We went to see Mystery Skulls again!

Denise, Otis, Inisha, and me, we went to Houston, and went out to eat at this ramen shop. It was different but fun. I was the only one who finished all my food. Then we headed to the venue, and it turned out to be this small room with a bar in the back. The stage was really close though.

Snowblood was the first act, and I have to admit, I wasn't interested in her songs. Then Phangs came up, and I really enjoyed his songs. He said, "I don't want to talk too much, because I get weird." I relate so much to that statement. His songs were good, and then Mystery Skulls came up, literally. I saw him in the dark, moving around the backside of the stage, and then the dry ice and lights started up, and he popped out from behind his station.

Inisha was sitting in her mom's roller walker, and after Denise spoke up, she ended up in front of the stage. MS played a mix of songs from his albums, and it was good. He finished, but it's like the crowd knew he wasn't done, and kept cheering. Then all 3 appeared and sung their own version of 'Eye to Eye' from the Goofy Movie. It was so awesome, but my head was killing me. I stuck around to tell Phangs that I had never heard of him before, but I was going home and look him up. Then I shook his hand. I think I might have developed a crush if he didn't mention he was recently married with a baby.

On our way back to town, we stopped at Buc-ee's, and it was my first time going there. There were so many people there, so close to midnight. It was all so fun, I wished they would come back again soon.
