SIGH I'm hard at work on getting Avatar Rewrite done and next thing you know, screens get leaked... stressed I've read some of the comments and there seems to be many misconceptions about the new Avatar system... so let me clear things up for you guys. sweatdrop New poses will be CHOOSEABLE. This means you can pose your avatar with any of the new armposes that we're adding. Posing will work(once I'm done redoing all the graphics) with ALL of your old items. ALL OF THEM. This is why Avatar Rewrite is so frustrating, because it is my job to ensure that EVERY item works correctly how it's supposed to in EVERY pose and with EVERY possible combination. With the new system, you'll be able to wear way more combinations of clothing than you ever could before. Ever wanted to wear a cape over a coat over a shirt? You will be able to. Which also brings me to this. Obviously we couldn't add too many new poses otherwise there would be an exponential amount of clothing items to be re/created. We've been working on this for a long time, and we feel the set of poses we've chosen can best accomodate all of the neat things we have planned for stuff like Battle system, Fishing and other games, as well as your every day stuff like instruments and whatnot. domokun Think some of the stuff you've seen look weird? Just imagine them with all of the cool stuff you will be able to hold in them. wink Now, to dispel some rumors... 1) You will NOT lose your existing pose because of the new system. If you want to pose them that way, it's your choice. You want to use a new pose, go for it. It's all UP TO YOU. Your avatar can look just like it does now til the end of time. 3nodding 2) The Avatar System release does NOT mean that Battle System is ready. In fact, the Battle System is still in the planning phase. Sure, we've created the character designs for a lot of it(some of that was planned when we first started Gaia), but at this point, we're still in the planning stages so please don't jump the gun and assume weapons will be here so quick. When they come, it will be a glorious day for all of us, admins & mods included. 3nodding 3) It will not cost you anything to change your pose. Click, choose, save changes. 4) You will NOT have to delete your avatar to change poses. Ok, that is all for now, I hope things are a little bit more clear for you all. 	You sound so stressed sweatdrop sorry VO gonk and that info is great to know 3nodding so um. we wont be able to equip certian "holdable" items unless we have the corrisponding hand pose? yush.

	Will gaia some day will give us wepons i just can see the store on gambino but its never open......????Pm for an answear ok.....I want o use weapons they are so pritty.....and it will be nice to uses them for killing some people on my black list........ xd

	woah Lilithia i didn't recognize u at first cuz u changed your outfit xd I think that it would be a free service perhaps available right in your inventory? because it's your body/skin.. it would be weird to pay for it xd i think it might be a bit like the new dontion items where u click em and they change position. but i dunno for sure ^^ goes to eat supper

	gives cookies and soup while giggling at the 'jump the gun' I found the images that had been out really neat and was confused yesterday why people were raising a fuss. No matter what, I'd like gaia. ..Well, that's not entirely true. If my avatar was upside down, head stuck in a crocodile or shark's mouth, I might be a bit perturbed. Are poses going to be free to apply (tab in inventory?) or purchaseable through salon-type shop? (Either is interesting, I'm just curious) As an aside: were some of the non-development moderators sporting new features of avatar system? I spotted Angelina Lecter wearing what looked like a duck bill the width of the parrot beak (but lower on face?) and was thrilled at thought of waddling around as a duck or something xd

	That's always an element of things here, I guess... there's "prestige" in finding new things before other people, so the first person to find anything has to post it in Q&F before anyone else. gonk Maybe that puts extra pressure on the work you guys do, too? neutral Has to suck, a little. Sounds really... tedious... but I'm sure the end result will be worth all of the effort. biggrin

	know that we appreciate it wink heart whee woo advanced layering atlast! I still think weapons should be released as an acessory before the battle system to give users time to get them and just for rpg purposes whee and I do hope that it eventually becomes PVP since thats half the fun! it doesn't have to be gory, just a duel or sparring >.>

	The new poses look brilliant. I couldn't believe people were dissing them in the first two pages of that leak thread. (Especially the Shotgun and sword pose, that came much later in the thread and actually won a lot of complainers over 3nodding ) Anyhow, from now on, I'm going to STFU about the battle system for a while. It's good to be excited about something great, but not to the extent that you're forcing it too hard. Keep up the great work, VO. Don't be disheartened.
