Sanosuke is a kind man to his fellow humans. Always making time to help those around him with everyday chores. Knowing the little people helped drive him to train to fight the monstrosities that were hiding in the world. Once he has come across an attack on humans by supernatural creatures Sanosuke becomes a violent, bloodthirsty killer. The only thing on his mind after witnessing the mindless slaughter of his kind is revenge on those that caused it.

Of course he isn't always on a revenge mission. Under normal circumstances Sano finds himself a simple traveler that makes sure to keep an ear to the ground for anything supernatural so that he can either capture it or eliminate it before it can cause harm to any human settlements nearby.

Being born a human, Sanosuke had no special powers. Once the nanites were introduced into his body he gained increased vision, hearing, speed, strength, endurance, damage resistance, mental acuity, and regeneration.

[Powers Information:]

Enhanced Vision: While most underestimate humans the moment they spot them Sanosuke is not like every other human. The nanites in his body have amplified his vision to remarkable heights. Not only can he see clearly at further distances, but he can also switch between different vision modes, in his right eye only, as the situation demands. Over the years Sano's right eye was changed from organic to cybernetic by the nanites and is now capable of night vision for low/no light situations. Thermal vision allows him to see though thin surfaces, smoke screens, some cloaking abilities, and even illusions. When thermal fails him he switches to sonar mode, during which his eye sends out low frequency pulses that reveal objects though much thicker surfaces, illusions, and even foils the best cloaking attempts.

Enhanced Hearing: A human's ears are nothing special, only being capable of picking up a limited range of frequencies. The nanites have powered up Sanosuke's hearing so that he can now hear much more subtle sounds much further away. Of course since he regularly faces off against supernatural beings his hearing isn't always amplified. He only amplifies his hearing when needing to locate something from further away.

Enhanced Strength: While only human the nanites in Sanosuke's body have increased his physical strength five times that of a normal human. This has only helped him in facing down the stronger and tougher creatures that hide in the dark.

Enhanced Speed: Again, Sano may only be a human but thanks to the nanites in his body he is five times faster than a normal human. As with his increased strength, this has helped him face down even stronger beings.

Enhanced Endurance: As with his speed and strength, Sanosuke's endurance has also been greatly enhanced by the nanites. Not only can he now fight longer and harder than ever before. This even extended itself to how much pain he could endure before succumbing and falling unconscious.

Enhanced Damage Resistance: The nanites in Sanosuke's body has made him five times more resilient to damage than a normal human. That doesn't mean a sword slash won't cut him, it only means that it won't cut as deeply. Being more damage resistant has helped him survive encounters that otherwise would have killed him.

Enhanced Mental Acuity: The nanites have streamlined Sano's brains ability to process information. This allows him to predict attack trajectories, explosion radius', and potential damage to himself among other things. Paired with his enhanced speed allows him to react much faster, and accurately than any normal human.

Enhanced Regeneration: Small cuts, and bruises heal at blindingly fast speeds thanks to the nanites. Even larger wounds no longer prove fatal thanks to the miraculous machines that are in his body. While they do heal faster, they do not usually heal during the fight in which they are received. Instead the nanites focus on stopping the bleeding of larger wounds so that Sano won't bleed to death. The nanites also dull the pain of the wounds so that he can keep fighting or retreat if needed. As far as severed limbs are concerned the nanites treat them like other larger wounds, stopping the bleeding and dulling the pain, but given enough time resting even a severed limb will return.

[Spells:]

While not a mage at birth, Sanosuke has still picked up a few spells during his extended life.

[Spell Information:]

Transdimensional Portals: While a rather basic spell, it is one of Sanosuke's most used spells. It allows him to open a portal to anywhere he desires to go, giving him a quick means of transportation between cities and even the realms themselves. These portals are special in that they reflect the target destination so that those going through them know what to expect once they emerge.

Flight: Another basic spell that Sano learned after having fought against creatures capable of flight, either though magic or wings, and being sick of not being able to chase them down once they took to the skies. The feeling of being a sitting duck on the ground while a predator circled above annoyed him. Of course not all creatures that took to the skies did so in an attempt to overpower him, but rather to escape from him. Another reason that he learned to fly was so that he could give chase to such creatures.

Tracking: A basic utility spell for any hunter of non-human creatures. It highlights tracks and broken branches of a beast rapidly fleeing along the ground, even uncovering tracks that had been hidden in an attempt to prevent non-magical tracking. If the target has fled by way of a flight spell through the air, the tracking spell with cause the residual energy of their spell to glow allowing them to be easily followed.

Location: A basic locator spell that requires something belonging to the one that you want to find. This can be something as simple as an article of clothing, or even a shred of an article of clothing. The more personal the object the easier it is for the spell to work, this means that the blood of the target is best thing to use. Of course the spell also requires use of a globe, or local area map if you know the general location of that person. The spell will fail if the target isn't on Earth.

Cloaking: While most cloaking spells are rather basic, the one that Sanosuke knows is an advanced one. Not only does it make him invisible to the naked eye, but it also cloaks his energy signature, his scent and the sound of his footsteps. Used in combination with his tracking spell this allows Sano to find his target while sneaking up on them.

[Special Abilities:]

While not so much a special ability Sanosuke has nanites flowing through his body.

[Ability Information:]

Nanites: One of the first things that the Illuminati did to Sanosuke upon joining was inject a healthy amount of nanites into his body. The first thing the nanites did to Sano was stop his aging, giving him an immortal body.

The nanites are also magically enchanted to be resistant to fire, lightning, and ice. This way the machines won't stop functioning if Sano is shocked, burned, or even frozen.

Aside from being enchanted to resist certain types of magic, the nanites also store the enchantments for Sanosuke's weapons and armor. This way as the nanties rebuild the weapons or armor during a fight their enchantments won't weaken or disappear during a fight.

[Weapons:]

Being a Samurai, Sanosuke wields a traditional daisho set, as well as two tantos on his lower back. Of course these aren't just your basic blades, each of which are a fusion of the highest levels of technology and magic.

[Weapon Information:]

Damascus Uchigatana: This blade has been enchanted so that it can dispel some non-physical attacks. The blade cuts apart the very magic that holds the attacks together. This weapon builds up charges over time allowing it to release offensive or defensive attacks. The sword can only hold a total of ten charges before it stops generating charges.

Energy Edge: Cost 1 Charge. Last for 2 posts. Coats the edge of the wakizashi with compressed energy making the weapons already sharp blade even sharper.

Energy Blade: Cost 2 Charges. Sano Swings his sword and a blade of energy flys forth from the blade to slice through anything in it's way. Similar to a wind blade.

Energy Barrier: Cost 3 Charges. By consuming three charges on his sword Sanosuke creates a dome of energy around himself. This technique is mainly used to protect himself from multiple attacks.

Energy Barrage Meteor Storm: Cost 4 Charges. A barrage of 10 projectiles is released from the tip of the blade. Each of these projectiles are around the size of a golf ball. These projectiles fly into the air before raining down around their target. Each of the projectiles explode on impact dealing area damage. The base explosive force is equal to that of a hand grenade.

((All abilities have the minimum charge required listed. Each ability can optionally consume extra charges for a stronger effect. Energy Edge could last longer, the Energy Blade could travel quicker or cover a wider area, the Energy Barrier could be stronger than usual to block stronger attacks or cover a wider area to defend more people or it could be a mixture of the two if enough charges are spent. Of course these are only a few of the upgrades that the abilities could go through when further empowered.))

Energy Barrage Hound: Cost 4 Charges. A barrage of 20 projectiles is released from the tip of the blade. Each of these projectiles are around the size of a large caliber bullet. These projectiles will seek out their target, and even redirect themselves until they are destroyed.

Tanto: Suzuran (x2): This tanto has been enchanted with two different effects that work together in harmony to make a very lethal weapon when it connects. The first is a local area paralysis effect caused by even the smallest scratch. The second enchantment is often considered the stronger of the two, and with good cause. This enchantment allows Suzuran to easily pierce even the strongest of defenses with ease. Pairing the two together allow's of cutting through body armor and landing a paralyzing strike with far greater ease.

Tanto: Suzuran Extra Information

The local area paralysis is just that. It does not include an anesthetic effect in the same area. The paralysis caused by even the smallest of scratches carry with it the full duration of the paralysis effect which is 3 posts. The enchantment itself is placed upon the barrier created by the anti-defense enchantment.

The anti-defense enchantment's effect is brought about by placing a barrier over the blade. This barrier is harder than the metal that makes up the blade, and has an impossibly sharp edge, both of which are harder to achieve with metal. This enchantment cuts though non-magical defenses easier than defensive magic.


[Armor:]

[Armor Information:]

The strongest enchantment that Sanosuke utilizes is the one placed upon his armor. This enchantment neutralizes extreme temperatures directly around Sanosuke's body protecting him from even the hottest and coldest of temperatures. Even while covered in a stream of flames Sano wouldn't feel the slightest increase in temperature, although it doesn't protect him from being burned.

As a human fighting against creatures capable of controlling elements such as fire and ice, Sano had often found himself forced to retreat against intense heat and cold. This was a problem that had to be remedied, and that was the cause of the birth of such a wondrous enchantment. Now Sano, or any other Illuminati agent with this enchantment on their armor, can delve into the harshest environments without fear of the temperature.

Moreover, the enchantment on his armor is similar in nature to that of his dagger. The barrier type enchantment deflects ambient heat around the wearer, while simultaneously preventing heat from escaping from within the armor. This protects the user and allows them remain active in environments that would otherwise disable them.

[Equipment:]

Sanosuke can craft any manner of object on the fly using his nanites. The speed at which an item is made is determined by the item itself, but more importantly if it has an enchantment placed upon it. The nanites know how to make millions of items ranging from average everyday things such as canteens and globes, to not so ordinary items. The unique items that his nanites can make also tend to have some sort of enchantment upon them as well.

[History:]

Born in a time before Cruxis brainwashed the masses into no longer believing in the supernatural, Sanosuke was raised as a warrior to fight these supernatural beings. Never once did he question his purpose having seen first hand the carnage a single Vampire, Werewolf, Demon, or Angel could cause. The damage was enormous in most cases, worse if it happened to be a fight between to opposing supernatural forces. Of course there were a few cases where there was no damage. No dead bodies. Nothing out of the ordinary aside from a few missing people. Those were some of the most gruesome cases that Sano ever had to work. The bodies, if found, were beyond mangled. The damage done to them was unspeakable. It only drove him to become stronger. To strive to wipe each and every supernatural being from the face of the Earth. To create a safe haven for humanity to live and thrive in. As his reputation grew, more and more supernatural creatures came calling. Slowly the group he fought with was killed off one by one by the stronger and stronger creatures that came for him until only he was left. It was then that they came to him. Promising him the power to protect those important to him. The power to never lose someone close to him again. That group was the Illuminati. On the surface they were just another tech company that worked in both the medical field and the military field. The day that Sanosuke joined them was the day he stopped being human and became something stronger.

Personality: Laphiette has a cold exterior that will quickly turn away people and likely try to hurt them to get them to stay away. However if someone can work their way close to her heart, which is cold both by nature and terrible things have happened to her, than they will have a very dear and close friend.

History/bio: Laphiettes life is filled with disaster. She was born to a family that soon found out about her magical powers. She was taken to an academy for people to learn magic and how to control it. At this time her family was gone and she was alone with the student. Although all was not bad she became friendly and close to many of the students. Even her first love was here. However disaster struck. Normal people feared those with powers so they waged a quick war on the school and obliterated it. Laphiette escaped and returned shortly to find everyone dead. Including her first love. She took a single book that was locked in a chest for it's forbidden magics. This taught her how to go to the realm of her element. Here she was fused with Ice and became an elemental. She returned to gain revenge.

Her revenge however was short lived. She found the place responsible for the attack, turned a large portion of the city into an iceburg, but was defeated and captured. She was sold as a slave for many years but because of being an elemental she did not age. A necklace, with a string jewel fitting that was also a ring and could be taken from the necklace, served as a form of magic stealing seal. The person wearing the ring got all of her magical energy whenever she tried to use her powers and kept her at a very low level that made her a normal human essentially. After several years of this she managed to escape one day and remove the necklace. She ran to the realm of ice again.

This time in the realm of ice she planned to live here. She was confronted by the goddess of ice however for Laphiettes heart felt colder to the goddess than her own. The goddess merged with Laphiette and ended up dieing while bestowing all of her powers upon Laphiette. However Laphiette returned to the world again. In her second attempt on revenge that city had become a thriving central city to a nation. Her war on the nation resulted again in defeat. Only she was not captured.

Her duties as an Ice Goddess now however took presidence over continuing her track for revenge. The ice realm's spirits have been dying out and faith among the elements is waning. The ice realm over many others. She has now begun to look for a way to restore the beliefs of people within the yoma and Yokai of her realm. But to do so she needs to restore many natural fonts of Ice and sites for burning incense and the like across the world. It is rumored some of these sights exist in the realms of religious concepts such as Heaven and Hell as well.

Weapons:
A scimitar and Cutlass that are fused like her body to the element of ice allowing her to store them inside of herself with magic.

Weapon ability's: The two blades freeze anything they touch.

Powers/abilities: Ice Magics

Explanations of powers, weapons, and abilities where aplicable: Her Ice Magic is on three different levels. Human Elemental and Goddess. Of the three forms her human is the weakest and the goddess the strongest to go from human to elemental she has to expend a full post to transforming. To turn into the goddess it takes longer but she has to be in elemental form first.

Within human form her ice is basic ice measuring from ice, snow to black ice. In her elemental form the ice she uses ranges from Glacial ice which is highly compacted and much more cold to virtually liquid nitrogen ice in temperature.

In her Goddess Form her ice comes from the Realm of Ice known is called Mystic Ice. This ice is far colder than people realize. It cannot be melted by normal flames rather normal fire and even lava touches it becomes encased in solid ice and frozen to the core instantly. To all beings that don't have an affiliation to the element of ice in some way this ice will have a similar effect in large quantities.

Attacks: Various ice based attacks from throwing icecycles to full glaciers and storms of ice.

Special Attacks: Ice mist, Freezercane, Ice clone

Ⓟowers: Undead, Physically and magically stronger then a human by about twice a normal persons strength, however their powers are seated in evil all holy magic is a huge negative to them. Their existence is magical they can live without magic due to the fact they are a permanent unrecoverable possession.
Ⓟersonality: Areliana is a very dark person, often extremely quiet and innocent in appearance. She is really a person who thrives in chaos and lives to see other beings suffer and die.
Ⓑio: The Shade or Fade Originally had no name existing within the cursed Muramasa, also known as the Black Blade. It would kill it's holder as well as cause massive havoc around. That was until the holder passed the blade on through a sacrificial ritual to his own daughter to keep her alive. This was Areliana. The girl lives a half existence although she stopped aging at 14 in 1734. The Shade and her have become one as the weapon does not separate from her due to a magic far stronger than anything either of them can do.

Areliana as a human still retains her personality which is her quite inward self who is around but her shade comes out of the Muramasa every now and then. The two have learned to live with each other in their eternal undeath.

Ⓛikes: Areliana likes to do things her way, she is usually quiet and not very outgoing however. She likes blood, killing, chaos. As her human half likes things as any normal human female does but usually avoids getting close to people.
Ⓓislikes: She absolutely hates anything good. Anything that likes to undo magic, or bane the undead.

Weapons: The Black Muramasa.

Weapon ability's: The weapon itself is a very dark weapon, It has to draw blood upon being drawn even if this forces the user to injure themselves. The sword can cut through anything and must cut. Where a Masamune is a sword of calm spirit the Muramasa is a sword of chaos. The Murmasa leaves cuts in the air that are only visible as odd slits that seem to leave the visual slightly off. Similar to how in first person shooter games a person who is cloaked is still visible. The difference is these cuts are attacks that are put on hold and filled with dark powers. They cannot be used for three rounds and have to be used by five rounds after being cut into existence. The cuts Manifest hatred and evil chaotic energy's within. If an unused cut has a person walk through it the cut is lost but the energy volt into a person mind drawing out their fear and madness forcing them to loose focus and be filled with these chaotic amass of emotions.

The Black Muramasa itself is said to have been the best Muramasa that Muramasa had ever made, his deadliest and greatest craft. The sword was so dangerous that anyone who ever had held onto it was brutally killed but only after becoming famous for killing hundreds of people. After a hundred owners the sword was locked away as a cursed artifact.

Powers/abilities: While she can no longer move through shadows and Chaotic energy due to being one with a stolen body, she can still manipulate them. The shadows can be used to make several attacks that become physical. These shadows have a range of abilities but cannot go further than 15 feet from her body making long range use an impossibility.

Her blood is black, While initially this hold no significant purpose the blood holds two things that a normal beings blood does not. It can be directly manipulated by the Shade, and two it is filled with chaotic energy. This being said it after being spilt can be used, like throwing drops of it ans altering the drops alike to thrown needles. If pierced madness and chaotic intent that is the hidden fear of the persons mind bubble to surface making them loose their focus and forcing them to deal with these emotions.

Explanations of powers, weapons, and abilities where applicable: The cuts that are held charge up the chaotic energy for three rounds, Upon the third round these can be manifested into a chaotic attack of magical nature, for example chaotic bolts of energy, Alike to lightning only evil and dark, spreading madness and fear rather than awe of power. The thunder is not thunder but loud A loud wailing.

Chaotic Attacks include:
Chaotic bolt: A bolt of chaotic lightning which is dark red and has a thunder of Wailing instead of a boom. Causes fear and spreads madness. If struck by this bolt it sends rippling emotions to burn through a persons body damaging them internally and not externally. Their judgement becomes filled with an overwhelming sense of anger or rage and they strike out blindly and thoughtlessly as a result for one action, defensive or offensive. This effect can be applied three times a fight but each time hit the internal damage is increased. Even after immunized to the overwhelming anger it still damages internally. This becomes fatal if hit ten times as the burning will then rupture nearly all internal organs resulting in death.

Chaotic Explosion: Causes the cut to swell then explode in a 30 foot explosion requires a full five turns of dormancy. The explosion is a blackish morass of energy that is filled with the screams and agony of slow dyeing victims. If caught in the explosion is slowly burns at the victims flesh and fills their lounges with hot tempered air but will not kill or do anything more. It also is filled with extreme fear which if caught deep within will cause the person to roll a dice. On a 6 sided dice a roll of 1 or 6 means they merely feel the fear where anything else they are consumed by the fear for 1 post. What they do is up to them but this typically involves running away. They can only become overcome by fear from this technique once.

Chaotic Flame: Shoots a spout of Chaotic Purple flames that when burned works to erode rather than burn and catches on anything it touches eroding them away over time. The erosion is like leprosy causing the burning part of the body to rot and fall off the body. This fills the person burning with a feeling of impending doom and causes fear in most targets. If the hit is done critically and hits most of the persons body they become consumed with fear causing the fear to overwhelm their next post. While this means they loose typical defense and offense they could also be brought into a flee and thus escape Areliana's attacks. The effects do not stack with the immunities of faucet.

Chaotic Slicer: A slice of dark energy can be fired, anywhere from one slice to five from one cut almost like a turret firing several crescent of a dark almost black purple trailing a bleeding red. These cuts Splash Black blood of the Fade without needing injury to create the blood. They also smear permanent shadows where they splash. This allows the shade to furthermore use more variety of attacks. If a person is so much as nicked by one of these slices they feel as though suddenly they are drowning in blood from a forced hallucination. This hallucination causes them to loose one action particularly their next offensive action however they are not open they are still capable of defense. This hallucination only works twice. It's effect does not stack with Faucet nor does it cause hallucination immunity from the Faucets hallucination. A person can only become overwhelmed with fear from this attack once.

Chaotic Faucet: For three additional rounds after storing energy for five rounds the slice can begin to emit waves about a field like a sonar station firing them out for miles. These waves have a low thrum and resonate with the Murasame's scream attack, causing it to triple in it's force, speed and pressure. Moreover the waves eat at a persons 6th sense eventually causing minor to even major hallucinations. These hallucinations effect their very attacks from anything to imagine the girl suddenly eating their face off or to imagine the tree next to them to be the shade and therefore attack it and completely fail the original target. The Turn the waves start and for three additional posts afterward the waves persist. Only one hallucination will occur per cut that causes waves. The person effected chooses when and how this hallucination occurs but it causes them to loose an action, aka defense or failed offense leading to being open for an attack. Also note only one Faucet can be open and working at a time, As this attack is used more and more the person will become more resilient to the hallucination. To the point where after three hallucinations they no longer give the person hallucinations.

Special Attacks: Muramasa's Scream, The sword begins resonating then releases an ear hurtling scream. The blade then vibrates at high capacity. When this happens the force of the swords slash is increased exponentially. Where it normally would have been stopped by a thick shield it will then go through it cleanly as well as cause the vibrations to pulse into the opponents body wherever they blocked. For example if they block with a sword it instantly causes high vibrations into the hands and thus causes the hands to become numb and loose strength. When the cuts begin the Chaotic Faucet attack This effect is then doubled making the Muramasa Vibrate so fast it's almost invisible and it's force is significantly stronger. Cutting through the said shield like butter and causing the shield to then explode the opposite direction where cut. Most people who block with a weapon experience either their weapon breaking or it ending up flying out of their hands beyond their control and the vibrations are felt throughout their bodies.

Weakness: All Shade's are rather weak to fire. So much so that even a fairy fire will cause them to turn in fear of being near it. Anything of a holy or happy nature makes them sick to their stomach and they either have to kill it or flee. While a Fade is stronger inherently by traits their strength is also time based. During the day even in a girls body, they will only have the strength of a normal human male fully grown. While in a dark place such as underground or inside of a ruin they are almost twice as strong as a human. In direct moonlight they are almost three times the average strength but if underground at night the result is the same as underground during the day they are only twice as strong.

[]History/Personality[] :: Hailing from the realm of Cys'cia, however he does not necessary come from the same time. His entire background is a mysterious as he had made his appearance. Coming out of nowhere, Umbra made quite an entrance, quickly earning the title of Sword Saint, and furthermore, it was the Heaven slot, reserved for only the best of the best bladesmen. Yet no one dared to question his legitimacy or where he truly came from, especially not when he is backed by one of the most powerful being in the human kingdoms, Master Sylvia Silversong. She is not only family head, she has tremendous influence with dealing with any of the four kingdoms in the continent. With her backing Umbra one hundred percent, there is nothing to question

However the truth is that Umbra is not of the same timeline, but rather he is the alternate timeline of another person, Lucius Silversong, the soon to be sword master of the family. In Umbra's timeline, he took it to embrace his Fox-Kin side, grating him the privileges of such a powerful species. Yet while in this current timeline,Lucius has yet to uncover such secrets, therefore unable to either embrace or be consumed. Leaving the future with open possibilities, where anything could happen.

How Umbra came to enter into this timeline, out of his own, is when beings from another realm entered into his world, causing a massive timeline divergence, forcing Umbra into the now current time. Confused at first, he quickly turned to find Master Sylvia, who is unaffected by such timeline shifts, and is actually capable of moving through them. Learning the situation at hand, there are two threats to this world, one from within and one from outside. Unable to find any solid leads to these outsiders, the best course of action was to deal with the current problem at hand. Lysander Ironheart, the prince of human kingdom where he resided is close to causing a massive war, which is clearly meant to destroy what balance and fragile treaties each of the empires held. The prince wanted war, and war was what he will have. Umbra was quick to become a close adviser and friend to Lysander, and upon learning the true motives of such actions, he gave the prince all his support. This would allow him to kill two birds with one stone.

After these events, finding a force that not only threatened his home realm, it threatened the whole multiverse at once. This force was known as Legacy, their leader only refereed to as the "Tyrant of the Void" is the very face of chaos itself. Seeing that there was no singular organization that transpired between the different realms, something that would prove invaluable for all those who can planar shift, as well as bring a unification in order to deal with the threats. Therefore the Aegis Consortium was founded, a place where it could be a hub for different beings from different planes, where one could share their adventures or work together for different causes. As well as being the first multiversal military organization, in order to deal with the threat Legacy posses.

Weapon Information ::

Winter's Fang :: A crimson single edge blade around 48" in length, created with unknown alloys, however its displays the lightness of steel and the hardness of diamonds.

Silent Chalice :: A snow white single edge blade around 36" in length, it is composed of what is considered to be steel with traces of tungsten and titanium. The Blade originates from the realm of Csy'cia, and the weapon is considered magical in all regards.

Compound Bow :: 24" in length, with 70lbs drawback. Has standard iron sight designed for the bow of this design. Effective normal range is 60ft when firing in ideal conditions (ie: taiking aim while standing still. The Effective range drops when attempting to do multiple (rapid) shots, or when attempting to “run and gun”). [15 normal arrows]

Special Ammunition :: Described in Gear

Smoke Bombs :: Creates a 10ft diameter blast that will immediately conceal any one in it, as well blocking line of sight. The smoke screen will last for two posts, but any sort of wind effect will disperse the smoke immediately.

Throwing Knives :: 1055 Carbon made knives, 5 1/2" in total length. Max effective range of 30ft when throwing in ideal conditions. Effective range drops when attempting to throw multiple knives or when "run and gunning."


Armor Information ::

Typical Attire :: Cloth based clothes, that have a temperature threshold of 30 degrees Fahrenheit before additional protection is required. The clothes themselves can be disassembled for warmer/hotter locations.


[]Supernatural Abilities/Qualities[] :: Moonsilver Blades, Ninetail Form

Supernatural Abilities/Qualities Information ::

Moonsilver Blades :: Umbra enhances a weapon of his choice (be it sword or arrow/dagger) so that it gains the following effect: The enhanced weapon now treats all natural defenses (ie: dragon scales, bone, etc...) as if it were just as normal human flesh, therefore allowing his weapon to cut with ease as if he were just cutting a normal flesh. Additionally the enhanced weapon treats non-metal armor and equipment (ie: leather, lamellar, lacquered wood, etc...) as if it were just a normal leather armor. Unfortunately the blade as no effect against metal armor. Also while under the effect of Moonsilver, the enhanced weapon negates and dispels any magical effect/ability that it comes into contact with, and can disrupt spell casting if the affected blades comes in contact with the source of the cast. The blades can also disrupt naturally occurring magical quality (ie: a person’s wise-cracking, sentient hand…or an arm made of magically conjured earth...), however the effect is only temporary (one post duration). [Active 1 post, 2 post cool down after effect ends]


Ninetail Form :: Normally hides away any train of his fox-kin side do to several reasons such as its more convenient to stay in his human form, as he already benefits from their racial traits. However if its comes down to it, Umbra is capable of unleashing his full form. Which increases his base speed to 40 feet (7 feet per second), his hearing goes to 40hz to 50khz, and his vision goes to 20/10, and gains weapon like talons. Additionally Umbra loses his Moonsilver Blades ability and instead gains Moonsilver Claws: Moonsilver Claws functions exactly like Moonsilver Blades with the following addition: Moonsilver Claws can be focused into a semi-solid orb of energy, removing the Moonsilvered effect from Umbra‘s talons, but allowing him to fire the ball at any target within 50ft. The Orb flies in a straight line, moving at 60mph, and will pass through ANY armor or natural defense to impact a struck target directly. The force is similar to being kicked by a large adult kangaroo, and will immediately knock the wind out of any creature…and take them off their feet. The impact is sufficient, on multiple uses, to cause serious internal injury; such as cracked/broken ribs, internal bleeding, or ruptured organs. The effect scale with the number of square impacts. This ability also possesses the same anti-magic quality present in Moonsilver Blades. The Moonsilver orb requires approximately three(3) seconds of “charge up“ time, in which it forms in Umbra‘s hand, before he can push it towards a target. [one time use, may shift back at anytime, while in this form, prevents usage of other weapons aside from his talons and swords]

Natural Ability Information :: Sword Saint, Fearless, Enhanced Senses/Traits, Weapon Master

Sword Saint :: In his own home realm, Umbra is bestowed the honorary title "Sword Saint" Or more specifically, "Sword Saint of the Heavens." A title only given to four individuals at any one time. This honor signifies that one has proven his or her dedication and skill with the sword, and has become a legend among their peers. A Sword Saint is nearly unmatched by any individual or being in combat, especially when it comes to the sword, they are all known to have unparalleled swordsmanship. However Umbra's title, "of the Heavens" tells us that he is the lead and strongest of all four bladesmen. Oddly he often refereed to as the "Moonlit Sword Saint", due to his association with his master.


Fearless :: Through years of rigorous training and experiencing horrors beyond has hardened his will and resolve. Any attempts that would hamper his ability to act of his own free will or any attempt to cause terror, Umbra will immediately negate the first two attempts, and after that further attempts will have a reduced effectiveness of fifty percent.

Enhanced Senses/Traits :: Being part Fox-Kin, Umbra is capable of moving faster than average human run speed as well as being able to keep up with some of the more higher agility species out there. Umbra has a base speed 30 feet (5 feet per second). In addition Umbra has higher senses, can hear 30hz to 40khz (ie: he has a more sensitive hearing is able to hear softer sounds that otherwise humans would miss). His sight is 20/15.

Weapon Master/Specialist :: Not only being adept at the sword, Umbra has learned all sorts of different weapons, therefore is capable of nearly using any type of weapon he comes across, such as conventional firearms,with relative ease and skill. However the exception are weapons that are extremely exotic or that require exotic skills/training.

[]Gear Abilities[] ::

Gear Abilities Information :: Winter's Fang, Silent Chalice, Special Ammunition

Winter's Fang :: Umbra's personal favorite and a gift given to him by an old friend in who now lies in another timeline. The blade it self is 48" long and has a crimson coloring to its sharp edges. Other than its sharpness, the sword contains a unique trait in which wounds it causes become slow to heal, and reduces and regeneration ability by half.


Silent Chalice :: A weapon bestowed upon him from Master Sylvia. The blade is 36" in length, and is capable of cutting what would normally be impossible to hit, such as incorporeal beings. This weapon is treated as a magic weapon in all regards.


Special Ammunition :: Umbra carries four special types of arrows, equipped with various functions in order to meet the situation at hand or to provide various utility. Because of the added weight, whenever using his special ammunition he can only ever fire one off at a time and the effective range drops to 30ft.

[Smoke Bombs][3 shots]
Acts exactly like the smoke bombs.

[Stink Bomb][2 shots]
Creates a gaseous bubble of 6ft diameter, anyone caught in the area will stink for five posts. The stink is strong enough to cause anyone not resistant to stink smells for three posts, and only distracted by smell for the last two. Additionally anyone caught with the stink can be tracked via smell. The bubble only lasts for one post.

[Flash Bang][1 shots]
Anyone caught directly by the light blast will suffer blindness for one post then light sensitivity for the second, after that the effects wear off. Umbra must not be looking at the attack or be blinded himself.

[Paralysis Strike][2 shots]

If struck directly, causes the nearest two limbs from the direct hit spot to lose functionality for one post.

[Personality:] When it comes to his personality, he's very quiet and distance unapproachable at times. He lacks the interests and curiosity to know others and know about his surroundings. He's too quick to violence and acts on impulse, which sometimes leads him into trouble, other than that. He can sometimes comes across as being rude and cruel, well, he can be sometimes but it mostly because he doesn't really care much about anything or anyone. On rare occasions, he can come across as being kind and gentle which he can be sometimes but that is only because he has nothing better to do and he ends up helping others for the hell of it. His behavior and personality is in the middle of being positive and negative, you won't know which side of his personalty you will meet when you meet him for the first time.

[Ability Information:] Transformation:: Not including his human form, he has the ability to tap into his demon nature and transform going into different stages of his transformation. With each transformation, his abilities and weakness differ with each form. There is exactly two forms that he goes through before he goes into his final form, each form he can choose willingly but only if he has to otherwise, he stays in his human form.

Human Form:

Phase one is basically his human form which limits access to his demonic powers, with that being said. He can only access 10% of his demonic powers in this form, they may not be much but they do the trick when he needs an extra boost of help.

Techniques:
Ice Shower: By manipulating the air around him, he can create a rain of ice shards to rain down upon his opponent in a matter of minutes. But only in a certain area at a time, not strong enough to fully cause danger in an expanded area just on a single target.

Sonic Blast: Sonic blast works by clapping his hands together to release sound, the manipulated sound looks like a hazy sphere and is able to create three small spheres of sounds. Then releases the spheres which explode on contact with ringing sensation that effects a person hearing, the ringing sound is strong enough to lightly cause confusion and visual distortion to whoever is effected.

Shadow Ruin: By using the shadows that are castes by objects, he can manipulate them and solidify them then use them to destroy or merge with whatever debris that are lying around and use them to attack or shield himself from attacks.

He can shift into his second form which allows him to access 20% of his demonic power, and with this access, some of his body functions increase rapidly. Such as his speed and strength, and not only those but his natural senses also increase that goes beyond that of a normal human being.

Techniques:

Umbrakinetic Combat: Sariel can fuse manipulated darkness into his physical attacks. he can use both direct and indirect attacks, utilizing every patch of darkness or shadow available or create tools and weapons as needed.

Iced Fury: Iced fury is basically a storm attack causing visual disturbance allowing the surrounding area's to slightly freeze, which lowers the temperature to -45 degrees. Cold enough to cause frost bite to fleshy tissues, and would be cold enough to cause hypothermia if exposed to this element more than 15 minutes.

Shadow Waltz: Where ever there are shadows, Sariel can use them to move from shadow to shadow attacking his opponents on all sides. Depending on how many shadows there are in the premises, he can use them as a continuous attack, leaping and attacking from any shadowed area.

His third form gives 50% access to his powers, which of course also heightens his basic senses along with power increase in his attacks and defense techniques. It gives him varies ways to utilize his weapons and enhanced increase in power.

Techniques:

Frozen Rhapsody: Frozen Rhapsody is a much like a snow storm with zero visibility, chaotic winds with iced shards that sharp enough to rip through fleshy tissues and the strongest of fabrics.

Shadow Summoning: This allows Sariel to use the smallest of shadows and expand it then manipulate it to either attack or shield himself from an attack, while in this form he can only use this ability and as long as there is a small shadow anywhere.

Boomerang: Is a sound disk that is released and thrown, which causes those who come into contact with it to be struck with a series of high pitched sound waves completely interfering with any thing that deals with senses.

[Weapons:] Sariel carries with him three distinctive weapons, the first one is his hidden blade which is concealed under the sleeves of his garments. Second, are the two hook swords that attack to his back by a metal plate. The metal plate acts like a magnet but only to the hook swords that he wields, any other metal will not stick to the magnet. The last one is a white sword that mounts on his left hip, the sheath itself is also white and very strong which allows for the blade to sharpen every time it is unsheathed.

[Weapon Information:]
Hidden Blade: It consists of a retractable blade, usually in conjunction with a protective bracer. As such, the blade could be discreetly extended or retracted, making it a valuable and stealthy piece of apparatus. This hidden blade's dimension is rather small but very effective when one uses it properly, the blade itself is only 3.25 inches long and has a spring loaded action. The bracer itself is both durable and flexible so it doesn't confine the movements of the wrists, the straps can be adjusted to reach desired fit and is made with a leather interior and cast iron plates as the exterior.

Hook Sword: The Hook sword is shaped like a shepherd's hook. There are four main components to the weapon.
The back, which is used like traditional swords.
The hook, which is used for slashing, as well as catching weapons and tripping opponents.
The end of the hilt, which are shaped into daggers.
The crescent guard, which is used for blocking and slashing.

        Uses
        The Twin Hooks are primarily a slashing weapon, although the dagger ends can be used for stabbing. Another technique shown was to hook the two swords together, with the user swinging one, causing the dagger of the second sword to slash the opponent.

        This White Sword was carefully crated and constructed for combat so it doesn't rust or break, the blade. The blade is light yet very durable so it isn't that heavy

        [Equipment Information:] The metal wristband that he wears around his wrist is meant to be used with conjunction to his sonokinetic ability, when hitting the wristband onto an object or just by clapping his hands together he can create the sounds he needs to use his sonokinetic ability if there is no sound for him to use.

        [History:] The only person that knew of Sariel's forms was the ones who took him in and raised him till he was 16. Him and the elder whom he called 'Gramps' lived in an isolated area, living far away from the eyes of society and lived happily. One day when he was out training, a couple saw him transform and out of fear they fled back to their home town and reported them. It wasn't long before groups and groups of people arrived at their residence with all sorts of weapons, they were attacked and everything they knew was destroyed. Out of anger he fully transformed nearly destroying them all till the old man stopped him, the old man forced him to run even though he knew he could destroy them all. but Sariel wanted him to be safe. Hesitantly, Sariel did as he was told and took to the sky, leaving the old man and everything he knew behind. But it wasn't long till he found a new place to reside with beings similar to him and finally understood what he was, still, he would spend most of his time being alone and in trying to understand himself and his abilities.

        Artificing Magic:

        While Enchantment Magic is far more well known for creating objects of power, Artificing Magic stands as the greater of the two, though it is far more complex and difficult to master. Even as a Master Smith, Aroden does not consider himself as having had mastered the art, and is ever seeking new knowledge to continually better his craft. While Enchantment relies on a base object onto which one imbues power, Artificing does not. Artificing, at its core, is creation, and thus, every object of artifice is created by magic from beginning to end. When a skilled Artificer creates a sword, he forms into being a metal that does not already exist in the universe, for it is unique to him. Thus, like any artisan's work, no two pieces are unique. Even copies of another's work results in subtle differences, no matter how perfect the recreation. Alas, while Artificers can create cheap imitations of life, through golems and constructs, they are unable to create true life.

        [Weapons:]

        Numena, Pillar of Creation:

        Numena is a compound longbow of modern appearance, with one notable difference: the center is dominated largely by nine chambers, not unlike in appearance and function to those of a revolver. In its compact form, Numena takes a rather prominent position on Aroden's forearm and wrist, and is completely compressed so that its function and form are hidden. When activated, the arms of the bow fold out mechanically and are suspended in the air by magic, while the centerpiece will slide forward. A single grip extends for Aroden to grasp at the very center of the revolving chamber.

        Each of the nine chambers is unique, in that a colored "lens" appears at the center of each. This color corresponds to the magic of each chamber: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, white and black. Beyond this, the chambers can be revolved about the center to select the chamber that Aroden is to fire through.

        The metal portions were hand crafted from meteorites, and were then enchanted for strength and durability. The metal shimmers like starlight, casting an ethereal glow, even when Numena is in its compact form. As for the bowstring, it only appears once the bow has fully opened, arcing from tip to tip. A string of condensed and pure magic, it takes on the appearance of a small cross section of a whirling galaxy in the distance, its pattern constantly oscillating.

        [Spells:]

        Aroden's spells are manifest through his focus, Numena, and his tool of creation known as Foundry. Unlike Numena, Foundry is not a weapon, and is used for Aroden's artificing magic. For more information on Foundry and its capabilities, refer to the equipment section.

        Numena is capable of casting nine spells with set effects, though these can be changed or altered within certain parameters. While each spell is not inherently tied to artifice, the underlying concept behind each is what grants Aroden his power to create. Moreover, they can be combined to form different spells. The base nine are as follows:

        Plasma Cast:
        Color: Red
        Plasma cast fires a simple bolt of superheated plasma from Numena, which can be remotely controlled, to a degree, through mental commands from Aroden. The shape of the bolt is similar to that of an arrow when fired, and while the volume must stay the same, its shape can be altered to other forms.



        Earth's Grasp:
        Color: Orange
        A bolt of orange is fired at the intended target, the effect of which is to increase the struck object's relative weight. The strength of this is exponential: each time a bolt strikes an object, its weight is doubled. The effect of this is limited to a certain volume, not exceeding seven cubic feet. If it strikes a larger object than this, only a portion equivalent to this volume will be affected. The effects of Earth's Grasp can stack, but the weight of struck objects will not exceed an amount of ten times its original weight.



        Static Arc:
        Color: Yellow
        This yellow bolt is unlike the others in that it takes on the form of a lightning bolt, extending from Numena to its target, as opposed to that of an arrow. Because of its nature as lightning, this bolt travels as quickly as a bolt of lightning, but is otherwise mundane.



        Wind's Mirth:
        Color: Green
        The initial bolt fired by this chamber is green in color, but at the mental command of Aroden, it expands into a stationary, large, person-sized rune. Green in color, this rune has a profound affect on the next thing to pass through it from either side: like Earth's Grasp, its affect is double, increasing the velocity of that which passes through it. The size of this rune can be altered, but cannot exceed a circle with a diameter of fifty feet. Only objects that fully pass through the rune are affected. In much the same way as Earth's Grasp, the limit of Wind's Mirth is a ten times the original velocity of the object passing through.



        Arctic Bolt:
        Color: Blue
        As is suggested by its name, Arctic Bolt is a bolt of blue color that freezes over its target upon impact. The bolt, upon striking an object, not only manifests extreme cold, but it also calls water into being. The affected area can range anywhere from a volume of six cubic inches, to a volume six cubic feet. The temperatures generated by this are approximately minus two hundred and fifty Fahrenheit, negative one hundred and fifteen Celsius, or one hundred and fifteen Kelvin.



        Suspension of Belief:
        Color: Indigo
        Unlike the previous chambers, Suspension of Belief may have two affects on its target, depending on their affiliation with Aroden. If the bolt strikes an ally, it does no physical damage to them: rather, the computational power of their mind increases vastly, allowing their brain to process information at much faster speeds. Striking an enemy has an equivalent affect in the opposite direction: an enemy would find concentrating difficult, and their ability to react appropriately to a situation may be lessened. The duration of this spell is limited to a minute when affecting allies (six posts), or for twenty seconds when affecting enemies (two posts).



        Limit of Body:
        Color: Violet
        As the bolt from before, Limit of Body has two affects depending on its target. If it is an ally, their body's strength, speed, stamina, and other functions of their body are increased by five fold for a short period of time, usually lasting for only half a minute (around three posts). An enemy would find their body working at a fifth of its normal peak performance for ten seconds (or around a single post or so).



        Refraction of Soul:
        Color: Black
        As Wind's Mirth, Refraction of Soul generated a rune through which objects may pass. The affect of Refraction of Soul is limited only to spells passing through its faces, and not simple matter: any spell that passes through the rune is reflected into eight independent copies, in addition to the original spell. Note that this spell is limited in what spells it can affect, depending on the complexity of the original spell: Each of the other spells cast by Numena, excepting The Ninth Ring, may be copied, however.


        The Ninth Ring:
        Color: White
        The summation of the eight base spells held in Numena, the Ninth Ring represents the ability to create false life. Upon striking an object, the Ninth Ring is capable of forming a simulacrum from the material, imbuing it with form and function. For example, if a bolt struck the ground, the Ninth Ring would form an Earth Elemental, bound in servitude to Aroden. This spell is limited to only three servants at a time, and is also limited to pure materials (it cannot affect heavily manufactured materials, such as plastics). Moreover, the size of the elementals is limited to approximately 11.5 square feet (or approximately five times the volume of the average human body). While these elementals posses a great measure of control over their respective element, they are incapable of casting spells or using true magic, as they lack the capacity or soul necessary.

        [Special Abilities:]

        Angelic Body:

        As most angels, Aroden has a body that is far more capable and durable than that of a human's. As a nephilim, too, he is stronger than the average angel. That said, Aroden generally subjects himself to more intellectual and magical pursuits, finding he either lacks the time or desire to train his body. While not necessarily unfit, any observer could tell that Aroden is certainly not at peak physical condition: thusly, while he may be generally stronger than an average angel, he is likely one of the weakest nephilim, and any angel dedicated to strengthening their body would likely outclass Aroden in raw strength. His mind, however, is several orders of magnitude greater than most. Aroden was once one of the foremost minds of Heaven, his research in magical creation trailblazing advances in the art.

        [Armor:]

        The Armaments of Faith: Armor of Mercury

        One of Aroden's earliest creations, the Armaments quickly became a gold standard for use amongst the ranks of Heaven's armies. Light and durable, the cloth, wood and metal of the armor are made entirely of magic. Meant to bolster the defenses and natural capabilities of its wearer, the Armaments not only offer substantial protection, but also serve to enhance the wearer's combat abilities. Though there are several types of Armaments, each offering some unique benefit, all grant minor resistance to the elements. Moreover, the armor itself can absorb several hundred pounds of force, even when concentrated to a small area. The gauntlets of the Armaments enhance the blows of their bearer, adding additional kinetic force to their strikes, while the simple shin guards increases their stamina by several fold, allowing the angel to run or fly for much longer periods of time.

        The Mercury model is intended for speed, and generally sees use with couriers and scouts. These particular Armaments include several additions to the base set of spaulders, breastplate, gauntlets, and greaves. Most notably is the specialized silk that binds to the wings of the angel, granting them an opaque and silvery appearance. The Armor of Mercury grants vastly increased flight speed, not unlike that of human jet. The armor itself is enchanted to compensate for the considerable strain this would place on the body, allowing for the angel to fly at this speed with relative comfort: bearers of this armor can exceed their top speed for a short time, but this places a significant strain on their body, as the enchantment on their armor is not rated for speeds greater than mach three. Other enchantments increase the regular movement speed of its wearer as well, allowing for greater feats of dexterity and agility. The armor is otherwise designed with mobility and air resistance in mind, and generally takes on a very streamlines appearance; like its namesake, it appears to be a silvery grey.

        [Equipment:]

        Foundry:

        Foundry is a fairly large cylinder, measuring a foot and a half in length and a third in diameter. It is strapped horizontally to Aroden's waist, so it sits tightly just below the small of his back and against his hip. A small hole exists on each of the flat sides of the cylinder, at the center, through which an observer would note the fiery orange and red light coming from Foundry. It is in this construct that Aroden produces "Magic Thread", through which he is able weave very real objects, often of great power. This magic thread can be pulled from each of the holes on either side. Foundry is also responsible for the creation of the arrows that Aroden utilizes with Numena. By merely placing his hand by one of the opening, magic thread forms into the number arrows needed, which are then placed between his fingers.

        [History:]

        Aroden was a simple mason, an artisan that worked to create beautiful works for the kingdom of Heaven. Those first years were peaceful, filled with happiness, laughter, love. Oh, to return to those halcyon days.

        His wife Lenora was taken from him, when they had been promised eternity. She fell, in the second great war against Hell, a petty officer amongst the ranks of Heaven. Their parting words had been one of strife, his desire for her to remain in Heaven driving a wedge into their relationship. The irony of his worries, and their truth, was nearly too much to bear. In his heart, hate began to fester, a blackness that flourished amongst the other angels: a deep seated, irrational hatred of the Demons of hell. For they had taken away the light of his life, his muse, his inspiration. His anger and pain became his new source, and so came about his first creation, The Armaments of Faith.

        He was pleased at its efficacy, for many warriors returned at the advent of the third great war, having bathed in the blood of devils. And yet, this did not fill the void. His passions continued to darker, more sinister magic, that which did not belong in the light.

        It was some time, still, when Lenora was complete. A perfect recreation of his memory, skin soft, but cold and without life. It wasn't her, not without her soul. Oh, he could steal a few errant souls here and there, but it wouldn't be the same. It had to be hers... But how? He could not find it, for it was long gone. Then, his salvation came. Cruxis.

        The Well of Souls: though he had no part in that last great conflict, the organization known as Cruxis had provided him with the tool he needed. Secretly observing its function, he used the complex magic governing the well, used it to access the souls of angels and demons that had passed. His heart led him well, for it was not long before Lenora was breathing again, her flesh warm to the touch.

        But his ministrations had not gone unnoticed. Like a storm, his workshop was raided, and despite his stature, he was powerless. The abomination he had created, the returned Lenora, was hacked to pieces before his very eyes: Aroden wondered at the cruelty of a second death too like the first. Despairing, driven mad, the Archnephilim was stripped of his wings and thrown to Earth, where he was to live out the remainder of his days.

        He has been waiting, biding his time, searching for sympathizers, those with an unquenchable hatred for both Heaven and Hell. The Illuminati have shown themselves.

        O.D.I.N. , Omni-Dimensional Interface and Navigator:
        The Omni-Dimensional Interface and Navigator, codenamed O.D.I.N. is a highly advanced computer empowered by potent magics. O.D.I.N.'s purpose is to travel through the fabrics of space and time, and into other dimensions. O.D.I.N. is composed of six black rings, with runes of light carved into them- each ring is a yard in diameter. A control panel is strapped to the arm of the user, which allows them to choose their destination, among other things. Another function is the self-collapsing of the rings into their own spacial pocket, allowing them to be called forth or put away as needed. The uses of O.D.I.N. isn't exclusive completely to the user, either. Depending on the user's skill in magic as well as in the use of technology, the user can choose different targets not only within the same dimension, but others as well.

        O.D.I.N. is the product of the three races of Yggdrasil (the name given to Lysurg's home planet), Menn (known as Humans on this plane of existence), Álfar (known as Elves), and the Dvergar (Dwarves). The Dvergar provided the materials and strong alloys to give this computer its body, the Álfar gave it strong magic, and finally Menn designed and built it. O.D.I.N. was created for one purpose- the expansion of the dominions of the Menn, Dvergar and Álfar. Living on a collapsing world, the three races had no choice but to cooperate in order to escape their dying planet. All three races chose their strongest and most loyal soldiers to send out into other planes of existence; each was charged with the task of scouting out a different plane of existence- hopefully finding a world suitable for their own race to conquer and then live upon. Many of these scouts would perish in their journey, either devoured by the chaotic threads of inter dimensional travel, or destroyed by the inhabitants of other planes. Lysurg was one of the lucky few to not only appear whole and unmaimed, but within a stable dimension.

        As a weapon, Lysurg specializes in the movement of objects between planes, usually targeting living beings. The Knights of Menn, given the name "Reikar", are able to locate each other through the fabrics of time, as well as contact each other. Another auxiliary function of O.D.I.N. is to also store information on each of the dimensions, sending back reports to a main server located on Yggdrasil. Lysurg maintains access to the Yggdrasil main server, giving him the ability to search through the library of information with ease- specifically within its bestiary. Using this information, Lysurg is able to pull these specimens from other dimensions. Once they have been retrieved, he binds them to his will using his magical powers.


        𝔚𝔢𝔞𝔭𝔬𝔫(𝔰):
        Hrünting

        Gugnir

        For the most part, both of Lysurg's weapons are normal- for denizens of Yggdrasil. However, they are both made of extremely durable alloys, and have enchantments laid upon them that maintain sharpness, as well as their strength. Each Reikar soldier is provided with a spear- a basic weapon, used by footmen- as part of their basic arsenal of weaponry. Known as Gugnir upon his world, this spear is capable of surrounding its blade with a barrier of energy, that gives it additional piercing power. The reason that those living on Yggdrasil do not use high powered laser weapons is for this reason- the barrier surrounding almost all weapons on Yggdrasil react violently with heated plasma energy, causing an explosion of extreme magnitude. Yggdrasil had long ago evolved from ballistics weapons, therefore, very few guns exist that are not plasma based. These are generally antiques, and have stopped working at all.

        As for Hrünting, this is Lysurg's personal weapon of choice. An old blade, Hrünting is a family heirloom that has been passed from father to son for generations. Thus, it lacks an energy barrier surrounding it, and has only recently been enchanted for sharpness and durability by Lysurg himself. Family legend says that once, long ago, Hrünting was wielded by one of Lysurg's ancestors, who used it to slay a beast thought to be unkillable. Whether or not this blade has any magical properties, Lysurg is unsure- it has yet to exhibit any special abilities thus far. Still, he wields this blade with pride, preferring this more traditional weapon to the standard Gugnir spear.


        𝕻𝔢𝔯𝔰𝔬𝔫𝔞𝔩𝔦𝔱𝔶&𝔄𝔠𝔱 𝕵𝔢𝔯𝔬:
        "Honor is my life." The creed of all Knights of Menn is this- and it is this phrase that has become Lysurg's ultimate moral, more vital than the blood coursing through his veins. To become a knight, Lysurg swore an oath- sealed in blood, and made on his life. For many years, this posed as no problem- in a world full of strife and conflict, there was always need for more heroes. Yet, only just recently, all three races, the humans, elves, and dwarves, have come together in order to save them all. In a world that no longer needed its protectors, Lysurg found himself lost- such a change had sent his moral compass reeling.

        Thus it was no surprise that he was one of the first to volunteer for the O.D.I.N. Project. For a time, he was needed again. Training was rigorous and taxing, and left little time for other thoughts- and this suited him fine. He had thought that he had found himself once again- for wasn't saving his homeworld the honorable thing to do? He was wrong.

        Originally, Lysurg had believed all three races to be doing the right thing- in order to preserve themselves, they would expand into other dimensions and live there. However, it wasn't until later that Lysurg discovered that their goal wasn't the peaceful cohabitation of other dimensions; rather, it was the military dominance and ultimate take-over of these new planets. Once again, Lysurg found himself staggering. On the one hand, he could help, and perhaps even save his people. Yet, on the other, he would be an accomplice to the beginnings of an unjust war. At what cost would the lives of his people be bought? The lives of millions of innocents?

        So it was that Lysurg left Yggdrasil with a heavy heart; he knew that, in good will, he could not doom the denizens of other dimensions. However, as one of the few surviving candidates still in contact with Yggdrasil, he knew that the armies would be close behind. It was then that he decided- he would do what he could to stop his homeworld from coming to the one he now found himself on. They would move to other worlds, but he took comfort knowing that he had saved at least one. However, this was little comfort to the pain he now felt- to betray the knighthood, nay, his entire world, was pain keener than any blade. Exiling himself, Lysurg moved into a remote part of this foreign world he found himself upon. Hacking into his O.D.I.N. using his magic and knowledge was a fairly simple task- he had been taught its basic information already, information that could be used if one looked hard enough. Stopping any outgoing transmissions from his O.D.I.N., Lysurg fell off the radar of those still back upon Yggdrasil...

        Firefly: Able to create several luminescent wisps of fire to either light a dark road or a pitch black area. They come in the form of a firefly's glow and hover around Raven. It makes great for reading and writing in poor places of light.

        Wick: Using his fire ability Raven can conjure a small burning flame to burn small things like paper/s, or wood if prepared for cooking.

        Accelerated Development: Using a shadow of his unawakened darkness power, Raven has the ability to develop skills, traits and abilities faster and more effectively than should be possible. Although he still needs time and training to learn and develop any new skills and/or techniques.

        Shadow Boxing: Using another shadow of his dormant powers of darkness, Raven covers his palms in darkness and hits his foes with a super strengthen and speedy punch or kick. Raven can only cover darkness with either both of his feet or his hands but none at the same time. Doing this can give Raven super speed or strength.
        If Raven uses his fist blades while doing this his blades would be covered in the darkness and make the blades slightly longer and sharper.

        History ~ Born of both angel and demon, Raven became few to be a Nephilim and a b*****d. Raven never knew of his parents nor what they look like or if they are even alive, all he knows is that he has the blood of a demon and angel in him.
        As he grew up in an orphanage, his life was tough as he was picked on for being small and strange. It was later he picked up his ability to manipulate fire and later have a fascination for reading and knowledge.
        When he was thirteen Raven left the orphanage to pursue work out in the city. He started becoming an errand boy and a courier, as time passed learning news things came to him easier than most. To where it would take someone years to pick up something and get good at it, it took Raven half that time.

        As he became the age of sixteen he was starting to work as a cook for a popular dive in an uptown city after he watched so many cooking shows, reading recipes in magazines and seeing the local chefs in the market stalls cook their local specials. Raven is still an errand boy and courier and is one of they're best as he gathers money for his research and travels as he journeys around the world and discover hidden realms, artifacts and ruins as Mystic to find all the mysteries, hidden and missing lore and to find his family and his reason of being.

        Roin was born in the countryside and has lived there until he left his family and friends to join the war at the age of 18. He was a powerful warrior by day, and a adventurer by night. After many battles he ritred at the age 20 at the status rank general.         Roin's main weapon is his mighty sword. It is able to reflect light based attacks and absorb dark magic or evil energy. This sword is very special for it may absorb the blood of its victims and add on to its users strength. It is only able to be lifted up by chosen heroes like Roin and demons burn when they try to lift this sword in their own hands. This sword has been enchanted by a high priest and has been unbreakable since its very beginning. It has not been dulled or scratched either which many fear the wrath upon this might and holy sword.

        Roin's main defense is his shield. His shield has saved him in many cases, fore it does not melt or heat up unless tossed into the sun. The shield is throw able but he tends to keep it on him for safe keeping. The shield is not penetrable by any sorts of weapon or magic.

        Gauntlets: crafted by a wizard of the deep world, these gauntlets can let the user withstand the force of maximum 5000 tons of weight. Although it does not give the user a boost in strength.

        Ring: The ring Roin wears was enchanted by a wizard and it protects his fingers.

        Necklace: This necklace gives him a healing factor of 1 it only heals him when he's not in combat and that his wounds are small like cuts.

        Earring: These pearly whites are enchanted so that the user may have a faster speed.

        Roin is very talented in sword play so he uses his magical skills on his sword. He is able to summon Light holy powers to his sword and is able to launch a light swing of light towards the direction of his will. Although he cannot slash upwards he can use this ability to contain it within his sword giving it a slight more feel of sharpness. The maximum range for this power is only 10 feet.

        Heightened Senses, Enhanced Agility, and Enhanced Reaction Speed.

        [Ability Information:]
        Heightened Senses: All of Roin's senses(Touch, Taste, Feel, Hearing, and Sight) are 5 times that of an average healthy elven being. Of course most of the time he uses all 5 in combat or hunting for his village or kingdom.

        Enhanced Agility: The main reason Roin chose to become a knight. He is five times faster than your average person, and that speed is one of the reasons he can get in and out of a of the enemies base so quickly.

        Enhanced Reaction Speed: This is the other reason Roin is able to get in and out of a house so quickly. When paired with his Heightened Senses he can hear or see someone coming sooner than most people and react even quicker! He either leaves before they can find him, for he has already done enough damage or executed his target.

        Personality: King, Caring, Understanding, a bit quiet at times. Very lonely. However, as a man who sees through many people, he has honed an ability to decipher information in seconds.         Drive shield: Cedar creates an electrified shield which can rotate around an enemies' strike, throwing them away from himself. Can also reflect projectile attacks.

        Epsilon Slam: Cedar wraps himself in electricity, and strikes a hard angled uppercut, knocking a foe backwards. Cedar uses his agility to rocket up to match the opponent, and slam them down hard, also adding a strong bolt of electricity.

        Varion: Cedar's gauntlets can change between 3 forms: two arm mounted machine guns, a set of brawler gauntlets, and dual short swords folding down from his arm guards. Only one switch can be managed per fight.

        Omega Detonation: Cedar can plant energy based spikes in an opponent, and detonate them at will. Though possible, these spikes are barbed and look like crystals, making them hard to remove. This detonation can also stun an opponent as well as deal heavy damage.

        Lucy's Gift: a manifestation of Cedar's mother, made of lightning, appears, and acts as a fighting partner. Has all of Cedar's abilities, but are slightly weaker.

        Overcharge: Cedar's form fades, as his body and Equinox become lightning, and speed/power increases dramatically. Lasts for an hour.

        Theta Orbit: Orbs of lightning circle Cedar, and can be shot and reloaded as easily as a gun. However, it only lasts an hour.

        Equipment Information: A Charge Clip holds small concentrations of pure electricity. These can be loaded into Equinox, and last an hour and a half when activated manually. Cedar carries 10 on a belt.

        History: Cedar learned everything from his father, Felix. Cedar was also an inventor due to his wonderful father. He tinkered a lot in the garage with his father in their spare time. Upon the age of 12, Cedar discovered that his mother was indeed a demon.

        Afterward, Cedar devoted almost all his time to his relationship with his parents. He never really thought girls would take interest in him, even though the girls at his school fell for him left and right. Cedar's mother, Lucy, loved her son very much. She read him stories, played with him, and even helped him build his very own bike.

        Tragedy struck the family on the eve of Cedar's 17th birthday. Through an open window, hunters shot at Lucy, wounding her fatally. Felix rushed out, attacking the hunters.

        Cedar sat, stunned, his bleeding mother on the floor. He looked at all the gifts, the wonderful cake...and threw them aside to help his dear mother. She was breathing hard, barely hanging on. She held his hand, a strange energy transferred to Cedar. Electricity.

        She spoke with a smile. "Cedar...you've grown up so much...I'm so proud of you... but now, you have to write your own story...I love you..."

        She fell lifeless to the ground. Lucy, was dead. Cedar cried out for her, as Felix walked back in, having dealt with the hunters. He comforted cedar as he cried.

        3 agonizing, quiet years later, Felix committed suicide by hanging. Cedar buried him later that day. Cedar used his parents' gifts to him by creating Equinox. He honored both his parent's talents. He vowed to honor them by saving anyone, regardless of race. His mother was unfairly killed, and his father suffered. So he decided to gather his belongings, and his savings, and leave to find a new life. And hopefully find a woman who would be with him. Even as war was on the horizon, he walked to tomorrow...

        [Character Name:] Kumo Cumulus (Goes by the name Cumulus, like the cloud.)

        [Personality:] Cumulus has always been a very eager young lad, meaning he is eager to learn, train, and fight. He has a kind heart and a good sense of morality. Because of these traits, he often finds himself butting into violent situations that don't involve him. But whether it be by skill, or luck, Cumulus always seems to pull through in the end. He's an underdog, and when the odds are stacked against him, his personality can make the most unexpected people root in his favor.

        Cumulus has multicolored eyes, one a pale blue, and the other red. He also has small scythe-like blades that protrude from the back of his calves. Because of his race, Cumulus has a ghostly white body, very closely resembling a cloud. Although it may appear that his body is composed of clouds, he does have a physical form that can be felt by others, making it possible for him to attack and also to be attacked physically. He gathers a material from the air, called "Ether" which courses through his entire body. By manipulating this Ether, Cumulus can take on countless drive forms, including his Storm Drive, Hail Drive, Fog Drive, Hurricane Drive, Nebula Drive, and many others.

        [Allegiance:] Neutral, His only allegiance is to his friends.

        [Powers:] Weather manipulation with Ether. Ether has been defined as the air that the gods breathe. It is an energy that is present throughout the atmosphere of the entire Earth, it's type varying with weather conditions of certain areas. Cloud Colonists like Cumulus are the only race capable of seeing and manipulating Ether to control the weather.Cumulus takes on different forms by changing the Ether that flows in his body. In his Storm Drive allows him to manipulate rain, throw lightning bolts, and send out powerful winds.Hail Drive Gives him power over ice. Icy winds that can freeze an enemy's body on contact, he can launch huge hail stones, and he can infuse concentrated Ether into his arms, while simultaneously freezing them to create hardened armor, tougher than almost any other substance. Fog Drive This form is used either to blind enemies, or deceive them by creating illusions during battle. While in this form, Cumulus cannot attack. Hurricane Drive This is Cumulus's strongest natural form. In this form, he has a combination of powers from all of his other forms, including tsunamis, tornadoes, and ravaging winds that can devastate entire towns. He rarely uses this form because it is exhausting and hard to maintain and control. Nebula Drive This form can only be attained while in a higher dimension, it has only been used once. With this form, small stars form within Cumulus's body (About the size of a baseball) and he can launch them to deal large amounts of damage with massive explosions. He is also capable of withstanding the highest of temperatures and has somewhat of a power over gravity. Cyclone Knight Drive In this form, he carries a sword that can launch razor winds that can slice through almost anything. Other forms come only from him taking in the Ether of certain environments during combat.


        [Special Abilities:] Speed like the wind. With the blades on his feet, he can slice through air currents and ride them, almost like he is flying. He also has abnormal strength and agility.


        [Weapons:] Rarely used Cyclone Knight Sword, forged from materialized Ether.

        [Weapon Information:] It fires powerful razor winds.

        [Armor Information:] Armor appears while in Cyclone Knight Form, is also composed of materialized Ether.


        [History:] The Cloud Colony is a kingdom in the clouds where beings of a higher dimension control the weather of the Earth. Because they are of a higher dimension, they cannot be seen or comprehended by humans or really any other race that lives on the Earth. In fact, the colony itself cannot even be seen. It exists in the sky, surrounding the circumference of the entire Earth, like a second shell surrounding the planet, even though it exists in the same space as our sky, it cannot be seen because it exists on a higher dimensional plain of existence. It is possible, however, for beings of a lower dimension to travel to the Cloud Colony and meet its inhabitants through the Cloud Terminal. (A tower-like portal that connects the upper and lower worlds) Likewise, it is also possible for the colonists to travel to a lower plain of existence. Cumulus, a young Cloud Colonist in training used his different forms and control over Ether to manipulate the weather on Earth, just as Cloud Colonists had done since the beginning of time. One day during training with his master, Nimbus, Cumulus attempted to use his Hurricane Drive for the first time. Being that he was a rookie, he bit off a little more than he could chew and was unable to handle to control it. He spiraled out of control, destroying much of the colony itself and ended up accidentally destroying his king's castle in the process. Because of this, the king along with the Sky Council (A group of elderly Cloud Colonists who command the rest of the colonists and make all of the weather decisions for the lower world) banished Cumulus from the Cloud Colony and sent him down the Cloud Terminal and forced him to live in the human dimension. In this lower dimension, Cumulus can now be seen by humans, and lives out his days with the human friends that he has made. He is one of very few Cloud Colonists to ever actually enter the human world.
