Learning Negotiation That Is Good In Real Estate Investing
The essence of real estate is high return, low risk and illiquid. Walk into any company in The Us and take a look about. What this means is that in some communities auctions are overdone.

In my twelve years of experience in the real estate investing world I have found that people think raising private money is the hardest thing to do.
