the shadows of the bats flutter
they fly of the battered and brusied old wooden rafters
the dark surrounds give of a eriier glow
of the stained glass windows repsending my hope
once consindered a beatuiful thing
but cut to shreds through time

in that alter i knell
one knee down
hand on the floor
my dark soft wings slong down over my face
effortlessy
i look up
this is my last soltiude
you have driven me away
all of you have driven me away
so i hide here


a tear falls from my face
trickles down my warm skin
drops and hits the floor
this my dear is the only thing i will shed for u

I walk up to the old wooden door
slamming
as hard as i could
how could you drive me away like this
how could you betray me
all i wanted to do was do things my way
but the heavens have cast me down.
