Meditation is the gateway to the soul. It provides the actual illuminated path of moving from the ego self from the soul into spiritual oneness. It is the key to unlocking the particular ego self of the heart and soul, shifting the energy of the self confidence self of the soul getting one with our soul thus bring spiritual oneness within us, within our soul.
