just the outfit description:
The blond hair has a specifically shaped bow. o n o;
Head: bunnila headband, a silver crown with pink and blue jewels, white rose attatched to a pink bow and opaque ruffles that match her back bow, two pink pins to clip her bangs back.
Her eyes are the color of the majoko eyes; they're light blue with a subtle tint of purple.

Her choker has a silver cross. Her arm band has two white stripes and a white C. She wears pearl drop earrings.
Her dress is kind of like a blanket that just drapes down like this, has "Claire" written on it, with a heart on the bottom right. Her dress also has a white streak outlining the hem.
Her back bow is see-through/opaque, reaches down to her ankles.
Her Devil tail has a ruffly pink bow with a bell attached to its center.
Her socks are mich-matched--one with pink and light pink stripes, the other loose, off-black with grey stripes.
She wears 2 band-aids: 1 on her cheek, and one on her right knee.

Artistic Freedom :
Hair can be in a bow, or looong pigtails, or down (it goes down to the floor)
Please keep the jewelry ; o ; earrings / choker
Some sort of dress like in the ref, with "Claire" in cursive with the seifuku collar + bow.

Personality : giggly, playful, happy, talkative, excited, but can be competitive and serious.
