"I guess mine started a little more after. Maybe the assassin incident..," he trailed off.

"Oh i see..." Scarlet nodded a bit and then stayed quiet.

"I-if you return to England...will you marry someone else?" Nicholas asked a question that he had been thinking of for quite a while. Actually, the idea of Scarlet marrying another man brought sadness into his heart but now that he knew she loved him he wanted to know if she was still bounded by the law that governs the royalties.

Scarlet stooped and looked over at the ocean. It was a good question...one that she didn't know how to answer at the moment. "I-I..." was all she was able to mutter out.

Nicholas waited patiently. He did not want to force ans answer so he would wait.

"I doesn't matter if you don't answer me now," Nicholas said softly as he smiled.

Scarlet gave a slight nodd and sighed. She really didn't know what she would do..

"Um, have you ever felt this way to anyone else before?" Nicholas hesitated yet again with that question.

Scarlet rubbed the back of her head and laughed nervously, "Yeah pretty much."

"Really?" Nicholas said in a tone that very much suggested curiosity and hid his disappointment. "May I know to whom you had the feeling to?"

"Uh it was some boy i met in American when i went there with my mother. Thats all i really remember....i don't even remember his name." She chuckled nervously.

"Oh. I see," he said slowly.

"And what about you?" She asked curious to know.  

[Nick_austin90]

"Never yet," he said truthfully. "I lived in the woods and afterwards I became an outcast. I never entered civilization until I decided to return so this feeling is new to me," he explained.

"Oh i see..." was all she could say. It was a bit surprising but at the same time it wasn't. Silence fell again and yet again it was awkward. It was bugging her to death so she tried to think of anything to say. "So, how are you feeling? I hope your injuries are not as bad as before," she said in a worried tone.
