Many users (now and in the past) can't join/register because your e-mail system still only works with few of the most popular e-mail providers, only some few mainstream e-mail providers are allowed for Gaia accounts, so only a very limited amount of users are able to make a Gaia account. Many other Gaians have mentioned this earlier, we still can't register with our preferred e-mail address, and we still can’t change to a preferred e-mail address in the account settings. When will you allow for any valid e-mail address to be used with Gaia accounts?

Im so glad you posted this. I am having issues trying to change my email. I also tried different providers yahoo...gmail...aol...microsoft and none get an email from gaia.

Thank you for confirming this, I have seen many other Gaians who have talked about this issue for a very long time, but Gaia staff still seem to ignore it, despite how important it is. Yeah, hopefully they will listen and fix this issue soon, because it's what decides if new Gaians can join or not, and if current Gaians can change to their preferred email address or not. It's very important that Gaia's email system works with all email addresses and providers, because everyone needs to be able to recover their Gaia account if they forget their password, or for other account-related issues.

As well, the build-a-sub page only gives +3 MP slots, what were you thinking when most users have tens of thousands of items?? It's not too late to give it a healthy boost into the 100's range. Adding more slots means less unlisted items and more economic growth !

The "wishlist" page seems broken. I tried to remove items I owned using the "Delete all items you already own" checkbox at the end of the page, however they were still there after I "saved all changes".

Choosing "trash" in the dropdown and "save all changes" do works thought.

Can you fix it so we don't have to manually go through every item?

Sidenote: Directly on the marketplace detail page of an item, removing them from the wishlist works well.

As mentions of this issue have still been seen recently in the bug forum, drawing some attention to the issue: HALLOWEEN GAIA CASH (200 GC) and HALLOWEEN GAIA CASH (500 GC) should be checked that their images are working, as trying to open at least one of them lacks the big envelope graphic to click to open/redeem the contents.

And considering they had a staff alert saying we weren't supposed to get them at some point, some users might have thought they weren't supposed to give GC and trashed them not seeing the pictures sweatdrop Yeah, I really thought that and did that. I doubt I'm the only one. I don't mind that much, as I consider it's my fault, but I think it might be not nice at all for several users which didn't realize what happened.

But, it's a real tag.

I know this isn't the right place to put this, I just didn't know how to tell an admin that this tag is broken. Which is a pain because it's one of my favorite colors. >.<

It might be related to when they had a change in the tagging system a while ago. Things ending with several particular chain of characters had gone messy. Like, "wisteria" ended up as "wisterium".

Anyway, you can search for "verdigri*" for now if you want. It's using the wildcard character so whether the actual term is "verdigri", "verdigris" or "verdigridfiajpofdasji" it should find it smile

I would say that non-Angel Subscribers should have minimum 1000 Marketplace (and trading) slots, while all Angel Subscribers should have minimum 10 000 Marketplace (and trading) slots. Not only would this vastly help with restoring the Marketplace economy over time, it would also remove the trading limits, so it would be much easier and faster for Gaians to move items between their accounts.

I've been gone for a while and noticed the gold hasn't yet been switched to Platinum in games and other places. Kind of a big deal and bummer if you're new or rely on games for coins. Is this issue going to be addressed? If not can I get a reason why.

I know it isn't going to be gone until December 2020, but we only have a year before Flash is no longer supported by major browsers.

Can we please put RIG exclusives back in rewards? I really want both of them (Stocking Stuffers ii, the aurora and festive items), and would love to buy GC to directly buy them but I can’t afford to play hundreds upon hundreds of RERELEASE rigs, getting absolute garbage in between. :/

When will these Angel Sub changes take effect and can we get the actual stats on the votes when the voting is finished?
Whenever there has been community voting like this, it's hard to tell if the votes are actually being followed because they are never released with the stats, I'm a stats nerd and would love to be able to see what Gaians are asking for and see what they are wanting besides what just I want to see in this website.

I had a trade that was never cancel nor filled that had Ten trillion in it . It's been since September since it went missing and I was never able to get it back . I did a suggestion of opening another trade to see if it would come back and it didn't work . And tried the recovery tool several times and still nothing . And I had made several threads reporting it and filed a help center report on it . IT's not resolved yet .

how come only some mythrill coins are able to be donated to dumpster dive but not others? i used to frequently donate 50b coins on a different account, but the newer quantities that have been added recently are not able to be donated. i know this question sounds weird like "why can't i throw my money away?" but i was trying to have it be like a christmas surprise for whoever nabbed it and was caught off guard when i saw you couldnt, as ive donated lesser quantities before.
