xxxxxCHAT ;; Alex limped his way into the area surrounding graveyard with one of his arms around Alice as a means of supporting her as they walked and in his other hand, held Kurikara towards the ground, the shimmering blueness of the blade weak as if the flames were about to die out. The idea came to him, that it was pointless to continue running. They were too slow and their enemies were way too fast. They might just have to fight it out and hope that they make it out of here with their lives still intact. Alex placed his hand that wielded Kurikara against the heavy iron gates and pushed open the door with all of his strength. The gate hesitated to cooperate with Alex but quickly gave in to the force and swung wide open as if inviting them inside. Ironically, the area they would have to make their last stand in would be a graveyard. The graves lining all along the rows might be their pursuer's graves, or it may very well be their own. Alex pushed the iron gate shut again and continued along the dirt path that was inbetween the rows of gravestones. Underneath those stones were the corpses of hundreds of other people. There was a good chance that they were about to be one of those very corpses in the ground if their pursuers didn't have other plans for the two. Alex wasn't about to give up though even if all of his strength and energy had been spent. If he couldn't survive this single encounter, then what use was he to Alice? He would mean nothing. He had to prove himself that he could protect her and at the same time remain powerful to disprove his original theory that love weakened a person's soul and made them weak. Alex sat down with Alice infront of one of the graves whose encryption was inaudible due to weathering and age. He rested his head against the gravestone and turned it slightly to look at Alice, panting with the exertion he had used during their flight. He put on a determined glare and opened his mouth to speak his mind. "Alice we need to come up with some type of strategy to beat those two. We can't just give up and lose here or else it'll mean the end of us. There's no way we could achieve world dominance if we perish here and I'm not about to give up on that. I've spent way too much time and work to let it all just go to waste." Alex growled and turned his eyes towards the gates incase their attackers came sooner than expected.

Kai arrived panting, still in his wolf form. He snarled deep in his throat. Slowly, he padded forward. Growls came from deep in his throat and he wasn't thinking straight.

Belle flew in behind Kai, using her wings in her Succubus/demon form. She landed and saw Kai crouching forward. "Kai! Kai, you stupid animal, what are you doing? Ugh!" she ignored him, not caring. Alice was HER kill.

Kai heard Belle behind him and his ears perked up. Her sweet, beautiful voice! He would die for her if she would let him. he pulled back into a crouch ready to spring at Alex....

Aliciette saw Kai crouching back to lunge. She twisted her hand and sent a shadow wolf to collide before it reached Alex. "Alex.... Move...!" she was exhausted and sat on a tombstone so he could move and fight, holding her side.

xxxxxCHAT ;; Alex let go of Alice and jumped out of the way as she commanded. "I can take care of myself just make sure that you don't get hurt." He ordered her, forbidding that she get hurt. He rolled back and by the time that he finished with his roll, he had completely shifted into a silvery haired wolf whose lips were drawn back into a snarl. Alex sprinted towards Kai, weaving in and out of tombstones before finally lunging at his target's throat with jaws snapping and claws that were outstretched. This guy would be easy enough to defeat without him holding Alice hostage but Belle was the real issue here, or so Alex thought.
