Karma: Amongst the many secrets those in the afterlife do not know about Deus, one of the more major ones is that she does not exist as a complete entity within Windy City, but is actually torn across two plains of existence-with the majority of her soul actually trapped in the afterlife and what little else remains in the world of the living bound to her earthly shell. Because of this, in addition to how she found the entrance to Windy City the DIS has no record of her passing, her soul is incapable of traveling to the other plains of the afterlife, neither her memories or sanity have been left intact on either side of the barrier, and the normal rules of both worlds do not apply to her to their full extents. This critical exception means that fighting her as a Windy City resident becomes somewhat more complicated. Good and Bad Karma will effect her normally if they hit their target, and Grey Karma does not suddenly loose all of its properties as matter under her touch. However, should she so choose so, Deus can ignore most of these rules to a degree. Karma+ is currently the only known source of power that her hacking cannot effect. It would be more appropriate to separate Deus' techniques into 'White Hat' and 'Black Hat' rather then Good and Bad Karma as her fighting style is nothing at all like what has been seen so far in Windy City. While one could list her entire repertoire of skills at hand, there isn't exactly an instruction book to the base coding of Windy City and there are far too many commands and nuances to fully detail them all.

-Astral TechnoProjection
While not a karmic ability per say, Deus is a very interesting subject because of her ability to somehow-through means completely unknown to anyone else at all, anywhere-project her soul into Windy City, despite being amongst the living. This means that while her spirit wanders amidst the plains of the dead her physical body is still functional and cognitive in the world of the living.

-Console Command (Hacking)
Because of her curious understanding of all of the afterlife as little more then an intricate computer system, Deus has already mastered the proverbial OS for Windy City. Being something of an interloper, she has powers relative to the realm that the residents do not. Much in the same way as the Otherworldlies have their unique ability to literally consume karma or souls and transform them directly into a part of their being, Milo has her own unique ability to directly 'hack' the composition of her surroundings as though it was just code to her own desire. It is important to keep in mind that the more complex with command, the longer it takes for her to 'program' it, any minor error could end in catastrophe, or an absolute blunder, and Deus can only enter and execute one command at a time. Examples include;
-/Spawn and /Remove which allow Deus to create or completely delete any quantity of Grey Karma in any arrangement.
-/Spam which would launch whatever specified type of attack from whichever specified location at an enemy or barrier until it becomes overwhelmed and is defeated or collapses.
-/Save and /Load would allow Deus to create a backup of any Grey Karma structure or spiritual entity (Not including Otherworldlies or herself.) in its exact state at that moment and then load it in that location at anytime-so long as the save has not been corrupted and does not exist in comparable form at the time of loading.
The possibilities are far too many and far too specific to be listed in their entirety.

-Spiritual Wi-Fi
Deus' physical distance from a connection communication network interface determines the strength of her power in Windy City. The stronger her reception or the closer she is to the source, the more powerful she becomes. This of course includes cellular phones, laptops, radios, and so one. Because of this she is able to keep her ability to fight nearly constant, however in areas without human habitation her power dwindles significantly. What makes this rather frightening is that amidst so many other human souls she becomes not only extremely difficult to track down in the world of the living, but extremely powerful in Windy City. Taking this power to the next level, when Deus is in direct proximity to hardwired interface such as a home phone (Or conventional payphone.) or desktop computer her strength skyrockets as she has unfettered access to the entire human internet and can hi-jack that to make herself nearly invincible amongst the inhabitants of Windy City. This state is the closest thing to the manifestation of an oversoul for Deus.

-Virus
Her time spent in Windy City has taught her much, but fighting has never been Deus' interest. To compensate for this, Deus has learned to harness the power of Bad Karma in addition to her unusual powers to create Viruses-like a computer virus. While the attack might seem like little more then a blast of dark energy, the attack is merely a delivery system for a much more sinister script that can do anything from corrupting the structural integrity of buildings and shields, to rendering her foes temporarily incapable of basic motor functions or attack-right down to extinguishing the life of the victim on command.
-The ultimate form of Deus ex Machina's Virus attack is Worm, which not only infects it's target with whatever payload coding she deems fit, but is designed to spread the attack to all other potential targets of a similar format. A building hit with a Worm will spread to all nearby buildings, a person hit with a Worm will spread it to all nearby individuals until someone can heal them from it.

-Firewall
With a quick bit of coding Deus can throw up a defensive shield to block incoming foes or attacks. It typically manifests as a glowing orange hexagonal field of unspecified size which can be linked at each edge to another firewall to form larger and more complex barriers. Because of her being a sort of loophole on the rulebook of Windy City, Deus' Firewall can completely ignore almost all karmic attacks with the exception of Karma +. Furthermore, even though her Firewalls are quite strong, they are more susceptible to melee attacks and can be broken through with persistence.

Personality:

Pre-Death:

Death: Deus is not exactly dead. She is still alive, still existing as a conscious Milo Kiev in the world of the living, but she also exists as a separate entity in the afterlife-something never before seen by man or immortal. She achieved her original entry to Windy City through a method of computer up-linking beyond the comprehensions of even the G-Man or El Diablo, let alone any mortal or spirit. Once she managed to become one with mankind's expansive cloud of communication she apportioned her spirit into separate folders; one to remain in the world of the living and carry on a normal life, and the other larger chunk was rendered into a proxy of herself as though she was compressing operating files into a .rar to upload to where she had found, this of course turned out to be Windy City.
