Anybody know where I can go online to find inexpensive stones and healing crystals? Amazon kinda sucks and I can't find any other online places that don't cost me an arm and a leg.

Have you tried Etsy? Quite a few people sell crystals there.
Generally though, if you want quality stones, they aren't going to be super cheap.

Etsy! Many people sell stones on there for quite a good deal. Unless you want an uncut, raw stone like a geode or a rough crystal, I would recommend looking into crystal necklaces. One of my favorite crystals, which is actually just a quartz but it was my first real crystal and is very near and dear to my heart, is actually a necklace as are many of my crystals. If you find one that is just a pendant or doesn't come on some crazy rosegold chain, it's likely that they'll be, at maximum 20 bucks.
