Correction: Sunsport Gardens and FYN declared their occasions within a couple of days of each other, and it is been brought to our attention that it was FYN's announcement that came first, followed by Sunsport 3 days afterwards. Howeverit also doesn't really matter. What matters is that all this drama with inconsistent dates could've easily been avoided with some easy communication. Here is Morley Schloss' opinion on the issue:

If you organized a private party / event, anyone who attends would be a consenting man. Provided that no one steps into public view unclothed, there is no concern. If your windows are sufficiently covered and the space closed off for the occasion, no one is in public view unless he/she steps outside. In this event, the common sense rule would be to put on clothing if he/she does step out into public view.
