Hey, all! Just made myself a food bracelet out of faceted beads and lanyard cord. Here's how it goes:
*OO *OOOOOO *O *O *O *O *O *oooooooo *OOO *OOO *
Brown: 2 beads, 2 servings of meat, fish, beans, etc. a day. Tan: 6 beads, 6 servings of grains. Purple, white, green, yellow, red: 5 beads, one of each color, for five servings of fruits and veggies from the blue/purple, white, green, yellow/orange, and red groups under the 5 A Day plan. Small beads: 8 beads (mine are also white because I used small ones to save space), 8 glasses of water a day. Blue: 3 beads, 3 servings of dairy. Orange: 3 beads, 3 allowed servings of fat.
Spaces are empty slots to move beads you've "eaten" into, the strike is the cord, and the stars are knots to separate groups. I'll post this in the new food forum. Adios! mrgreen
