I still don't understand the point of this sentence. It translates from Psychobabble to English like this: "Blacks are genetically designed to do the opposite of what the law says", which is retarded. "Whites are genetically designed to do what the law says." Grand, one will obey no matter what, and one will disobey no matter what.
It's kinda great when peeps with a history of e-piracy make this claim, too.
