It took a while, but we're finally out of that forest. Mighty's research went well, and he's planning on using the energy from the light in the forest to create an efficient light source that consumes way less mana than magitechnology. He says he'll give me the first few prototypes when he's done. I plan on giving them to the people in Exire since it'll help them see better at night. It's much harder to keep a fire going at such a high altitude, so most residents have to stay in their houses after dark to stay safe.
Now that that's over, I'm finally home and I got to show Raine the ancient tablets we found in the forest. Raine's been gushing over them since I brought them home, and she's almost completely deciphered them. The messages are a little cryptic, but we do have all four locations now: Lake Umacy, Thoda Geyser, Flanoir, and the Latheon Gorge. It seems like we'll have to place these tablets somewhere at these locations and then... something will happen? Honestly I'm not sure since Raine's still working on the translation.
If it doesn't sound too dangerous then Raine and I, and probably some of our friends, will go and place all four tablets in their respective locations and see what their real purpose is. From what we've gathered so far, it seems like a teleportation system which would make traveling easier. Well, I'd better go help Raine now. I hope this doesn't end badly.
