The amino acid sequence of CelL15 had above 90% identity with the reported endo-1, 4-beta-glucanase (ACK38261.1 CAA97610.1) and the cellulase (AAK39540.1, CAA47429.1) of B. subtilis, while the amino acid sequence of CelL73 had above 90% identity with the reported beta-glucanase (BAA00405.1, CAA25328.1, AF490978-1) of B. subtilis. This further confirmed that we had cloned two B. subtilis cellulase genes.
