anyone ladies here who cover their heads with prayercaps/veils/shawls/scarfsduring church/prayers/day to day life?

when i do, its ussually a bandanna seeing as how i have no clue what a prayer cover is. i also sometimes use my surri or my surrong.

a prayercover is anything which covers someones head when they want to pray.it can be a bandanna,a veil,a scarf or a kapp.

I wear a GAP baseball cap alot (backwards, oh yea!), but i don't wear anything else. wow, i had no idea what a prayer covering was. well, i learned something new, even though it's summer vacation. ... wait...

read corinthiains 1 and come back to me.some believe that a woman's hair is her glory but others believe a covering is to cover this glory.it will be interesting to see what you think.

Yeah, a womans hair is her glory. Not Gods. It dosnt say a womans hair is Gods glory. If it said that a womans hair is Gods glory I would agree and think differently. That just means women are really really serious about how thier hair looks. Why would we have to "cover this glory" anyways? Its not Gods glory. Its ours, and how much is ours worth compaired Gods?

I've heard the verse your mentioning before I dont know exactally where it is, telling me its in 1 corinthians is very vague... Again I mean no disrespect, I like to discuss scripture.
