The PTS Cup Description
The reason is actually quite simple, and better to show than generally clarify, why more rapid, more readily, and those with PTSD tend to get mad quicker than others at small dumb things.

I'd like to explain this, and you'll better understand the difference to those with PTSD, and people without.

No problems with that one.

The evident, when something bad happens, or is really hindering you, is typically classified as "bad stress", which consists such matters as paying bills, money, relationships, getting fired from your own job, etc etc etc. Lousy anxiety is got by everybody at some period of their day; it simply depends on the individual themself, along with the sum.

Now, as you are able to view, Cup 2 represents a normal person, and with both good and bad stress. They still have a lot of room in their own cup without overflowing (exploding, rage, fury, etc etc). Before being shoved over the border, an ordinary individual can take lots of tension within their daily life.

The issue with that is that we have https://www.myptsd.com/the-ptsd-cup-explanation/399/ and our traumas.

As you can observe from this cup, with good anxiety and PTSD, you really don't have much room for anything else. A little "bad stress" for someone with PTSD, plus they overflow fairly fast compared to anyone else.
