I would like to write a non-fiction story about dinosaurs because that topic is something I have always enjoyed, even as a child. However, whenever I try to write non-fiction, even if it is just a short excerpt, it always comes out on the page sounding awkward and forced. Is there any way for me to write a short non-fiction education book for children without sounding boring or disorganized?

I think my suggestion is to look at examples of different dinosaur books and see the way they write about them. You can definitely get inspiration by doing that. 3nodding

Trust me, I've read tons of them. I just can't seem to get my words across to the readers when I try to write non-fiction myself. sweatdrop I don't know if I just have some sort of mental block for non-fiction because I wrote too many essays in school or what?
