It hurts a lot. :'(
So, last night, I'm cleaning up the bedroom cause it's all crazy messed up and so, I had some time before bed and yeah...cleaning...doing my thing.
Hubby is out in the loft doing his thing, and as I go by the door, the hubby opens it up...hitting my foot just enough so that the almost took my toenail clear off my big toe. Gladly, it was on my left foot...so, I can still drive and all that, but still!!! crying
Anyway...after that, I went to the ER, got stuck with a needle like a bazillion times and then they stitched my toe nail down, so that it would stay. Basically (if I understood right), he hit it with enough force to take it off..or well, lift it up...but not enough to but my nail bed, so, it was saveable. It will keep growing and become stable enough at some point in the next few weeks to fall off and then...umm..yeah. I don't know. But, I will have a toenail. So, I'm in pain. The ER doctor gave me percocet and I'm a happy camper because of that. It just sucks now. I don't think I have any shoes big enough to put on while this heals so that I don't hit it anywhere else. And, I'd post pictures, but I'm almost positive that someone will gag. So yeah. I'll talk to you all later. I don't work tonight because of the injury, so I'll be online tonight. Take care. Love ya!
