Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix... Well, it's official, Capcom just announced the HD remake of SSF2Turbo for Xbox Live Arcade, so now I can finally talk about it. I'm gonna be art directing the high res sprites for the remake. So basically, I have design/create a lot of the hero frames for all 17 characters and work with a studio to get the rest of the inbetween frames produced. It's gonna be a hellish next few months to get this stuff out on time, but the end result is gonna be great! smile Here's an image that leaked from Capcom's gamer day earlier this month.

	I loved Mortal Kombat. When I was a kid the guys always wanted to play Street Fighter but I really didn't care for it. stressed But it's funny how it's still one of the most popular games today, so much so that they would remake it for later game systems. I bet it's nice to be working on something other than Gaia right? biggrin Hehe, I know it'll be a big hit. <3

	Sweet.... heart I remember buying Street Fighter 2 : Championship Edition (Genesis) back in the day.... I bought it for $75 at EB, then a few weeks later saw it at Sears for $25 because Super Street Fighter 2 came out. xd Oh well... whee I used to be pretty good at it too (Chun-li and Ryu were my best two.). I beat the game on hardest difficulty after alot of struggle, but the sense of achievement after that... cool Hmmm... Maybe I'll pop my cart into my Sega Nomad later tonight and play for a bit. Any way, it's nice to see it get the upgrade it deserves! biggrin

	w00t VO is a badass when it comes to art. This is a pretty big project, VO, and I'm EXTREMELY happy to hear that someone I actually KNOW is working on a Capcom game, especially a Capcom game that will be downloaded by thousands, if not millions of 360 owners. This is actually a new era for Street Fighter, and specifically Street Fighter 2. I'm sure Capcom is already thinking about HD 'Remixing' other 2D games. Good luck VO!.

	Aw man, you're so lucky VO! Congratulations on landing such a sweet gig! Unfortunately, I don't have an Xbox 360. The way it looks right now though, I'll probably have to break down and buy one. I still strongly associate Gaia with Street Fighter because it was the Udon Street Fighter comic that introduced me to Gaia in the first place.
