I've asked this before and I know that the staff don't have to respond to repeat questions, but I didn't think it hurt anything other than my pride to ask this again.

Would it be possible for there to be an LK representative here at ATS? It doesn't have to be all the time, but it would be nice if we could sometimes see a response other than "We'll pass this along to Lionheart" or radio silence. The radio silence gets really unnerving after a while. sweatdrop Failing that, regulars updates to the Official LK Update Thread would be nice. (And because I'm me, here's a SF thread with some support.)

Hello! I'm wonderin' when are we goin' to get the achievement for when we redeem the Gaia Box tickets. It's been 9 months and we have yet to be granted the achievement. Also, we were supposed to have a chance to win a perfect parcel. (It was in the announcement) When will that happen? Gaian's spent money and or gold to get these tickets and we were promised those and yet nothin'. I'm not tryin' to be rude about it, but as I said it's been almost 9 months. Thank you.

Those should be getting granted, I'll ask and follow up with that.

If you introduce Franco the Fish into the Gaian Manga, why not introduce the rest of the Sentry Security group? They may start off as "cookie-cutter" or don't have enough biography as a whole but it would be great if they get a chance to be part of a side story. :/

Could there please be a "play again" option added to Jack's Surprise Bag 2k16? People who don't have self-control issues when it comes to RIGs* tend to open them in large batches and it gets kind of annoying to be constantly redirected back to the inventory home page. It's not a big deal and we'll survive if it doesn't happen, but, well, I like asking questions... so here we are.
*This is not me. My impatience wins pretty often.

When will we be seeing summer items? With a CI based off the Zodiac and the Gatcha based off of horror movies, the only summer items I keep seeing are recolors of older summer items.
