Many cycles ago, our maker and his son freed The Grid from the tyranny of the program known as C.L.U. Sadly my predecessor, the program known as Zuse, and his club were destroyed during the event. However, ever clever and resourceful, he managed to prepare before hand by creating a back up copy of himself and his accomplice, Gem which would activate at the right time. Since the end of C.L.U., The Grid has become open and free, to programs and users alike. I have rebuilt the club that was destroyed so long ago and I am ready to open it once again to the public.
In the words of my predecessor. I am Castor Version 2.0 your host! Master of all entertainment and diversions! At your service.
Welcome back one and all, to the End of Line Club!
Located atop the highest tower of The Grid, the End of Line Club is the place to be for entertainment and relaxation for programs and users. Since programs do not require sleep the club and bar run throughout the cycles. Drink service falls to any of the Sirens, or the NPC Siren that will be in place.
So come on in! Sit a spell, have a drink, or have some fun. The choices are yours and the possibilities are innumerable.
This is a tavern thread based upon the popular club from the Movie Tron: Legacy. As such, seeing the movie would help you better understand the situation. However, it is not necessary.
Since this is on The Grid, only programs and users are allowed. Please post in the appropriate colors to specify what you are.

This is the section where I will be posting the up to date information regarding the thread. Important information regarding the thread and additions to the rules that should be noted.
I am Castor Version 2.0, though you may simply call me Castor. I am your host, and proprietor of the End of Line Club. I am also a man who can acquire just about anything that you may desire. However, I must ask you who sent you my way and what might be in it for me?Aside from my personal services though, I have added to the club many amenities that are free of charge to entertain yourselves with.
The Bar
Of course, we have our wonderful bar. Drinks on the house at all times. Sit down have a Neon, or an Energy, or whatever else you like. Nothing like a good drink to help recharge your functions.
The Dance floor
Located just down the steps away from the bar, the dance floor is where the life of the party really is. MP3 Programs(DJs) control the mood of the programs and users from a booth in the wall above.
Pool of Simulation
How about a nice relaxing dip in our pool? Water is from the Sea of Simulation itself. There is nothing like a good swim to help you relax if I do say so myself.
The Bedrooms
Programs and users alike need a place to relax and recharge themselves. We offer plenty of rooms for both. I designed them myself, spared no expense.
Of course, what kind of fun would the coolest club on The Grid be without the games? In The End of Line Club, I would prefer it if you all settle any disputes you have through a game. However, you need not fear permanent deresolution. We will be sure to create a back-up copy. As soon as the game is over, you will come back without a scratch and the back-ups will be destroyed.
Light Cycle Grid
Contained underneath the tower itself is the Underground Light Cycle Grid. Here one can participate in Light Cycle matches, either just a race to the finish line or in a last program standing battle. Of course, bets are also hosted regarding the outcome of the matches.
Disc Wars Arena
Ah yes, the old time classic. One floor of the club has been sectioned off to create Disc War courts, suitable for one on one, perhaps even two on two Disc War Matches. Of course, there is also seating to watch matches as they take place.

Please read all of them before you proceed to the Club!
1. First and foremost, in this thread you can only be a program or a user. This means no demons, vampires, elves, etc.
Program: An inhabitant of The Grid. You have an assigned function. However, aside from that you are free to act as you will.
User: A visitor from the outside world. You look just like programs though you have no real assigned function. Unlike programs though you can create new programs that act more than less as servants to you.(can only make a few)
2. Please do your research. Programs and users do not wear normal earth clothes Make sure to incorporate the futuristic clothing style of Tron(complete with circuitry)
3. No godmodding of any kind, this includes auto-hitting, auto-dodging, speed hacking, your character knowing something that they shouldn't even if you as the player do.(Prime example: That Castor is actually Zuse)
4. No killing or derezzing of other characters without consent of their owner.
5. Romance is encouraged. However, keep it clean and while you're at it, stick to the other rules of the Gaia TOS if you'd be so kind.
6. Castor's(Jeimuzu Kuro's) word is law. If he tells you to cut it out do it!
7. Minor OOC posts are alright. However, full on conversations please take them to the OOC thread.
8. No quote towers please. If you are going to quote someone please do a

9. In regards to fighting, I would prefer if you settled such things on the Game Grid. However, if a fight breaks out in the bar, I expect you to pay for what has been damaged.
10. In regards to post length, I would prefer that each post contain at least three well written sentences. Of course more is acceptable, and often necessary. One liners are at times necessary and writer's block happens I understand that.
11. Do not post expecting attention or to be entertained, post to interact and to have fun.
12. Do not Flame, Harass, or Troll on this thread please. Doing so will get you black listed.
13. Please do not post using *'s or ('s to dictate actions. I expect actually sentences. With clear distinctions between spoken words and thoughts. Also please do not use Net Speak of any kind in your posts.
14. If you have a plot idea that could potentially effect the entire Club. Please let's work together on it. Aside from that personal plots are entirely acceptable and encouraged as long as they make sense for something on The Grid anyway.
15. Please read the information in the OOC Thread before posting
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a warning. Three warnings and you will be Derezzed Permanently(black listed).
As the thread progresses more rules may need to be added. So please check the front page when I have announced an update to the rules. However, please do not forget the most important rule of all. Have fun!
