• This is a free mini giveaway running separately from the official shop-hosted holiday raffle.

• Each person may make one claim for one of their own characters.

• This thread will be open from now until end of day January 31st. I will likely close it down whenever I wake up on February 1st.

• Players must be below the Character Cap of 15 points in order to claim a civilian. These can be new or alt civs.

• Making a claim here will place a player on civilian cooldown (one month from when they post), and players who are currently on cooldown may not claim one until they are off cooldown. As a reminder, players do not go on cooldown for winning a character from the official shop raffle.
