All great saints and sages have been karma yogis for they truly perform perfect actions without the slightest hint of egoism. Karma and Hinduism also follows the law of attraction, which has been around for some time. While most discussions about Karma tend to revolve around Arjuna and Lord Krishna there are plenty of other such examples littered in the Mahabharata. The Karma Yoga practitioners strive to attain the inner peace state through action (Karma being the Sanskrit word for action" or to do" wink . Practice of Yoga develops confidence in oneself and focuses what it is that you can give to the world - what it is that you and you alone can contribute. Sadhguru, you have elucidated the essence of Karma Yoga so well…this is something, which everyone should read!

However, if you want to complicate things more, we can add that there exist two laws that act on our lives: karma and dharma. We practice yoga in order to move away from being the body, the mind and the breath and just move to being the person on the inside. Karma was the first yoga studio I ever set foot in back in High School and the imprint Katherine, all teachers and the staff have left on my life is positively beautiful. Similarly, when devotion moves towards the perfection it becomes Bhakti Yoga and when your awareness strives for perfection it becomes the path of Jnana Yoga. Because Karma results from every action, there's no way to attain perfection simply by doing good works, because each good work will also have some negative effect. Although perfect peace is the most difficult state to attain, it is said that everyone can approach it through a sincere practice of yoga. As each individual is different, each person approaches karma and Hinduism differently.

Back at Govardhan Eco Village, She continues her Yoga Teachings, practices, personal Sadhana & Study of Bhagavad Gita in the Vaishnava Tradition. In Yoga there are different paths your can choose to walk to eventually come to Self-realization. This again highlights one of the most important points of karma yoga: The mind is the performer of action, not the physical body. Yoga has always been thought of as a series of practices to be done away from the situations of normal social life - in a classroom environment, or in a retreat in the company of 'spiritual beings'. Thus, as fruits Karma Yoga of karma are not generated through karma yoga, it is a path to liberation.

In other words, Praarabdha Karma is Karmic Template (of that portion of Sanchita Karma) that is ripe enough to be experienced by you and alloted for this lifetime for you to work on. If you work down your agreed upon debt in this lifetime, then more past debts will surface to be worked on. And that much Sanchita Karma gets dissolved.

Karma Yoga can be both a re-nourishing of your soul, and a way to develop your ability - to an advanced degree - to walk in the complex modern world with real consciousness, love and awareness. If a practitioner is surrendered to a true divine Guru, and performs actions entrusted to him by his Guru, that activity is considered not only karma yoga, but also bhakti or spiritual action. Synchronizing breath with movement & dance-like transitions, this heated flow yoga class offers students the opportunity to mindfully find a deeper edge in their yoga poses. Meditation is a means of stilling the mind and so opening it to cosmic or divine energy.
