Comments: oh I might be cheating a bit but I'm all crafted out after these
GIANT
upcycled butterfly wings.

I've made these for the smallest offspring who will be attending school tomorrow dressed as
the Very Hungry Caterpillar (Butterfly)
for World Book Day.

To be fair this wasn't the worst costume request ever.
Last year I had to hand stuff a homemade giant 6 foot long anaconda.

You made that? I say it counts! cat_eek

lol, yes. And phew!

I've got quite a comprehensive rag-bag and I treated myself to a working sewing machine a few years ago.
All previous sewing machines had been 'rescued' from local dumpsters and generally blew up halfway through sewing projects.
I always make the kids costumes for World Book Day and Halloween.
It's fun but there's usually a lot of swearing,
redface

Comments: Tfw I left most of my markers at home. emotion_facepalm

Never leave home without your markers!
What type do you use?

And this is sweet!
Starfish kind of freak me out but I think I wouldn't mind meeting this one

Are the prismacolors any good?
I've been using Pro-Markers but they still feel a bit clumpy and they dry out SUPER fast.
And they bleed like crazy unless you use really shiny paper.

I'm a big fan of prismas. The finer tip is nice (especially for small areas).

I might have to suck it up and order some off the internet.
Our local art shop is pretty small and they only stock the pro-markers.
I wish I could try one out before I spend cash!

Prismacolor is a trustworthy brand. Plus they're less pricey than Copics. cat_lol
