Rome prepared for the worse... suddenly a loud howl echoed through, followed by another, and another, and another. Keeping his eyes closed, the boy heard snarls, biting, and over all chaos. When he had finally decided to open his eyes, he saw a few dark figures shaped like wolves standing triumphantly over the defeated bear spirit. And they were present long enough for a few of the Sages to see them. Without explanation, Rome was told to back his belongings and immediately leave the settlement, as he was now considered a bad omen. Initially he fought the decision, but word of what Romulus had done spread throughout and eventually most of the community was bent on making him an exile, so he had no other choice.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : HUNTING (For knowledge)
Rome managed to arrive at his brother's flat safely, strange for a kid in his tweens. Welcomed with wide arms, and having knowledge of his situation as an exile due to Spiritual communication, his brother took it upon himself to teach the somewhat distraught Rome everything he had to know in order to keep his mind off of his situation. From dealing with technology, to more magical practice, to cooking to take care of himself, Rome zealously adsorbed himself in the work that presented itself before him. Once the time came and his brother decided he could do nothing more to help the growth of his little brother, he suggested for him to enter the academy he attended before him. Rome eagerly agreed, even with the warnings of there being some sort of discrimination against Shamans and other magic users that fell under the definition of "secondary".

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : LONE WOLF...
The beginning of his time in school wasn't as bad as he first expected it to be. He pounced at the work given by the teachers just as energetically as he had done with his brother. He was a rising star in the Secondary casters and even managed to get some positive attention from the people in the Primary caster types. Soon enough, he made his first friend, a girl that was soon to become his first crush; a Druid girl in the same year as his. They seemed to match in the same quiet facade over the energy just waiting to burst out, and shared many tastes and interests. It was, quite honestly the most fun he had in his life, spending most of his first year with her. That was soon to come to an end, however when she got together with another male... a Wizard. Rome calmly came to terms with the fact that he did not make a move to confess his feeling for her, and met the lucky guy. When they met, the air suddenly became cold around them and the time the three of them spent together was short lived. The girl became distant from that day to the next; Rome soon found out that she was told not to be around him any longer or else. It shattered Rome's image of friendship, and if that was not enough, the other male spread rumors of Rome doing stuff like cheating through some of the student body. While quickly dismissed, the short amount of time they ran rampant did its number on his views of people. From that day forth, he decided to keep a distance from those creatures, while staying as close as possible. A wolf, after all, was a social creature that could not live otherwise. He has been spending his yeaers in the Academy like this, and, on the final year, he hopes that he could change that.

                                            Type: Illusionist
Style: Don’t let appearance fool you when it comes to Celina’s prowess as an illusionist. Celina does not play around indeed when it comes to magic. Celina’s main focus is her own brand of illusions known as “Hallucination Zone”. Celina’s Hallucination Zone is a whole level of scary. To be simply put she can create a zone around her, circular in nature where any within it is subject to her illusions. Now what might these illusions be you ask? Well the girl comes from a family with a strong medical background. Especially one to do with drug induced hallucinogens. Celina’s early study in these matters has given her a strong understanding of the human mind. What she plays with is creating vivid visions that causes certain parts of the brain to trigger. Depending on what part of the brain she triggers she can induce various reactions from the person. Mostly they are emotional responses that allows her to send a person berserk or completely mellow them out. Naturally Celina’s illusions work best on a group of people.

When it comes to one on one combat Celina is not without tools. In the same respect, Celina is able to overwhelm certain aspect of the human mind that can cause physical pain the individual. However Celina has to be extremely careful with what aspect of the brain she targets. Every person reacts differently and thus she might trigger an aspect of their brain that strengthens them rather than weaken them. As a side effect of this however, Celina does indeed have strong aspects as a support mage. She is able to create bravery or calm down others with her illusions. One can say all of Celina’s abilities can equally help as they can harm. So therefore the more she knows who she’s casting the illusion on, the more effective it becomes. Therefore Celina style of battle often involves prodding the target to see what they are triggered by, once she has an understanding, there is very little one can do to defend themselves.

Finally, Celina’s Illusion Embodiment is known as “Absolute Submission”, it is an illusion that forces any individual in her zone to completely adore Celina. An illusion that makes her the object of their affection. However, once it’s over Celina has an extreme backfire in that she becomes hated by everyone else known as “Absolute Repulsion”. Though a temporary effect, the duration of such is always at random, sometimes for several minutes, other times for several years. Thus naturally Celina only uses it as a final resort.
Extra: Celina's illusion are strongest when it comes to deal with the sense of sight. No matter what however, Celina is unable to fool the sense of touch.
Strengths: 「Area of Effect Magic 「Supporting
Weaknesses: 「Fighting alone 「Drawn out fights

The central trait present in Celina Bell is an overwhelming abundance of enthusiasm and motivation. There is some supernatural drive with the girl that allows her to seemingly skip through life with determination and optimism. Celina is a girl who on the outside people might view as happy go lucky, but Celina works and she works her butt off. When she has a goal in mind, she puts her entirety into it. Though sometimes of course her goal is not exactly what is viewed as, productive. None the less, no one can question Celina’s work ethics. She isn’t the top of her grade for no reason. Celina is humble about such though, she rarely cares about being the top of anything. She enjoys the fact her efforts are recognized but rarely does it linger in her mind as she moves forth to her next goal. Though one thing to keep in mind is that Celina adores being praised, she might not openly say it but whenever nice words are sent her way she gets giddy and excited, and perhaps a whee bit shy.

Needless to say Celinia is a very charismatic individual. She has to be for her style of magic. She can easily strike up conversations with others and instantly adjust her tune and nature to best appeal to the individual. It has become an unnatural habit of the girl to do so, however with those she considers her friend she is able to adopt her more natural personality. Celina is what you might call a dork, she has rather niche interests and she loves to tell people about them. She is one often to drag her friends kicking and screaming into them, giving them no choice but to experience what she loves. However of course, Celina will naturally return the favour, taking the time to share in the interest of others without a single word of complaint. Naturally from this fact is that Celina is a person who doesn’t take the word “no” with much seriousness. She is stubborn in that sense that she won’t take no for an answer and just carry on with things. This can come to peeve off a lot of people but to those who don’t, Celina regards as her treasured friends.

By now you have probably gathered the fact that Celina is a rather intelligent girl. Her smarts comes as a mix of both book learning and just learning by observation. She isn’t too picky on how she learns something and she is very open minded about things. She has a policy of always trying something once, if she hates it, she will state so and move on. She isn’t one to tease others about their interests. In the field of battle Celina adopts a rather scary personality, or at least some has claimed so. She is the embodiment of calm, you wouldn’t be surprise if she has the same smile while bathed in blood. However Celina has a weakness in the sense that she fixates on certain things. Instead of keeping an eye on everything as a whole she chooses to focus in on certain aspects. Making her vulnerable in many ways. Normally she covers this weakness by having allies but by herself she can be quite easy to take down.

                                              LIFE-EVENT ONE : TWO WORLDS
Celina was born to two wonderful mages, her father was a Wizard and her mother was a Sorceress. Now how Celina was born to be an illusionist puzzled the two of them a great deal but regardless they shoved her with as much love as they possibly could. Skipping the details of early childhood, Celina was born to a more modern magic family. Being born in the heart of Japan, Celina was exposed to many things your typical mage would not. Thus, Celina always had experiences in both sides. She was well into magic naturally and thus she was exposed to the magical world and its communities. But she lived a natural life in Japan, making friends who weren’t mages and experiencing the day to day fads and hobbies of a “normal” child. Thus Celina was both yet odd and normal, quite a mix really and ultimately this union of normal and abnormal became a huge motivator of how Celina would develop as a person.

                                              LIFE-EVENT TWO : MAGICAL GIRLS
A major influence in our young Celina’s development was the discovery of Magical Girls. It was one afternoon, after coming home from grade school in which Celina caught a certain anime on TV. It was Sailor Moon and Celina was instantly captivated by it. Even being from the world of magic, she has never seen anything like it. The transformation, the clothes and just the pure awesomeness of girls kicking a**, Celina loved it all. It didn’t take long for her to binge anything that had Magical girls in it. Her obsession reached the point where she could easily act out any Magical Girl transformation by memory. While her parents were worried, her obsession did serve to strengthen her abilities as an illusionist as Celina would often practice her illusions by disguising herself as a magical girl. Needless to say, Celina obsession did not die as she got older, if anything else it become stronger. Celina made it her goal to show the entire world the beauty and amazing-ness of Magical Girls and secretly wanting to give birth to a whole now type of mage type one day.

LIFE-EVENT THREE : THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES
In the magical community there is an event that happens every four years, yes, one might call it the Olympics of the Magical World. Simply called the Grand Magic Games, at age twelve, Celina became a participant. One of the youngest known to date. The Magical games take part over 7 days of events, testing a mage in every aspect of magic. Needless to say it was not an easy competition. The best mages in the world, ones with years if not decades of training were her competitors. While Celina did not come in first place, she received several silver medals despite all odds. Papers reported of her talent and that in several years she might just claim first place. Celina became famous in the magical community for several months before things eventually died down as the magical world moved on. But many individuals still hold her in high regards.

LIFE-EVENT FOUR : ONE MIDSUMMER NIGHT IN HELL
Perhaps let us talk about an important event that happened to her during her sophomore year in the academy. Long before the little witch, the academy was suffering through clear problems between Primary and Secondary casters. The harassment of the secondary casters were severe, and perhaps the biggest bully of them all was Emilio Rio. His brand of harassment was far worse than your typical bully, often involving hazing that lead to a few students being hospitalized. Each time, Emilio got away with it due to his crafty ways. When Celina's own friend became a victim, Celina decided it was time something was done. She approached Emilio, saying if he didn't stop, she would take actions. Her words were met with nothing but laughter as Emilio and his lackeys surrounded her. "Let us teach this little b***h what going against us means". Celina doesn't remember much of what happened, all she remembered was the sight of demons slowly deciding on her. It was there Celina took a drastic action, it would be the first time she would use her illusion embodiment and force Emilio to stop his harassment.

                                              LIFE-EVENT FIVE : COMPETITIVE SPIRIT
What’s that smell? Ah the smell of competition and Celina has smelled it well. With her competitive spirit rising, Celina has decided to take this competition seriously. While she understands this is the secondary casters way of getting some equality, she will not give it to them easily. If they wish for equality, they must earn it and Celina would do all her power to make sure it’s as difficult for them as possible. She has already made the creator, the little witches, her primary targets and of course select few from the other teams. But needlessly saying her main goal is going to be the domination over the so called Team Idol. She has a rather large bone to pick with a lot of their members and now what a lovely opportunity to do so. This will be a lovely year to leave on, she thinks.
