Throughout life you wonder 'Shes my best friend now, but what happens when we get into high school, or college? Will we still be friends or will we slowly become distant?' Im good at keeping friends, and once I find a good one, I dont let them go. My best friend moved away but were still tight, and some ppl that Ive known since kindergarten are still my friends. But the one person that I can count on to always be my friend is my dad. I think of him as just another teenager, hes like 16 at heart. My moms the parent and hes just another kid lol My dad and I get along amazingly, my friends always ask me how I have so much fun with my dad, its simple, were alike in alot of ways. We sing along to the same songs, we do insanely stupid things, and we believe each other even if its not the truth. We joke about anything, and play tricks on my mom. When its dead silent in a room filled with ppl, we both say at the same time 'and a hush falls over the room' and then we burst out laughing. I love my dad, he keeps me from growing up too fast, he keeps the child in me. And of course we fight, but its always stupid fights that are over in like 30 minutes. We call ourselves 'dumb and dumber' haha When I call him daddy he says 'anyone can be a father, it takes someone special to be a daddy.' I love my dad, and he will forever be my lifelong best friend.
