There are so many different celebrity diets and workout videos out there and some of them really are popular. You can try them out if you want to but do not believe that a celebrity really has the answers that you have been trying to find. There are so many famous celebrities who are incredibly thin but that does not mean that they are truly healthy. Some go on extreme diets to lose weight for movie roles. There are some who actually have very serious problems like eating disorders and drug addictions. This doesn't mean that you can't trust these celebrities; only that you should not decide that simply because a person is thin and has a book deal that they are trustworthy.

Diets are great for losing weight but they can't do all of the work for you. You need to remember that is your choices and daily habits that determine how healthy you are and how much weight you lose. No one is perfect when it comes to following a diet, so don't expect perfection of yourself. It is important to recognize that when you want the results of your diet to last, you need to make an honest and true commitment to the rules of your diet and take them seriously.
