I had my first Rude customer at work today....

Okay, I'm a cashier at Food Lion. It's a VERY busy saturday afternoon. Me and the bagger were working as fast as possible to get this lady's crap bagged and she's sitting there complaining that we're too slow (We were actually moving very fast) and that there are people waiting and when I handed her her reciept and said "Have a nice night" she snatched it from me and walked off.



She's lucky that I was at work...And too busy to do anything. Any other time someone snatches from me, I go off on them. Snatching is Very rude.



...There was also a time where I actually got kinda scared. I got an itch on the back of my head, when I reached back to scratch it, I came back with blood all over my fingers. I think I got hit or scratched or something and never felt it (It's actually very possible)
