Legend of the Cross!


A long time ago. The Great Gods decided the three of them alone in the universe was a sad life. In their boredom and loneliness they created a planet and a species upon it to worship them and keep them company and loved. Over a thousand years the Gods grew bored of these people and created a new world with new people, and the cycle repeated. A thousand years of love and worship before they moved on to the next planet. They created hundreds of dimensions and hundreds of worlds and hundreds of different people. Never able to decide on which one was perfect for them. It took them hundreds of thousands of years before they finally came up with the perfect place for them. It was the jewel of the hundred worlds they had created. They named it Earth. The humans they created were the closest thing they could create that would resemble them, and they decided to retire there to live among their most loved creations...and for a time they did.

Until they learned some terrifying news. The first people ever created, calling themselves 'The Legion of the Gods' had declared war on all the other creations. Apparently they had some how discovered that the Gods had abandoned them and created more worlds and people. In their jealousy they had begun to invade other worlds and conquer them or destroy them. The Gods didn't worry too much however, for the second race ever created calling themselves 'Guardians of the Gods' were fighting against The Legion. Both sides varied in strength. The Guardians focused more on power and strategy, while the Legion focused on simple numbers and vicious attacks. A true Guardian warrior could alone take on 1000 Legion soldiers. This was good because the Guardians only had thousands while the Legion had millions. This was a war stretched out over the many planets and dimensions. It was a war that would take forever. It would crush many planets and though the Gods had grown bored they still loved all of their children. They knew they had to do something and so they picked the most deserving of the humans on Earth to serve as their representative and to stop the war.

He was an 18 year old man, one who seemed to be an unlikely hero. His name was Michael King. He didn't believe or understand anything that was happening but before he could even comprehend what was happening, he was transported to Omnexia, the realm of the Guardians and engraved on his right arm was the symbol of the Gods. He was forced to train with the Guardians and for 3 years he did so until he had learned everything they needed him to know. He was given a seal of power and allowed to choose an alias. A Guardians true name meant true power so they must always have a symbol and a false name. He had noticed the symbol burned onto his arm looked similar to a Cross on his world and so that was what he took as his name. He would forever be known as The Cross. The legend was born. He was not alone. He met two friends who would go down in legend as well, one named The Wolf, and the other named Robin. These three, unbeknownst to them....were about to be the greatest heroes of all time.

For 500 years they served the Guardians. The seals of power engraved on them by the council of 7, the leaders of the Guardians, allowed them to stop their aging so they could continue to fight. They fought with honor and with courage and strength. They became legends in that time frame and they were the first Guardians to be given the title of Champion. But the good times were far from over. Michael or The Cross, had fallen in love with a creature from another planet, and though they were happy and still fighting the Legion, the council of 7 felt this was a threat. Right after The Cross completed their 500 year battle with the Legion by sealing them away on their planet, never to leave it again, they called him to them and forced him to kill the woman he loved by using the seal of power.

In his anger and his distress of this, his great power and emotion allowed him to overcome the seal's power and disobey their commands, but not until after the woman he loved lied dead at his feet. He rallied together all of the Guardians who would listen and he led them against the corrupt council of 7. It was the Guardian civil war which followed only years after the end of the war with the Legion.

The Cross was successful but the Guardians of the Gods would forever be crippled by such wars and such tragedies. The Cross set up a new council, one he believed had integrity and he left. He left alone, to fight against the dark shadows that still existed in the universe. He went alone, casting aside all those who wished only to be his friend or possibly more. And after another 500 years of him exiling himself from all others, fighting against the demons...the council believed him to be a threat. After what he did to the last Council they no longer trusted him. He was too powerful and not loyal to the cause. They challenged his power and his authority by sending the most powerful 12 Guardian Agents along with The Wolf, known to be the only guardian who could possibly match The power of the Cross to find and kill him.

The battle that ensued was so powerful and magnificent the planet would not survive the battle. But at the end it was just The Cross and The Wolf battling. The Wolf and the Cross could not kill themselves and so they came up with a plan. In the destruction of the planet, it covered their escape. The Wolf told the council that The Cross was dead and that he was leaving. Together him and The Cross went back to their home world of Earth and there they would retire, and live there. Unfortunately they could not grow older, those seals of power were still on them...but at least they could have peace and remain vigilant as the defenders of this planet. It had been 1000 years since the day Michael had agreed to be this...delegate of the Gods...and after all that time they were willing to share the planet with him. But it was only a matter of time before The Legion found a way out of that planet....and when that happened...The Wolf...The Cross...and the Robin bird...would need to return...when that happened...may the Gods save us all.

300 Years later...

A thunder storm but not a normal storm....it was different. He could feel it.

Lance...that was his name....living in this house alone. He considered himself the caretaker of this planet. He knew of the Guardians sure...who with magic hadn't? But it didn't matter...this lightning storm mattered. It wasn't normal and he could tell. Someone was coming. He prepared by writing spells on his walls and doors, barriers to stop those with power from entering. He sighed thinking of why he needed to do this. He then felt her arrive....a woman...at least...she felt like a woman. She had much power, not nearly as much as his own but enough that he could tell she was a Guardian Agent. He let out a sigh, he knew they would find this planet eventually. He only hoped their war did not consume the planet...he didn't feel like getting involved. But if he didn't go to her when she arrived, she might cause havoc, and so he began walking out of his small shack in the middle of nowhere to the open field nearby that she had landed in. He would need to bring her in and quickly.

The rain was heavy, he walked forward to her, a smoking heap in the normal gear of the Guardians and he called down to her in the crater she had created “Hey! If you don't get out of here soon...you're going to cause suspicion...lets go” he said then turned around heading back to his house. She wasn't that far after all. And she could no doubt feel his overall power.

(Ok...once again I apologize for it being so long. I am looking for a female obviously, this will be action/romance/comedy/drama/adventure fantasy role play. The fighting is similar to DBZ and Bleach put together. If anyone is interested in this idea please send me a pm. Only serious responses please, also please be literate and able to post multiple paragraphs per post. Please don't be afraid to add stuff and have fun with the rp.
